My family and I spent Christmas on the property and it was great. The only issue I had was the pool heater that was not on and it took a while for them to turn it on so we could only enjoy it on the last day unfortunately. Besides that everything was great!

I really enjoyed the home and loved having the lake right out the door for birdwatching and seeing the alligator Sun itself on the opposite shore. There was plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen with utensils. I would consider staying here again. With all of that, the sound of traffic from the turnpike in the air traffic faded into the background with the pluses of staying here.

I really don’t like leaving a poor review on places but there were a few things here I did not like. The plus side is the owners are very responsive to messages and stayed in contact with me which was nice. But honestly this house needs a deep clean, the vents are dirty and black. Unfortunately, there was a point on our stay that our front door was unlocked by someone other than us and it was left unlocked when we woke up. I was told property manager or cleaning crew stopped by to turn the pool heater on (which would have been nice to have during our stay because we couldn’t swim since it was cold) But they thought we checked out even though we still had another day there. The owner assured me it was safe, but I was still nervous for the remainder of my stay. The checkout book asks that we start laundry and dishes but there was no soap to do so, I did message the owner who said the cleaning crew would handle it but I still went to the store do purchase items so we could follow the rules in the book.

We were very happy to find this house. It met all our needs. It was very close to the turnpike, so even though it was some distance from the parks, it didn't take much time to get there. The owners were very communicative, much more so than I have experienced before. The only warning I would give is that there is no on-street parking, overnight I believe, and the driveways are small (two cars only). Luckily, you were able to park parallel to the road on the apron/sidewalk. I give this warning because my son's car was towed in a different, but similar neighborhood. And their posted signs were not apparent. Overall, great stay!

Everything went really well and smoothly. We had to contact the property manager and they took care of it really quickly and the owners were very attentive and were making sure everything was alright.

The location was excellent! The neighborhood is wonderful and quiet. The lake view is lovely! A few things would have made the stay nicer. The pool was yellow and dirty, so we opted not to swim. The outdoor furniture needed to be wiped clean. The carpeting was vacuumed but needs cleaning; it left our feet dirty as we walked over it. There was only one wine glass for five adults. Some Kleenex would be appreciated. The master bath toilet runs constantly. We've rented many houses, but this is the only one with no extra supplies for a multiple night stay. There are no spices, not even salt or pepper; so if you plan to cook, you need to bring absolutely everything.

The house was exactly what we needed while we were in FL. The pool was so great to have at our ready - the water was a perfect temperture and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to cook and bake with, if desired. The location is close to main thoroughways, allowing you to access the many nearby attractions easily. The hosts were very kind and considerate - we visited during the current "hurricane" and they checked on us to make sure we were safe and well. We will definitely consider renting from them on future visits.

Ants 🐜, old house 🏡 need updating. No tv in other rooms water would not get hot. Refrigerator not working properly. Pool not clean . Walls, doors,garage was very hot could not be in garage to enjoy game room or wash clothes.. my experience was horrible I will not stay there again . I will tell others as well!!Complained and they don’t care. Broom was old . Pool strainer was broken . Toys were old and broken. Lighting was terrible. TV’s are not up to date (old)

As with most vacation rentals, the advertising/pictures are a little better than the actual dwelling. Overall, we had a great stay, however, below are a few items that could have been better. I'm thinking the Property Manager could have handled most of this... * Pool is smaller than it appears in pictures * Previous renters left pool toys in the pool and debris * Previous renters did not dump charcoal and clean grill * Previous renters placed the wrong garbage can out * No warnings about gators in the pond. I guess you should expect gators in any body of water in Florida... * Next door neighbors appear to live in neighborhood. They were very loud after 9pm and a few nights had a party in their pool. Loud Yelling, shouting, Laughing until about 3am. Also, there was a car revving her engine and screeching tires multiple times. * The toilet in the master bedroom ran all day and night. You should have a plumber look into this. * Inside walls could use a touchup. You can tell kids have had their hands all over the walls. * Sliding glass door screen broken. Should be replaced. * Game room needs an update. Pool table leans to one side. All the balls roll to one direction after racking. * 2nd fishing rod needs to be repaired * May be time for a spray. First bedroom and bathroom had a lot of small flying bugs in it. May be from outside porch light.

Property was easy to access, quiet neighborhood, close location to shops, restaurants and highways. Property is a bit dated, but seems to be managed well and kept up as much as possible. Check out instructions were easy and communication was great.

We had a great short stay at the Villa and the host was prompt to assist with a few small things. We enjoyed the pool and even seen a gator and river otter in the water in the backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Due to circumstances beyond our control only half of our party was able to make the trip and stay at this location. The hosts were great at communicating, very accommodating and overall had the best intentions with making us feel welcome. The rest of my family had a great time at the house and made it work but did have some comments on the amenities. Pretty much every activity like ping pong, billiards, the wii remotes or even the pool skimmer were broken in some way. They made it work but they had to rig stuff up. They also said the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough as there was trash around the pool that they had to clean up when they got there. This would be something to address with the cleaning service.

The house is original since they bought it. The old bathrooms and tiles full of mold, the pool looks old, the carpet shows that they do not maintain it. The air conditioning I don't know if they control it but it's never cold, it's always at 74 and in Florida with the high temperatures you can't handle such hot air; we got very hot.

Nice sunny bedrooms, comfy couches and seating, pool was clean, nice view of lake/pond. could hear highway noise from outside but not distracting. close to other neighbor pools, but everyone was respectful. neighborhood felt safe. saw an alligator in the pond and lots of bird life!

Property as described and pictured. Lots of space and pool/lake was beautiful. Close to universal and sea world without going on I4, which was a plus. Also close to Publix. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood with lots of grass and sidewalks. Pool could use some handrails. Hot water was really hot in showers.

Property needs updating but it’s not bad the game room on the other hand needs a makeover you can tell that prior kids and former renters have destroyed it too bad we were looking forward to using them. The pool was great and the lake provides amazing fishing . We also couldn’t get the tv to work but all in all the place it self was not bad but it would of been better if there was a grill and a updated game room to enjoy. owners response time to any questions were always quick and helpful I would stay again if updated.

Everything was as described and pictured! When we arrived the cleaner was still in the house cleaning. I spotted Lysol and other disinfectant cleaners which was a plus lol. The pool was amazing and the view of the lake was an experience! When reaching out about anything that was needed (heated pool) their response time was very quick! The neighborhood was very quiet and clean also! And surrounded by grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The check in was simple too! If we were to ever return we’ll definitely book with them again! Again, thank you!

Came to Orlando to spend Halloween with friends. The house is perfect and the pool is fantastic in the Florida sun! The hosts were very friendly and fast communicators. Would definitely come back!
