Nestled in Winter Park, this charming house for $454 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beautiful, remodeled condo, within walking distance (only 1/3 mile) to the ski resort, located in Old Town Winter Park. Gorgeous mountain views and the Fraser River in your back yard. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 8 people in rooms. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper to hold 2 additional people. We also provide 2 twin air mattresses with bedding. The bedrooms provide plenty of space for the air mattresses. All new high-end kitchen that will meet all of your needs. The condo has a large dining area with an additional small island area, fireplace in the living room, open spacious floor plan and large picture windows in the living room overlooking the Fraser River. The bedrooms are nicely separated and with attached bathrooms providing privacy when needed. There is a one-stall heated garage with a carport in the front. Two decks, one off of each level. The main living room has a TV and DVD player. Cable is also available. The 3 main bedrooms include a TV with cable. Trademark is just a short walk to the ski resort or ride the free shuttle, with pickup near the complex (within 1 block and last stop to the resort). Cross Country skiing available on the Fraser Trail. During the summer, enjoy the Fraser trail for walking and biking just outside the back yard. A short 2 mile ride or walk to Winter Park. Multiple golf courses are just 15-30 minutes away at Fraser and Granby. Winter Park is known as the Mountain Bike Capital of the USA. Over 600 miles of bike trails for all levels of bike riders. If you are not a ski pass holder, please see this site for single day tickets. They are limited for sales each day to control the crowds. There were some wonky things about the place, but more than made up for by location. Downstairs room has a bunk bed, but not really a bathroom. Definitely the short straw room. However, the shuttle location seemed better than advertised. You just take the old town shuttle which is a short ride, and drops you at the base rather than the bus circle. You can also walk, but it involves a small road you share with vehicles. Note, we could not pull our suv with a ski rack into the carport. We had to take the rack off to pull into the carport. The tiny garage was out of the question. It was a large SUV, but the carport did not have room to open the doors.

To start communication, the host from the beginning was easy to work with and transparent. Due to my shuttle service, being earlier than scheduled, they allowed my party and I to check in earlier. Secondly the living space was wonderful, packed with amenities and was very comfortable and accommodated my party of 12 easily. It was a walkable distance to the resort also, but was also very close to the bus stop. There was also a hot tub on the property that we hadn't discovered until our final night there, but that was definitely the cherry on top of our stay. If I return to Winter Park I'd choose here again 100%.

The location was perfect - the condo backs up to the Frazer river, for fantastic rushing water noise and views, and walking distance (or a 2 minute car ride) to the gondola and resort village. The condo was just as perfect - plenty of space, bay windows with fantastic cross breezes, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, fully functional and stocked kitchen, everything nice and clean. We've been to Winter Park quite a few times, and will never stay anywhere else! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location, cleanliness and comfort were great! The main living area and kitchen are nice and open. Kitchen was well stocked. The view is so pretty of the river. Loved opening the windows and listening to the river rush by. Great neighborhood, close to walking and biking trails. A very short walk to the village area. Overall a great place to stay. Looking forward to returning!

We were extremely happy with this rental. The minute we walked in the door we knew we had found the perfect spot for our family ski trip. The house was well outfitted, spotless, and so convenient to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Winter Park.

Everything on our trip and stay was great except for gaining access to the property. The code given for the condo did not work and several attempts to contact the manager was unsuccessful. We had to wait a long period of time before gaining access to the property. We were also told that a new code would be provided and was not.

So much space!! Super clean! Surprised at how close the resort was - shuttle literally steps away, and we even just walked back 10 min from end of skiing one day. Hot water with great pressure, and a Keurig!!! Bed and pillows comfy enough….this was a perfect stay for our first trip to WP. Thanks a million!!

This condo was so comfortable and the location was perfect for the skiers in the family! For those that didn’t ski, the walk to the Village was short and scenic! The warmth of the fireplace and the large family room made for cozy nights. And we were surprised by how well stocked it was, all the amenities! Would stay there again!

This property is great for 2 families with separate sleeping areas for each family. The property was well stocked and the large living room was great for games, hanging out and socializing. The bus stop is right at the entrance to the condo complex and there is extra parking right next to the building should have more than 2 cars. Highly recommend!

Next best thing to being right at the base. Great space for large family or groups traveling together. Room setup gave the feeling of individual spaces. Everything there we could have wanted or needed. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Great stay!

This was by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at in all of our travels to different ski resorts in Colorado. I loved how open the living area was giving ample of space for three families to hang out. The bedroom set up worked very well for our families. The best part is the condo was within walking distance to the ski base.

Great location with shuttle stop to and from Winter Park Resort just a minute walk away. Property is well maintained and very spacious. We were welcomed with the fireplace on so the place felt instantly cozy. Kitchen was well equipped too. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This property has a great location for Winter Park, with quick bus access to the resort (no stops in between) or 10 min walking distance without your skis and boots. The interior is nicely remodeled, with plenty of space for all 6 of us to have beds and 3 full bathrooms. The view of the creek from the living room and master bedroom is really pretty. Garage parking was also a big plus and the attached ski/boot closet provided us with a nice staging area for skiing in the morning. Nice touches with the soap, shampoo, condition, +hand lotion and +chap stick in the bathrooms. Kitchen worked great, Keurig with pods provided, and we only ate out once the whole week. Couple of opportunities for improvements, 1) didn't know about the jacuzzi in the complex until the end of the trip (not mentioned in any of the descriptions or welcome pack), 2) lacking a key for the ski closet in the garage, 3) sun is really strong and hot in the living room in the afternoon/evening-need some shades badly, 4) too many TV remotes in the living room with old batteries (pls provide instructions and replace batteries). We struggled to get Netflix working even with 2 twenty something engineers working on it. Overall, I would stay there again if going to Winter Park. We had a great week with new snow and then sunshine at the end of the week. We were very comfortable, and Lisa was very responsive when we had a slight hiccup with check-in.

This was a very nice property that accommodated our party of 10 nicely. It was just a little further to bus stop and resort than anticipated but manageable. I’d recommend bringing a wagon to get skis and equipment to resort or plan to drive to resort especially if you are traveling with small children. Overall a very nice spacious property.

the condo was just right for us, with 3 full bathrooms and the 3 double beds. The bus system took a little figuring out and unfortunately the online schedule was not up to date. However the drivers were eager to get us where we needed to go. The skiing was great. Would visit again!

I’ll definitely be visiting this condo again! Everything is perfectly stocked and the room placement is amazing. We had 2 families so we were able to separate accordingly! The location is perfect - you can walk to the resort, catch the bus or drive! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect condo to stay in! And walking in to the ambiance of the gas fireplace already going was perfect!
