It was only One block from the train station. We enjoyed having a larger area with a washing machine after traveling for a while. The check in was great, really friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendation .

Although it was close to the train station so we didn't have to walk so far, my daughters didn't really like the location as we had to walk past lots of sports betting places , very male dominant area. Nothing happened they just felt uncomfortable

الشقق من حيث النظافة لا بأس بها تعتبر مقبولة حسب تقييم المنطقة والوصول لها نوعا ما سهل ولكن يجب الأخذ في الحسبان أن وقت عمل الإستقبال ينتهي الساعة 6 مساء يعني لو حضرت متأخر ربي يعينك راح تتعب حتى تفهم نظام السكن بالفندق الإستقبال يعطيهم العافية يضعون بطاقات الدخول عند المحل الملاصق للفندق

عيوب الفندق : يقع الفندق في منطقة مزدحمة جدا جدا تعج بالحركة والازعاج الشديد والمطاعم ذات الطابع العربي واقرب تشبيه لها هو حي البطحاء بالرياض قديما حتى ان شارع الفندق يسمى شارع العرب والذي غالبا لايستساغ السكن فيه لمن أراد الهدوء والرقي حيث انك ترى ما لا يسرك بالشوارع ليلا" وإن كنت مع عائلة فسوف تجد من الحرج الشي الكثير المنطقة عموما بعيدة عن النظافة والهدوء لاتستطيع فتح النوافذ للتهوية بسبب إزعاج الشارع ولن تستطيع النوم خصوصا بالصيف والنوافذ مفتوحة وضع الفندق قديم وتم ترميمه و وضع بعض الأثاث فيه ليكون مقبول الحمامات نظافتها جيده بالعربي لو كنت مضطر فهو مقبول للنوم ليلة واحدة فقط لكن شهادة لله أن شباب الإستقبال فيصل من سوريا وفارس مايقصرون ومتعاونين بشكل كبير وهذي هي الميزة اللي تشكر لهذا الفندق بحيث أنك تتمنى تجد أمثالهم في كل فندق تسكن فيه وتم توضيح هذه الأمور ليس لذم وتعييب هذا الفندق ولكن لتوضيح الوضع حيث هناك من يعجبه هذا الوضع ويرتاح فيه بل يرغب فيه وهناك من لا يستسيغ مثل هذه الأماكن

The staffs were excellent. Complied to my request to separate one of our queen size bed to 2 single beds and have it ready when we arrived. I love the terrace that's in our bedroom. Comfy bed, very clean apartment. Toilet has bidet which is great and not many European apartment has. Its just 3 mins walk to the main train station. Would recommend.

Didn't really like the area around the apartment, but its only 3 mins walk from the main station to our apartment so its ok. Not that its a dangerous area, just a lot of people hang around doing nothing much.

Room spacious, quiet, clean and had all we needed for our 4 night stay. Close to train station, tram stops and grocery shops. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The problem with our light was fixed as soon as we told them.

Had no problems with accomodation.

La posizione è perfetta, a 5 minuti dalla stazione. A due passi c'è un locale per la colazione e anche parcheggi per l'auto. Cucina ben attrezzata.

The reception staff was very nice and patient to our questions. They also helped with our luggages which was not common at most of the German hotels.

The property is a bit noisy. There were often kids playing in the corridor. We were also twice awaken early morning by group of young people making a lot of noise in the corridor and lobby during our 5 nights stay .

El apartamento tenía lo que prometían las fotos, pero mejor de lo que esperaba. Es un aparthotel, tiene recepcionista hasta las 22 horas, muy amable y servicial. La zona está llena de hoteles y apartamentos de todo tipo y una amplia comunidad musulmana. No nos sentimos inseguros en ningún momento. Lidl y otros comercios cerca. En veinte minutos a pie estabamos en Marienplatz, además de haber metro, tranvias y autobuses a pocos pasos.

No puedo decir nada malo del apartamento, ni de la zona.

La ubicación es buenísima. 1 cuadra de la estación de trenes y unos 10 min caminando hacia la plaza central.

