It is difficult to imagine kinder and more helpful hosts than Anna and Sergio!
The apartment is spacious, really comfortable and very well-equipped.
The location of the apartment is really good for access (without a car) to 2 large supermarkets, buses and the train station. It is also a short and easy stroll into old Peschiera for eating/drinking, access to ferry journeys and boat hire and to get to Cappuccini beach, which was our favourite.
We would be very happy to return and would, therefore, recommend without reservation,

Entgegen den Inseratsangaben sprachen die Vermieter nur Italienisch! ...kein Englisch und kein Deutsch!
...wir haben über den Google-Übersetzer verständigt!
Die Couch und die zwei Sessel waren zum Sitzen gänzlich ungerignet ...zu alt, viel zu tief und laberig weich!! Wir haben uns letztendlich mit unseren eigenen Campingstühlen geholfen! ...wir haben dieses bereits dem Vermieter mitgeteilt!

Super Familienurlaub
Wir verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub am Gardasee in der Wohnung von Sergio und Anna.
Wo wir bei Ankunft 💜lich von Ihnen empfangen wurden, sogar mit leckerem Gastgeschenk und Getränken.
Sie nahmen sich viel Zeit um uns alles zu erklären, und standen uns auch während unserem Aufenthalt zur Verfügung für allfällige Fragen.
Die Wohnung ist sauber, und mit Liebe dekoriert.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Nahe zum See, in die Stadt und zum Bahnhof. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.
Der Urlaub bleibt unvergesslich:)

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir sind mit einem liebevollen Gastgeschenk empfangen worden. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, sogar Waschmaschine ist da. Alles ist liebevoll dekoriert. Wir hatten gute Informationen zur Umgebung. Diese Ferienwohnung von Sergio und Anna empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter. Ein Ausflug nach Verona empfehlen wir mit dem Zug. Die Fahrt dauert 15 Minuten und kostet ca. 7,40 Euro pro Person hin - und zurück.. Der Bahnhof in Peschiera ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Gruß aus Karlsruhe an Sergio und Anna 🌻

Wir haben einen super Urlaub mit Freuden erlebt,die super Unterkunft in der war alles was man nun braucht der super große Balkon und die herzliche Begrüßung von den Eigentümern die uns sich viele Tipp gegeben haben wo was zu besichtigen ist.Nur zu empfehlen wir fahren da jedenfalls wieder

Schöne Lage
Nette Vermieter, leider kein Englisch oder sehr schlechtes Deutsch. So das zu kommunizieren ein Italiener Übersetzer genutzt werden musste. Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider war der Klodeckel mehr als erneuerungswürdig. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Betten für die Kinder nur getarten klappbare Betten mit viel zu weicher Matratze. Wunderschöne Woche am Gardasee
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche am Gardasee. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles so, wie beschrieben. Der überdachte Balkon ist vor allem im Sommer bei Hitze wirklich wunderbar. Die Lage ist wunderbar in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt/ See, aber trotzdem sehr schön ruhig Nur die Müllabfuhr kommt mitten in der Nacht, aber das betrifft ja alle in der Gegend..
Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Aufzug, was das Kofferschleppen in den erste Stock wirklich unkompliziert macht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Grosse, ruhige Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum des Ortes und dicht beim Bahnhof, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und mit Blick in den Garten, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Internet sehr gut, die Vermieter sehr nett (haben uns sogar spät abends vom Bahnhof abgeholt und unser erstes Frühstück eingekauft). Der Ort ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man mit dem Zug oder Bus (Schiff geht auch) die Umgebung oder auch Städte der Umgebung (Venedig, Mailand, Verona, Padua) erkunden möchte. Es gibt außerdem eine Garage, in der man auch gut Fahrräder unterbringen könnte und eine Waschmaschine. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub 🧳
Wir waren von der Gastfreundlichkeit begeistert, Sergio & Anna haben sich rührend gekümmert und waren auch immer für Tipps und Fragen erreichbar.
Die Lage ist sehr gut ( ruhig ) und für Ausflüge, da sehr gut gelegen, perfekt!
Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet ( leider gab es dieses Jahr, aufgrund von COVID 19 ,kein WLAN , ansonsten hatte die Wohnung all das was man zu Hause auch hat bzw. benötigt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden 😀 und können die Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Umgebung
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und hat auch einen großem überdachtem Balkon. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt am Stadtrand von Peschiera. See, Stadtzentrum, Bahnhof (gute Zugverbindungen nach Verona, Venedig, Brescia und Mailand), Restaurants und gut sortiertrer Supermarkt sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, gut erreichbar und um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Parken ist kein Problem, so dass wir die Tiefgarage nie benutzt haben. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Umgebung
Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern Anna und Sergio, mit An- und Abreise hat alles geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, einzig ein paar freie Ablageflächen fehlen, weil die Wohnung sehr reichlich dekoriert ist.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Unternehmungen rund um den Gardasee. Die Altstadt und die Strände von Peschiera sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Venedig, Mailand, Bergamo und Verona haben wir sind gut mit dem Auto bzw. per Zug besucht.
Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren begeistert von den Landschaften und Ortschaften rund um den See und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Out first stay in Lake Garda
Beautiful apartment in great location. Anna was very friendly and we managed to work through the language barrier with a few laughs! One comment I do have is that the online property listing states that it is equipped with air con and WiFi, which it is, but I discovered upon arriving that each was an extra charge. I would have assumed if it is listed in the same way as ‘tv’ or ‘washing machine’ for instance, that it was included in the price of the apartment rental. Aside from that we did have a really great time and would recommend this spacious and well located apartment.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser fantastischen Ferienwohnung in Peschiera del Garda. Der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Nähe zu
Venedig und Verona durch die guten Zugverbindungen ist von großem Vorteil. Verona war traumhaft, Venedig auch, aber sehr "bevölkert".
Unsere Gastgeber Sergio und Anna waren so reizend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank nochmals für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen!

