Why us? . 10 mins from airport. A cosy small apt. Silent air con hot and cold for all seasons.Ideal for couples looking for a quiet location within walking distance of all amenities and the old town. Friendly retired British people at pool area. Sun terrace 11am to sundown summer and little later in winter. A great feature is no sun in morning for breakfast on balcony and to sit outside in afternoon and watch sun go down over the mountains and sea.Amazing sunsets.Has large sofa which is very comfortable .Fully airconditioned for hot days and cold nights All mod cons incl walk in shower,, washing machine,new 32" smart high definition t v’ with full uk and irish channels, microwave, micro cooker,safe,- home from home and very relaxing. I have installed private internet and clients advise wi fi best they have had on island.Beautiful views from communal pool looking down over small sun bleached houses of Lanzarote and sea. This apartment was made cosy by a UK lady who lived on the island 21 years. They loved it and particularly liked brightness of apt and fresh air flowing through the two open windows on hot days. ( plus new air con system) That’s what makes us different. The location is very good located between main beach(5 min walk) and old town(10 minute flat walk).There are 15 small steps up to apt so allowindg for nice balcony views ive mountains and sea.Why not let us do all the work and enjoy holiday.Importantly i stay 100 yds away to be available if required. I also give guests a welcome pack which guests love after long travelling-water,wine,juice,tea and coffee.Guests like apt as its small and cosy and not stark like most apts.Check reviews and book.I live 100yds away should any problems arise so book with confidence.Also security good on complex with gated complex .Also pool are normally very quiet so no problems getting a bed

Check in was easy
Communication was outstanding before during and after our stay
Very accommodating host nothing was too much trouble
The apartment was close enough to be able to walk to the beach and back yet far enough away from all the bars and noise of the strip with s handy shop just at the bottom of the complex
The pool was always nice and quite as was the air con
Plenty of tv channels
Excellent value for money
What really made this holiday stand out was our host Billy

Me and my boyfriend had a nice stay. The excellent location allowed us to make the most of our holiday, billy is very nice and helpful

We had an excellent stay Billy's apartment it really was home from home everything you needed was there an more about 15 minutes from the main strip given how good the apartment was we would do it again also the pool was right next door an two minutes to a little supermarket was had all you need overall excellent stay billy was only a phone call away if we needed anything but given it was all there also the apartment was spotlessly clean great shower billy your a top man

Perfect little apartment
This was a nice sized apartment for a solo traveller and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! The aircon was a godsend for an Irish person who does not fair well in too much heat. Billy met me at the apartment, showed me around and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was always a text away (like when I locked myself out of the apartment on the second day) and super helpful. There was conveniently water and wine (and more) already in the fridge when I arrived which was a treat for someone as unorganised as me! Will definitely be returning to this apartment when visiting Puerto Del Carmen again!

Winter Break
Excellent communication with the friendly owner Billy, before and during our stay. Very short walk to the main beach and promenade/strip area. A local supermarket just metres away and a large Lidl 5-10 mins walk. Everything and more for your holiday in the apartment. TV and internet. Safety box.
Pool area nice and more than enough loungers.

Great communication with Billy from booking this wee gem of an apartment..he met me out of my taxi n showed me to his place...Great wee pad,great internet,great patio,great air con n best bed ive ever slept in on holiday...10 mins at the most walk down to the strip and beach...about 15 mins to the harbour and old town..it really is in a great location with a supermarket on your doorstep...Ive been goin to Lanza for 5 years now and i'll youz Billys place every time from now on..Loved it

My perfect fortnight

Great location
Stayed with my fiancé for 10 nights late may/early June.
Billy was there to meet us and on hand if we needed anything and left a lovely welcome pack with essentials.
Shop downstairs with everything you need for day to day basics open until 11 pm each night.
The air conditioning was a welcomed surprise and one which we made use of.
Apartmentis small but cosy and has all the essentials in a good location between both old/new town. Quiet complex with both holiday makers and full time residents.
Looking forward to returning in the future

Perfect for 2!
We found the complex to be secure and peaceful - waking to birdsong. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we might need for a truly comfortable stay, including the all important provisions - milk, water and wine! - for our first day. Communication with Billy was very easy and he made sure we had all we needed. Thank you!

