A perfect place to stay!

What a find! Super clean, very spacious, modern. Brilliant location! Just off Istiklal Street, right by all public transport. Will most definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend. The staff are so lovely. 24 hour desk. Just brilliant!

Fantastic apartment and location.

The location was magnificent - 100m from the underground and the main shopping street of Istiklal Caddesi and steep but direct descent to the tram which goes to the Blue Mosque, Ayia Sofia etc. The bed was large and extremely comfortable and the bathroom divine. Everything was tastefully furnished. And there's a lift. It's more expensive than most in Istanbul but if you can afford it or it's for a special occasion, would definitely recommend.

The sofas prioritise luxury over comfort. The balconies are not wide enough to use. We had to ask for large towels but I think this was just an oversight. Otherwise perfect.

Very beautiful apartment in perfect location

Since it was an apartment there was no breakfast in our package. However there are lot of options for b'fast here.... you r actually spoilt for choices 😆.... The property is located in one of the best locations in Istanbul with lot of restaurants, Cafes, clubs and shops just at walking distance. The Swedish consulate is just a stone throw away so ur safety issue is also sorted with police outside the consulate round the clock. Galata tower and Istikal street are just 5 mins away from the apartment. U can walk down to these 2 places easily. The rooms, linens, towels etc everything was very clean and comfortable.. wud love to stay here in my next visit too I highly recommend a stay in this apartment if u r in Istanbul

We were living in a huge aprtment B-8 which had 2 interconnected floors. The air-conditioner of upper floor of our apartment was not working properly... but the issue was kind of sorted later.... the shower of upper level bathroom had very low speed of water flowing our of it so bathing in that bathroom was a task.... but the bathroom on lower floor was perfect. Besides these 2 things everything was perfect 🥰

Amazing staff and position

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Galateia Residence, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. This cool residence is located in an absolutely amazing position, just a few footsteps away from the vibrant Istiklal Avenue and a mere minute's walk from the iconic Galata Tower. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Galateia Residence made us feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests we had. Their warm and helpful nature truly enhanced our stay and made us feel like valued guests.

Great position!

We booked the deluxe apartment(2+1).It is very spacious. Kitchen/big living and two bathrooms !! Great position very close to the metro station ,Galata Tower, and Istiklal Cd (the main promenade of the new town). Reception open h24!

With some fixes this will be again an outstanding location!

The apartment is overall great. Perfect location, 100m from Metro, 3 minutes from Galata Tower, next to Istiklal Caddesi. Fantastic.

Needs maintenance! I don‘t want to spend everyday 10 minutes trying to stop the faucet from dripping. Shower on the upper bathroom needs to be redone. What I would change is the cleaning concept for it doesn’t work well as is now. The apartment has 180 square meters, it is huge. But how can a guest keep this clean over 8 days? I don’t have a vacuum cleaner, I don’t have supplies… so after four, five days everything is really dusty and dirty. Same with the bathroom. So you have a great room but after a few days it’s getting on your nerves. And that for 1100,-€ a week… that shouldn’t be. Please organize a cleaning service, at least once or twice a week! If things are in the apartment, they should work (scale in bathroom for example). Otherwise it is better to not offer them at all… Toilet paper is what, 2-3 € a week? That should be provided, too.

Superb

It was perfect for a couple plus an extra adult. Plenty of space and privacy.

Maybe the duplex staircase however that was just me. The others were perfectly fine.

To pay extra for cleaning and beding But maybe that is how it was supposed to be. Never rent an apartment in a hotel system before.

I definitely recommend it. Exceptional and sophisticated place with very nice people.

The hotel was exceptional. Great location. Professional, friendly and very supportive staff. Our room was beautiful, sophisticated and elegant. We felt very welcomed and happy. This place exceeded my expectations.

Spacious apartment with awesome bathroom. Location couldn't be better — it's right in the center but still very quiet. Staff was very helpful and nice

Hairdryer needs upgrade, the current one doesn't do much work and hard to use. Faucets in the bathroom and kitchen require some attention, they're loose. WiFi doesn't really work in the bedroom, connecting to another floor WiFi helps but not much

very nice apartment in beautiful Galata neighborhood

we really liked this apartment. it has enough room & light, just super clean!!...bed is huge & comfy, kitchen has all you need, bathroom was big & original, with few steps & has a bathtub too, wifi was good, smart-tv. couldn´t ask for more. you can order cleaning & new towels as often as you need...staff was very friendly, helpful & polite...apartment is situated just few minutes from Istiklal Caddesi & metro & funicular near...Galata neighborhood feels very safe & is filled with little shops & cafes/restaurants ...we do recommend this place higly!

Super nice apartment close to everything!

The property is well located close to many restaurants, convenience store just around the corner, metro station is 2 minutes away and Istikal street as well. You can walk to many attractions nearby. Galata Tower is just 5 minute walk. The property staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The apartment was well equipped, even a dishwasher. I was there for a month and partially worked. Internet worked perfectly, I had many video calls and never had internet issues. Will definitely recommend staying at Galateia and I will definitely stay there if going back to Istanbul. The pictures in booking.com are exactly how the apartment looks.

There is no parking however there is a parking nearby. The rest is perfect! Highly recommended.
