Just 12 minutes from city and 5 minutes walk to Enskede Gård Metro station. The house is 134 square meters on 2 floors. On the entrance floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom (120 cm bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. From the livingroom and dining area there is a nice entrance to the terrace and the garden. On the terrace there is a bbq, dining table and chairs plus a loungeset. In the garden there is a large trampoline, toys for the playful children. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 120 cm bed and 2 mattresses if there is a need for more beds. Here is also a large bathroom with shower and a toilet. There is also a laundry room and a hallway. Free parking space is included. The house is located in a lovely and quiet area. You have two bakeries/cafes just a few meters from the door and a restaurant just a few minutes away. Several grocery stores are within walking distance.