Ideal cozy apartment
We have stayed in Puerto Del Carmen many times and in many different apartments.
This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean.
Billy met us on arrival and was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed about the TV and other items in the apartment.
The location of the apt is pretty good, the main strip & beach are about 5 mins walk downhill and the Harbour is about 15 mins walk.
We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment with everything provided to make your stay perfect.
We arrived to be met by Lisa who showed us round the apt as billy was away but he called round the next morning to make sure all was ok ,there was a nice welcome paçk of milk water tea bags biscuits and wine provided by Billy ,which was well appreciated by us ,the apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a perfect holiday ,few nice wee touches like a toastie machine ,plenty of utensils if you feel like cooking instead of getting all dressed to go out for breakfast, the apartment and pool area was very quiet just nice to be able to chill out before going to the strip at night ,nice location few minutes walk to the shops bars and restaurants, any problems (not that we had any) then the owner billy lives just couple minutes away ,safe and secure apartment, plenty of constant hot water ,would recommend this apartment and would stay there again

Very nice apartment, clean, tidy & well equipped. Morning sun in bedroom, then in living room & balcony later. Very good English television & excellent wifi. A little home from home.

Had a fab holiday. Lovely clean
apartment that has everything you need. Weather was mixed so glad of the great satellite tv channels. Very central to everything. Billy was a great host and on hand if you needed anything

We had a fantastic holiday
It’s a fantastic apartment cosy but short of nothing. It was really comfortable, swimming pool nice some days we were the only ones around it, no fighting for best sunbeds Billy was very welcoming and helpful

Great location with all you need
Great position and central to everywhere but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
Small apartment situated on a complex which appeared to be mixed holiday and residential. Well equipped with all you need for your holiday - plus more!
Billy the host was in contact prior to arrival with instructions and found the place with no problem. He was there to meet us on arrival and ran through the essentials plus TV instructions, plus a few items to welcome us.

Great apartment
From the moment we arrived when Billy was there to meet us we knew this would be a great stay, the apartment is exactly as described and the breeze flowing into the bedroom is brilliant.
It is ideally placed and so quiet, we virtually had the pool to ourselves for 2 weeks!! Pool is cleaned 3 times a week.
Supermarket at the bottom of the complex with everything you need.
The apartment feels more like a home than a holiday let with everything you need to have a great holiday with excellent views from both the balcony and the bedroom. Two fans keep the living room nice and cool. Billy kept in touch making sure everything was ok with the apartment which it was. The wi-fi in the apartment is the best we have experienced on the island, every tv channel provided so you can watch all your soaps or football if you want. We will definitely book this apartment again.

P E R F E C T
This as to have been the best Apt I have stayed in, The owner Billy was there to meet us at the Apt with a bottle of wine and a little food pack which was much appreciated. The apt was great, there is everything you could wish for i.e. cleaning materials, needles and cotton=, elastoplasts and this list could go on and on and on, and for people that like to watch TV, Billy as arranged it all, there is every channel you could wish for , the English channel;s corrie, emmerdale etc etc and BT Sport, Eurosport, Skysport and all the film channels, there is nothing you need in this Apt and it is l.ovely and clean, with sandwich maker, mini oven, too ring cooker and a mini oven and microwave and fridge/freezer, there is also a Communal swimming pool as well. you can sit on verandah for breakfast in the shade and then from 12.30 till 6.30 you can sunbathe on the verandah. The only downsides to these properties are the steps leading into the apts and the hills when comeing from the strip,but, its only 3 euros plus in a Taxi to the apts from most places, not too far from Lidl and other supermarkets and the strip is about 12 to 15 mins away. All in all, if you book this Apt I am sure you will return again, we had a great time

Wonderful apartment, great host!
We arrived mid morning, but Billy was more than happy to come and meet us so that we could get our holiday started, complete with a lovely welcome pack and plenty of advice on where to go and what to see/do.
The apartment is exactly as described - cosy and with all the mod cons. The balcony is indeed a little sun trap, and to watch the sun go down from it is a treat not to be missed. The complex has a lovely pool and is literally a stones throw from the beautiful main beach and a massive variety of restaurants. Could not recommend highly enough!
