Situated in Paphos, this lovely villa for $200 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This fully air conditioned & spacious 3 bedroom villa is furnished to a very high standard & affords you all the comforts of home. Downstairs the living area is open plan. A modern fully equipped kitchen area is fitted with top of the range appliances including oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher & washing machine. The lounge area will accommodate 6 adults comfortably & features a 47'' LED TV with IPTV (100s of UK, American and EU channels including sports and movies) a DVD player with an extensive range of DVDs for your enjoyment & a CD player. The villa also has free WiFi. Ceiling fans add to the comfort of the room. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Leading off from the lounge through patio doors is a generous sized sun terrace ideal for relaxing & soaking up the sun or lazy evening BBQs using a fanastic 6 gas burner outback bbq. All the bedrooms are on the first floor with ample wardrobe & storage space. 2 of the bedrooms feature double beds & have access to a large balcony with sea views. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds. The master bedroom also has a luxurious marble en suite bathroom

This villa has everything you could possibly need including a very generous welcome pack on arrival. Location is perfect for access to the paphos area, walking distance to anywhere in town. House is perhaps a little ‘tired’ in places and could maybe do with a little tlc but nothing that seriously affects your stay. Busy road adjacent to property so there is some traffic noise to contend with.

Excellent location, equally walking distance to the beach, and restaurants place. Convenient in many ways, spacious for a family of 4. Very easy and efficient communication with the owner of required. Had a great time and would certainly return.

We knew the area having stayed in limnaria apartments before. This time we stayed in Dean's villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dean is a top man , on our final day we had a late flight and he allowed us to put our cases in his villa as he had other guests arriving mid afternoon, not only that but when we came up from the beautiful pool area he let all 4 of us shower at his place before our taxi arrived. The communication with Dean was excellent and would recommend his villa to anyone thinking of using it.

Nice size villa in a good Location. We stayed here in 2015 and all was good. Unfortunately this time was different. The air conditioning was not working, the t.v would not connect to any channels and the bedroom surfaces were very dusty. The air con and t.v were reported to Dean but during our 12 night stay were not fixed ( very sweaty nights for 5 adults). Out of the 6 pool loungers 4 were broke and we only had 3 lounger mattresses. We were given 2 more off Dean that were heavily stained and smelt quite musty. Basically the villa needs some tlc and thought for the people who are renting it.

Family of 5 stayed in July 2023. Great villa with plenty of space and amenities. Location is perfect (just a 20 minute walk to the harbour with lots of bars and restaurants). Communal pool was close to the villa, a good size and never too busy. Dean was there to greet us on arrival and provided a welcome pack which was much appreciated after a long day travelling. We had a great holiday. Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Well equipped and great welcome package. Convenient walking access to centre of Kato Paphos, beach and sea front. Good communal pool with loungers. Shame about traffic noise when sitting on the patio but it did not spoil our holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay. Dean was very easy to get in touch with and helpful with any queries we had. Villa was a lovely size and had everything we needed. Great location and nice pool to use which is less than a minutes walk. Nice quiet area too so big bonus.

Had a fantastic 2 weeks in the villa which is a home from home with all the amenities you could wish for great location owner Dean met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the villa and left us a very good welcome pack,and is on hand for any queries during our stay.I would definitely recommend this villa and would not hesitate to book again.

Dean was a very accommodating host and couldn’t have worked harder to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. He provided groceries and drinks on arrival as he knew our flight was going to be late arriving and even dropped off chocolate eggs for our daughters as it was Easter weekend! The villa was immaculate, very well equipped and decorated with some lovely finishing touches which made it feel very homely. We were impressed at the thoughtfulness and level of detail and especially appreciated the beach towels and beach bags provided in each bedroom. The villa was also in a great location, in easy walking distance to good beaches, restaurants and shops. My family made good use of the communal swimming pool which was in excellent condition, set in a secluded garden and well maintained. Overall we were very happy with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the villa to other travellers.

Great location - quiet but near everything. Dean was very welcoming and had wine, beer and some essentials as a welcome. Beach bags with towels were also provided which was an added bonus. Swimming pool in a nice garden area - 2 mins from house. Beach c. 10 min walk - with changing cabins, showers and toilets - all spotless. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. Large supermarket c. 15 mins walk.

We have had a great time at Dean‘s house. It was a very warm welcoming. We even had some food and drinks in the fridge, which was super helpful. The villa is located near to the harbour and restaurants. The kids loved the pool.

We had a great holiday, the outside space was terrific that’s why we booked it. The swimming pool was fantastic, the only thing was somethings could do with getting renewed the owners were really easy to get hold of if there was a problem, great holiday

Modern and spacious villa with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Three generous sized double bedrooms one with full on suite. Sun loungers, ratten style seating, outdoor table and chairs plus large gas BBQ in the rear garden. Only 10 minute walk to the beautiful coastal path

Villa in a great location, walk to everything you need. Hosts were very welcoming and communication was first class. Villa is exceptionally well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Starter pack of food and drink was spot on. If i had a minor niggle, outside furniture and some of the towels could do with replacing, but not a drama.

We had a lovely two week stay here, it felt like a home away from home. Eric and Dean were fantastic hosts, they accomodated our late arrival and made sure we had the essentials when we arrived. They take great pride in their property and it certainly had a lovely homely feel.

We were met by Dean at 11pm after a delayed flight and he kindly showed us around inside and out and left us with all the essentials for our breakfast the next morning! We relaxed straight away.We stayed at the villa as a family of five, ages 15 to 55 and we all had a great time. The villa had everything you could need for a comfortable stay (including beach towels and bags for the pool) which was just a 2 minute stroll away.The shops, restaurants and sea were a 10 minutes walk away and the outside area was perfect for a relaxing lunch.Both Eric and Dean were on call if required and they made us feel very welcome and we hope to be back as soon as we can. Thank you.
