את המיקום , את היחס של העובדים . המקום צעיר ונותן מענה לזוגות וצעירים באמת אווירה טובה

הבריכה קפואה , המקום מרוויח מספיק טוב על מנת להוסיף מערכת שתחמם את המים ותיתן מענה חודשים כמו אוקטובר שהמלון פתוח , אין היגיון שכולם ליד הבריכה חוץ ממעט מאד אנשים שנכנסים רועדים ויוצאים החוצה . לוקחים כסף על קרח ורוצים שתקנו שתיה , צריכים לכבד את אורחי המלון קרח לא מוכרים בכסף !

The hotel were amazing, lovely workers who gets you everything you need, they even give you and take care of everything and you don't even need to ask because they think of everything you need before. The best hotel ever! I highly recommend!!

The rooms are modern and clean, the hotel it’s self is clean and in a good location close enough to shops and most of the staff were friendly.

the rooms were quite small, of course I know that the room size is provided when you book however I must have skimmed over this as when we arrived it felt extremely compact everything was pretty much in one room there was no privacy when using the shower or the toilet I wouldn’t like to stay in these rooms if I wasn’t travelling with a partner, the beds also were not the comfiest and the balcony was tiny you could barely use it. most of the days it wasn’t possible to get a sun lounger around the pool as they seem to be reserved quite early on so then trying to sit in the sun on your balcony was not the best. at no fault of the hotel of course it seemed that most of guests weren’t the most welcoming of guests as most of the time we felt as though we were being stared at/looked up and down which makes you feel rather uncomfortable. we used the spa which was lovely and clean, however expensive as it was 120 euro for 2 of to use for an hour with hopes that the pool was heated (this is what it states) after we had paid and come down we was then advised the pool wasn’t heated and as the weather was so bad outside (raining) it was way too cold to then even use the indoor pool. the photos/activities at this hotel also need updating, one of the things that sold this hotel to me was the fact that they had a VR room/rage room as I am not a big drinker and thought these would be fun to do, only to be advised that they no longer exist since covid.

excellent I will be back very soon

first of all the receptionist, Erika, Nadia and the other two lovely Greek girls they do kind accommodating and very polite, they told us where to go and make us feel like home! the size of the room is very good we got a suite nice view to the pool and very chill to sleep, the air con is perfect, the food, and the system to pay is amazing very easy and u can actually eat all day long. i think we will be back next year for sure!

the smoking that is a bit of a problem as the pool is open space and if u gonna chill and u don’t smoke is a bit uncomfortable .

The best hotel in Hersonnisos

The staff is amazing so nice and helpful, the hotel app is very convenient. The hotel is located right in the middle of the main street in hersonissos and Is a walking distance from the beach. Breakfast is very good, and the pool bar is great and serves great cocktails. Very young and good vibes, we loved the events at the hotel.

The rooms are a bit dark and very minimal (no shampoo and body wash and other small necessities).

the room was very dark, the light in the room was bad. there was Very loud music throughout the day until 1 am every day, they didn’t let us know about it. Some of the staff were nice but some were very unpleasant

Modern hotel with chilled atmosphere

Great spot to stay for a couple of days with a modern concept. The breakfast is for Greek standards above standard, the pool area relaxed, everything is clean and the employees super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it my friends.

The mobile checkin with the phone will take you a little while. Some smarter UX, and/or a pre-checkin on phone (like on planes) would shorten the process.

Great vacation for a good price

Amazing staff (restaurant, cleaning, reception), innovative app for everything, half board included free breakfast and 20 euro voucher over the app, was more than enough. We asked for a quiet room, so we did one, which was not close to the pool. Rooms were quiet. Pool had music, but was not too loud. The "party" was 15 people sitting at the bar, nothing loud or crazy as described in other reviews, possibly because it was already off season. People who expect big parties may be disappointed. Many young couples and singles between 20 and 30. Rooms and public areas were cleaned well. Location is in the center, easy to go to the beaches, restaurants or super markets. All in all, great stay, thank you so much.

Great hotel

Breakfast is good. The room for 6 is great. The staff is very nice and helpful. We ordered pickup from the airport it was great at very good price. We did covid test at the hotel which was very convenient .

Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing stay !

Everything was on point. I liked the half board system, the staff is amazing ( Especially Erika who is my favourite, ALWAYS here for answering questions and help everyone.) It was the second time we came and certainly not the last !!

Fantastic break

Staff were great loved the bar staff. Really enjoyed the hotel vibes and the pool in the day. Breakfast fantastic Best I’ve had for a while. Shoutout to the Greek barman who kept getting us zombies!

No facilities

The pool area and hotel was modern and pretty, the staff were friendly.

I understand we are in a pandemic but when we booked we should have been informed that the spa, indoor swimming pool, VR, escape and rage rooms would be out of action. The music was repeated throughout the day so I’m not sure what the point in having a DJ was. And the live entertainment was football every night. The drinks were over priced and the restaurant was not a restaurant it was a canteen.
