It is centrally located in the heart of Nags Head. This newly renovated 600 SQFT apartment is located just steps from the beach. The unit has everything you need. The Old Nags Head style covered-porch faces south and has views of the beach access. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and a queen size bed. The newly renovated bathroom has a full size tub shower and a 31" vanity. The living area has an open floor plan with a full size kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a couch, coffee table and flat screen TV. The covered front porch is located just off the living room. It is a great place to take in the salt air and relax. The apartment is a quick 1 minute walk to the beach. The Albatross Street Beach access is located only 300' (less than a football field!) away. The apartment is within walking/biking distance to many well renowned sites on the Outer Banks, including, Jockey's Ridge State Park (via signaled Hollowell St crosswalk), the new (2017) Town of Nags Head Dowdy Park, The Nags Head Fishing Pier, Tortugas Lie Restaurant and many other attractions. The apartment is also within Biking distance to the YMCA via the Town of Nags Head's new Multi-use path. This is a great place for a couple or a small family looking for a spacious vacation rental. The property is well maintained and perfect if you are looking for a local "hub" near the beach. There is beach access directly down the street so we could easily walk over each morning and watch the sunrise, enjoy walks outdoors to get to and from location to location, and it is rather central to most anywhere that you would want to go in the Nags Head/KDH area. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I decided on a last minute thanksgiving getaway and found this apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple and one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at. The owner is very easy to work with and supplies pretty much everything you need(toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap and a shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower). There are 2 other apartments in the building but we never heard anything! The apartment is an easy walk to a nice public beach access, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here. The apartment was what the pictures showed and the owner was super responsive to our questions. The location was great, 1 block walk to the water. We will recommend bring sharp knifes to cut with and 2 ply toilet paper as what they give you is standard scott 1 ply. Overall great stay!

My fiancé and I booked a few months in advance for Memorial Day weekend and this stay turned out great! The location is just a short walk to the beach access at the end of the road, it’s about two blocks. There are many restaurants and shops very close by. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and well taken care of. The only (very minor) issues we had were that the tub doesn’t drain very well and the door to the porch sometimes popped open, usually just from the wind and air pressure because the strike plate doesn’t seem to line up with the bolt. Other than that, our trip was just about perfect. There’s a hose in each driveway to rinse off, private driveways for each apartment, the AC works well, everything was clean and updated. Just a nicely taken care of rental. I’d definitely recommend.

Close to the ocean and close to restaurants! Quiet neighborhood! ••The only complaint is the BED!•• The worst mattress we have ever slept on, our backs were killing us after the first night. Super, superrrrrr uncomfortable. Made it hard to sleep at night.

As soon as we walked in we knew the place was perfect. It was clean and had towels and sheets provided. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Kill Devil grill was great. Place is perfect for a couple or small family. Would definitely come back. Owner was very easy to work with.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday for a 4 day weekend, it was perfect. A very short walk to the beach, we didn't even need to use our beach wagon to carry our things. The neighborhood is friendly and sitting on the porch with your cocktail after the beach was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location. The only issues was there wasn’t a dresser for the clothes. Also the kitchen utensils were not as described, there wasn’t enough pots and pans to make anything. We would have brought our own, had we known.

We had a wonderful stay in Nags Head. Access to the beach is SO close to the property and just a few minute walk. That was the best! Atlantic Oasis was nicely appointed and was clean and bright. We loved having keyless access and the location in Nags Head was perfect for exploring around town. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I rented this property for a much needed relaxing vacation and it was perfect! The apartment was well appointed and the location could not have been better: Centrally located in the Outer Banks and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Speaking of the beach, even though it was a very busy week in the Outer Banks, we never had any issue finding a spot to plop down our chairs and umbrella and the beach was beautiful. Excellent property and we definitely hope to be back in the future!

I wanted a clean and quiet place near the Outer Banks where I could read God's Word and pray in peace and quiet. That is exactly what I had here at Atlantic Oasis. The couch was a comfortable place to sit. The deck was also a nice place to read. The kitchen table and kitchen were nice. The air conditioning/heating worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new. Location was excellent. The walk to the ocean shore was short and went straight to the stairs going over the dune. Drives to places for meals were short. Another good thing was it was affordable. I was pleased with my stay and would recommend others staying at the Atlantic Oasis too.

Perfect for two!

This apartment is clean, well equipped and newly updated. From the fresh flowers on the table to the communications with Iain, you can tell the owners really put a lot of effort into making sure we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was short and though it was a public access, it wasn’t very crowded. We will definitely come back!