Die FeWo war in Ordnung und entsprach der Beschreibung.
Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Es war alles wie beschrieben und der Ort Peschiera ist sehr empfehlenswert. Von der FeWo ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage.
Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang (mit gekühlten Getränken) durch die Vermieter konnten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche verbringen.
In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Ein großzügiger Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden.
Abstellflächen für das Fahrzeug standen um das Grundstück ausreichend zur Verfügung.
Wir nutzten die gute Lage zum Bahnhof, ca. zehn Gehminuten, zu Ausflügen mit der Bahn nach Venedig und nach Mailand.
In den historischen Stadtkern war es ebenfalls nur ein Fußmarsch von ca. 10-15 Minuten.
Herausragendes Erlebnis direkt am Gardasee, war eine zweieinhalbstündige Schifffahrt von Peschiera nach Malcesine, bei welcher man einen ganz besonderen Eindruck von den Ortschaften und Bebauungen entlang des Sees erhalten hat und von dort Rückfahrt mit der öffentlichen Buslinie. Alles problemlos.
Verona und Brescia sind wir mit dem PKW angefahren, beide Strecken in weniger als 45 Minuten.
Letzten Endes haben wir einmalige Eindrücke von vier Großstädten Italiens erhalten, mit dem absoluten Highlight Venedig.
Wer mehr als Gardasee sehen möchte und dabei eine Bahnfahrt in seine Betrachtungen mit einbezieht, für den ist die Lage dieser Wohnung noch interessanter, als sie eh schon ist.

Perfekte Wohnung, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Nette Vermieter obendrein.
Die Vermieter Sergio und Anna empfingen uns am Haus, es gab ein Präsent (Wein und Kuchen) und es wurde alles ausgiebig erklärt. Auf Englisch, Französisch und mit Händen und Füßen :-). Die beiden gaben sich die aller größte Mühe. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Außer deutsches TV vielleicht, aber das haben wir dank dem reichhaltigen Ausflugsangebot in der Region auch nicht vermisst. WLAN ist vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage kann man gegen Aufpreis dazu mieten (Preis unbekannt, da wir das nicht genutzt haben). Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und einen Fahrstuhl. Alles in allem perfekt für 2 - 4 Personen. Eine 100%ige Empfehlung.

Magnifique lieu de villégiature!
Accueil hyper-sympathique des propriétaires. L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif: spacieux, lumineux, bien agencé, entièrement équipé, très bien situé par rapport aux commerces environnants, aux restaurants, aux bords du lac et au centre-ville. Proximité de l'autoroute et de voies rapides pour découvrir la région qui ne manque pas d'attraits historiques et gastronomiques. A recommander certainement!

Zauberhafte Wohnung
Wir haben 2Wochen in der wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht, in der es an nichts fehlte. Wir wurden freundlichst begrüßt und haben nette Anregungen für unseren Urlaub erhalten. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, ganz ruhig und Mann ist in keine 5 Minuten in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Die Fewo ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und ist perfekt ausgestattet, empfehlenswert. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Gardasees sowie der vielen kulturellen und landschaftlichen highligts der Umgebung (Verona, Brescia, Mantua, Molino und natürlich Venedig). Außerordentlich netter Empfang von den Vermietern.

Carla was extremely helpful and friendly- picked us up from the station, showed us where to find the amemnities and recommended places to eat and visit. Flat is well equipped- oven, combi grill, kettle, fridge freezer and tv. Nice quiet residential area. Would definitely stay there again- good for couples but also enough room for 4 people."
