Fantastic villa of 350m2 located in Son Veri, a quiet urbanization just 400 meters walk from the Club Nautic S'Arenal and 3 minutes from the extensive beach of Palma, the tourist point par excellence of the island, here is the ideal combination of beaches, Walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma. This large villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, which allows 14 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection, air conditioning and all the amenities for your enjoyment. Outside there is a large swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and also outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied with a good glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends. This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa. Public transport: There is a bus stop (line 23 and 520) less than 250 meters from the house, from there with line 520 Palma city center is just 25 minutes journey. A 9 minute walk is the Yacht Club you will find the following lines: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51. A perfect choice to spend your holidays in Mallorca. We will wait for you! - - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. This house has air conditioning in six of the seven bedrooms, in case the client requires fans, we will make them available. It does not have heating. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden. Touristic License Number: ETV/9795

Prachtige villa met mooi zwembad We zijn er met ons hele gezin een week geweest. Mooie rustige lokatie. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een min punt zijn de matrassen deze vielen tegen, dun en wat doorgelegen. De service was heel goed. Een tweede campingbedje snel nabezorgd en we vertrokken pas in de middag maar we mochten de koffers tot die tijd in de hal laten staan. -

Sehr schöne Finca in sehr Guter Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr Sauber. Sehr gute, freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung von Check in und weiterer Themen. Nur eine paar kleine Probleme mit Strom und Wlan. Würde aber trotzdem immer wieder hinfahren. Danke an Mallorce für die sehr professionelle Abwcklung. -

We were 9 persons, 4 kids 9-12 years. The pool meant that we-kids- always had thing to do in the property a real value I missed nothing in the house and it was as nice as the photos tell. - Many possible eating/social places, inside and outside. Quiet villa-area, but short walking distance to beatches, small and big ones, and shops and good eating places mm. Easy to travel to Palma ol. We rented a car and took day trips to Palma and other places, beautyful, interesting anf fun places it is so much to experience here -. - The Villa is good for many groups familys with children, cycle-teams, firms. Very nice to see so many people cyckling together perfect cykle-ways, for long distances, easy to rent bikes. Good availabilty by Portic Villas, - nice, friendly people-. - Both kids and grown ups really enjoyed the villa and surroundings, and the island, and I am glad to recommend it. -

We had a great stay in this villa. It was on a good location. The house were on the website for 14 people, we were with 12 people but i didn’t see the room for the last 2 people. But for us it wasn’t a problem.

I stayed with a group of colleagues in this villa for a week. The villa is quite big, and well located. Kitchen ustensiles could be more furnished another cutting board, cups etc But other than that we had a pleasant stay -

Big house with very friendly staff and many rooms. Not the neewest house, but still in good conditions with a nice pool. Diatance to the beach is 150 meters and also very good located for restaurants and bars. -

Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend, alles da was man benötigt! Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Kontakt zu Portic war hervorragend! Man befindet sich in einer Wohngegend, was bei Gruppen beachtet werden sollte! Musik im und rund um das Haus darf nicht abgespielt werden, fanden wir persönlich nicht so schön. Jeder direkte Nachbar in der Gegend besitzt einen Hund, welche sich gegenseitig die ganze Nacht „bebellen“, das ist leider sehr störend.

We rented this property as a group of 12 people right after our graduation and we can say that we really enjoyed staying there. Everything was like it was described, the size was perfect for this number of people, even though we did not really use the living room as we enjoyed eating and relaxing outside a lot (having a pool to ourself was great) . On the first day we were provided with drinking water. I would also like to point out the nice service of Mallorca Home Villas. It was easy communicating and they replied fastly to our messages. The villa is located on the very end of the promenade of s'arenal on a small hill. For all the party people out there-it took us about 20 minutes to the Megapark by foot:) After all we would definitely book this villa again.
