Siena is 34 km away from Monticiano and Firenze is about 100 km away. 2+1 pax - The house is well furnished and has a pleasant living/dining room with fire place, an equipped kitchen corner (oven, 4 rings cooker, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker, expresso machine, toaster), tv (no sat) with DVD palyer, a double bedded room with a queen size bed; a shower bathroom. In the living room, it's available a single sofa bed (French bed). Air-conditioning available in the living and bedroom. Outside is a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out. Wi-Fi internet connection available. Ebikes for rent upon payment. The prices of the house include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, final cleaning. Wood for fireplace, baby bed and high chair, barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board,vacuum cleaner available for free. To be paid extra on the spot: inventory deposit, central heating in winter available from November 8th to April 7th except in exceptional cases which will be evaluated on the basis of weather conditions. Ich hatte einen sehr Erholsamen Aufenthalt die Gastfreundlichkeit der Eigentümer war Hervorragend !! Das Objekt selber war sehr gepflegt !! Man konnte sich sehr schön entspannen !! Morgens der erste Kaffee auf der Terrasse mit blick auf die Alt Stadt war grandios !! Auf diesem weg nochmal ein GROßEs DANKESCHÖN an die Gastgeber !!

Everything you need for a pleasant stay this little house has. It's for 2-3 persons. The kitchen/ living area is clean, complete and functional and has a sleepingcouch and a good working airco. The bathroom is clean and has sufficient hot running water. The bedroom has a 2 pers. bed in it with not the greatest matrasses and a good working airco. There are even a washingmachine and dryer available. Wifi is good. Great porch overviewing the town Monticiano. In the evening we had wild boar as visitors on the lawn. And a few times in the morning there were roe deer. We had a very pleasant stay.