Las camas no están cómodas. La ducha muy pequeña. La habitación es ruidosa, tanto desde la calle como de los pasillos. En general, el lugar cumple, pero por no volvería.

Our room was great and we had a free upgrade. Had a separate living space and bedroom, as well as a kitchen area. Also had a balcony; exceeded expectations!

We wish breakfast would have been included.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe an der Altstadt, geräumiges Apartment, grundsätzlich sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, können wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Es war grundsätzlich sehr sauber, aber bekanntlich liegt der Teufel im Detail. In den Ecken/Decken über den Betten sollte dringend mal wieder die Spinnweben entfernt werden (s. Fotos). Aber der Rest des Apartments war wirklich sehr sauber! Wünschenswerte wäre bei der begehbaren Dusche eine grössere Trennwand, denn man verspritzt beim Duschen alles, deshalb steht ein Wasserschieber in der Dusche, um nach jedem Duschen den Boden vom Wasser zu reinigen. Nicht sehr komfortabel...

Super Lage am Hbf, von dort aus alles schnell zu erreichen. Rezeption war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung der Suite war wie versprochen sehr gut.

Was charged an extra €200 for my room and they would blame it on booking.com - it was THEIR fault and they even said they took the money off my card. Avoid this place at all costs

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Very close walk to Central train station, so very easy to get public transport anywhere.

The location was handy, but not in the most amazing neighbourhood.

The Location was within 5-7 minutes from the Munich station, which was perfect for connecting to further destinations. The Aparthotel was within walking distance from the old Munich town & the location of Oktoberfest. Excellent facilities. Clean hotel. We reached early & were immediately given an early check-in. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed are staff very much.

There was not a single thing that we disliked.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Good range of pots in the kitchen. Small balcony but definitely good to have it. Proximity to the train station.

- The cleaning lady seems to loathe washing dishes. All the plates were dirty (though in the cupboard) when we arrived. And after she'd done her daily cleaning, somehow she made a decision to not wash any dishes, but instead piled them up into a tower, as if to protest that she will, most certainly, NEVER wash any dishes for anyone. The floors under the table still had food crumbs all over, so not too sure if she vacuumed either. - The beds weren't that great. - Also, no aircon, which is pretty brutal during the heatwave. I suppose to be expected though.

Todo estaba perfecto, mejor aún que las fotos. El recepcionista se portó muy bien con nosotros, llegamos muy tarde y fuera de su horario se acercó para poder abrirnos. Educado, profesional y muy agradable. Por no saber su idioma no pude agradecerle todo lo que hizo en persona. Desde aquí le doy un 10

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Trotz "Systemfehler" bei der Buchung haben wir einen vorbildlichen Service erhalten - wir kommen beide aus der Hotelerie Branche und wissen, dass es nicht immer so einfach ist;) Also wirklich respekt - der Inhaber (wir gehen mal davon aus, dass es der Inhaber war) war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon relativ früh dran und der Zimmerbezug war kein Problem. Sogar ein Upgrade haben wir noch obendrauf bekommen, trotz Buchungsfehler - DANKE dafür nochmals :)) Wir hatten ein Appartement, wo man sogar die Möglichkeit hätte die Wäsche zu waschen (es gab eine Waschmaschine) und eine Kochgelegenheit... Balkon, geräumiges Wohnzimmers, feines Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem Bett :) schönes Badezimmer - alles hell und zeitlos eingerichtet... also wirklich top! Die Lage ist zentral und ca. 10 Minuten von der Wiesn entfernt - alles in allem einfach nur perfekt, auch wenn es leider nur für 1 Nacht war.

It was roomier than expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. I liked having the ability to do laundry (although I didn’t wash anything), it was a nice feeling that I could if I wanted.

A guide to use the washing machine in English would be helpful.

The location, service and staff attention

No AC which makes August stay difficult. They provide fans but did little with the warm weather

Lovely, clean apartment and pretty spacious for a city centre location. Staff were really welcoming, and the property was really well maintained. Very convenient for the station too.

Would have been even better with air con, which I believe is coming next year.
