Welcome to our 5 bedroom luxury town home located directly across from the Winter Park Ski Resort. This well appointed Townhome provides convenience, fabulous views and wonderful accommodations. On the main level you will discover 2 beautifully appointed king bedroom suites, each with TV, walk-in closets and full baths. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared full bath with tub and shower. On the lower level is a great bunk room providing 1 twin over full bunk bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. TV/DVD and full bath. Bring your X-Box or favorite gaming devices and plug them right in. Popular board games provided to add to the family fun. Lots of great living space on 3 levels - sleeps 12. End a glorious day of skiing or hiking by relaxing in the large, private hot tub overlooking the slopes and under the stars. Our townhome is minutes from the national forest and all the trails it has to offer. The inviting living room features a gas fireplace, smart cable TV, DVD and amazing mountain views. Warm yourself by the fire and catch a football game or simply enjoy quiet music in the beautiful mountains that surround you. The kitchen will please any gourmet, well equipped with most all appliances and the dining table is great for large group seating. A gas grill on the deck is great in any season. Would you like groceries to be waiting - that service is available to you. Shuttle is across the street for the ski resort or into town. Whether your group is many or few - you will love the features of this home away from home. Laundry room with washer and dryer, ski storage in the heated garage and free wireless internet provides you with everything you'll need for the perfect Winter Park vacation! The property and location are top notch. My only negative experience is with the transportation system available after 5:30PM. This issue is not directly related to the property but it did affect our stay, it's best to have a car. Other than that, as far as the property is concerned, we loved it and would go back.

Perfect place for our group of 10 to gather for a destination wedding. Comfotably accommodated us, clean, and had everything we needed. Everyone commented on the beautiful view of Winterpark.

Exceeded our expectations! Loved the layout, the hot tub, the proximity to Winter Park activities and to Fraser River trail. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and crock pot, etc. Thank you to Lisa for being so accommodating!

This place was perfect for our large family. Our group of 10 had plenty of room and comfort. Place was clean and very well stocked with kitchen needs. Location to the park was close. We had one maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. Hot tub was great to come back to in the evenings. We will come back again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was large enough to accommodate our large family and grandkids. Upon arrival we discovered a slight issue with a water leak from the refrigerator which was quickly reported and dealt with within 1 hour by an appliance tech. Very convenient location to skiing and shuttle, we will definitely consider another stay here.

Stayed for a week of skiing in March 2023. Two 4-person families with teens. Excellent oversized garage and lower-level storage for ski gear, including boot/glove driers. Very close location to the resort (really nice view of the runs from the hot tub on front porch). Spacious master bedrooms. Nice private upstairs bedrooms and bunk room in lower level. And very considerate welcome package from the owners. Would love to stay here again!

We loved this space and the process was seamless. We had a hot tub issue that was quickly taken care of! We did notice some need for repairs, specifically in the primary bedroom as there is some carpet coming up exposing sharp nails.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. It has everything you need in the kitchen, and the five bedrooms allow everyone to spread out. The view is spectacular, especially from the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We've stayed at a lot of ski condos over the years, and this is by far our favorite. We hope to return again!

Two families, five cousins, two friends all fit comfortably in this house. The ski shuttle was way, way more convenient than driving to the mountain. Amazingly responsive property manager. I would stay there again and say if you choose it you and your guests will be delighted. Well worth the money.

This house was perfect! We had 2 families ages from 5-49. We loved having 2 master bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the location!! The bus to take you to Winter park was steps away. I highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely book it again if we come back.

We were thoroughly impressed with the condo! Very clean, well appointed, lots of space, all the key necessities. Host was very responsive and check in was a cinch. Hot tub on the balcony was very welcome after a long day of skiing. Location is convenient, with a short one block walk to shuttle to the slopes. I highly recommend and hope to return!

The property was very clean and we thought the welcome basket on the kitchen table was a cute and unique addition! It was an easy process to get access to the house and the location was unbeatable with a view of the mountains and a ski bus right across the street.

Quiet location within easy drive of Winter Park. House was very clean with all necessary amenities. One car garage. Parking was a bit tight with enough room for one car in garage and two small cars squeezed into driveway. Not really a problem though unless you are hosting other friends who require additional parking. Overall all a great place that helped lead to an enjoyable long weekend of relaxation.

We had 4 families stay at this house with kids ranging from 6 months - 6 years old. There was plenty of space for everyone and it is a short 5 minute drive to winter park where there are tons of great things for families to do. Highly recommend!

Our family and friends stayed here for our annual Spring Break trip. We have been coming to Winter Park for 6 years and this has been our favorite property that we have stayed at. The accommodations were great with plenty of space for multiple families. Having two masters with a King Bed in each was fantastic. The view of the slopes from the living room, hot tub and deck was amazing. The proximity to the Lift shuttle, which drops you off right by the slopes, was incredibly convenient. Lisa was a great host and very responsive to any questions that we had. Thank you for helping our families create great memories at Winter Park.

We've stayed at several ski resorts and several different rentals in the Copper/Keystone/WinterPark area. This was BY FAR the best rental we've stayed in. The view is unbelievable out the main window. The five-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bath set up is ideal for various configurations of family and guests. We had two minor maintenance issues which were speedily and graciously attended to. We've already booked again for next year! I can't recommend this Lakota property in Winter Park and Lisa enough!
