Cosy little home with great surroundings

Ennistimon is a really nice place to start exploring the wester coast. The house is located closely to restaurants and shops, and still quiet. Self check in was uncomplicated, and all necessary information was provided. The kitchen was well-suited for 2 people, could be a bit crammed for more.

Ventilation in the bathroom isn't really good, you had to leave open the door to get fresh air in. Small thing: Kitchen could use a bread knife. There was an issue with the light in the stairwell, but Dee acted quickly and communicated well with us.

Excellent stay, highly recommended.

We were very impressed with the property and the arrangements regarding check in and check out. The lock box with key was very easy. We are a family of 4, two adults and two kids between 10-15. It is sometimes difficult to ascertain from the property descriptions and the limited photos on the booking websites what the sleeping arrangements are. Our kids are too old/big to be sleeping on couches or roll up matresses, so the the two bedrooms, one with double-bed for parents, and the other with bunk-bed for the two kids was ideal. Downstairs the house had a fully equiped kitchen, lounge with TV and wi-fi, and bathroom. The location of the property is perfect, just off the highstreet. The Foodies breakfast place 50m away is also recommended, and Mr Kebab 100m away also had a good curry takeaway for our late arrival on the first night.. All in all, a very pleasant stay, thank you.

One minor point, in the second email we received via booking.com with the check-in instructions, the host's telephone number had 1 incorrect digit, so we ended up calling some guy on the other side of the country to ask for the keys.. Only then I realised that the phone number was different in the first and second emails..

Downstairs area generally very nice

Sofas downstairs very uncomfortable. Stairs are lethal. Beds and pillows and bed linen of very poor quality. Place lis over priced

Disappointing overall.

Excellent location, comfortable clean and spacious downstairs, back patio was cosy.

Soft beds, poor quality bed linen, bunk beds not safe, no wardrobe or dresser in one room, couldn’t open skylight as no pole available, stairs very unsafe no matter how mobile.

Great location, clean & comfortable apart from the oven and the stairs could present a challenge.

N/A. Wonderful coffee shop/bakery just around the corner- The Foodies Korner. Great selection of freshly baked goods. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Deserves a mention in Parliament Town House information.

The stairs were quite a challenge. We, in fact, left our cases downstairs & only went up to bed at night. Not a great set up for those with a weak bladder!!! The house was quaint, cosy, clean & well appointed otherwise. We didn't need to use the oven but would suggest that it should be cleaned after each quest.

Cozy convenient location in the heart of Ennistymon - lots of parking options and a great space.

Great communication with the host who offered a contactless key collection with the lockbox so we didn't have to worry about making anyone wait for us.

There's no number address for the property so I had to figure out which property it was by looking at the pictures.

A lovely experience in a comfortable and centrally located little house

Very sweet house in a great location in the centre of town, bright kitchen and lovely private patio. I was also impressed with how comfortable the mattresses were. The host was punctual and friendly, and the house was spotless.

I lived the space-saving ships stairs but my sister found it a bit steep - however if you took your time it was fine.

Perfect location for a great getaway

The house was perfect. Great location with ease of access to different places of interest around the area. The town itself is great, coffee shops, smashing places to eat, bookshops & of course the Falls. The house was very clean & exceeded our expectations, it was the perfect get away. The host was very friendly & helpful.

Superb

The only thing I find a bit expensive is the fee they charge you for cleaning the house, even when we left it pretty cleaned. The rest is great. Nice house in a nice town.
