Large room, good location, quite clean and very friendly staff. Free bikes
The bathroom is a bit old and is built in a way you get everything wet whenever you shower

Mooie rustige plek in de oude stad.
Erg vriendelijk personeel.
Mooie tuin/ binnenplaats
Scooter/ fietshuur in eigen beheer.
Katoen was fijner geweest.

Everything was as hoped for and we were treated very kindly. We couldn't ask for anything better except we wished we had more time there!
Everything was wonderful! No improvements needed.

Prime location, right next to the Royal Palace. The room is tidy, and even though it's a guesthouse, it offers facilities similar to regular hotels.
We encountered heavy rain during the flooding in Hue. Hopefully, in the future, the quality of the guesthouse's umbrellas can be better. The umbrella we borrowed was leaking in the middle.

We made one mistake during our two weeks in Vietnam...we only spent one night at the Le Robinet! This was ABSOLUTELY our most favorite place during the entire trip. Amazing location inside the old city, easy access to everything, a handy list of the best places to eat - and when to eat there! And the staff...? Warm, friendly, outgoing, conversant, helpful, incredible. Our room was big and beautiful and (can't believe I'm mentioning this) the best TV we found! So nice to plug into Netflix for a few minutes while you're waiting for the wife and daughter to finish up in the bathroom! :-). The breakfast was very good for the price and having free bikes to pedal around on was fun. My daughter fell in love with the owner's dogs - I just wanted to eat them (kidding!).
Hue is an incredible city that we should have spent more than 36 hours in...don't make the mistake we made - make the Le Robinet a few days stay!
Hmmm...did I mention you're not allowed to eat the dogs? :-)
Maybe a bit of a tune-up on some of the bikes! Other than that...absolutely nothing! The Le Robinet is perfection!!

Staffs are very friendly, including the lovely dogs. The garden is lovely. I find my stay at La Robinet very comfortable and cozy. They also have Netflix for each room which is great!
Next time when I stay here, I will book the room with more windows for more natural light!

Linh and her staff were always helpful and friendly. Having a chat about Vietnamese culture und customs with them was great. The „protection dogs“ are lovely.

Everything!! We had the loveliest time here! The family who run the place are so friendly and helpful. The dogs are super cute (and they are rescued dogs (some with physical disabilities) which shows how kind the family is). The room was amazing, we slept so well. The location is great. Their food is incredible and a great price. We didn’t want to leave!
Please fix an engine cover on the one bike that has one missing. That’s all!

Almost everything: feel comfortably & welcomed like home, staff ms.Han patiently explains & help arrange things; it's location in the neighbourhood allows us to see the local life, nearby many eateries & cafe, near the citadel. Absolutely value for money. The homstay makes me fell in love in Hue..and the 3 lovely dogs.

This was a lovely place to stay with a beautiful shady courtyard and super helpful staff

We like that the homestay is eco-friendly. Water from fountain, no meat on option.
We like the dogs and the rooms.
The hosts were super helpful (as always in Vietnam)
It's very close to the citadel, but far for other tour operators. If you do a tour, you always have to get to the "new center"
It rains a bit into to your apt if you got the rooftop one, but for that price, it's to be expected.

Excellent location near the Imperial City - Adorable staff - Clean room - Dog at the reception was so cute
Hue is a very humid city so the rooms were very humid (a bit moldy as well) and cold so we had to ask for an electric heater - Showers in Vietnam sometimes don't have curtains so you tend to spill water everywhere.

The place was really pretty, after one or two days the "guard-dogs" started liking us as well which was nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful and it was by far the comfiest bed we've slept in during our Vietnam trip!
Food does take some time to prepare but it was alright since we were not on the clock

great location, lovely quiet inner-courtyard (with dogs) and mostly vegetarian restaurant menu. Games and books for kids. Lovely staff, good breakfast. We had the spacious family room directly at the court yard. free bikes with kids seat for use at all times
despite the warm weather the room was just a bit damp, though it didnt bother us too much. te room opens to a small porch directly to the court yard, which however is also used as in-house route sometimes for staff. So you're really completey private at your balcony, but you have a lovely view to compensate

You will be hard pressed to find a better host than Linh. She and her staff were so helpful and kind. We also learned a lot about the culture and history of Vietnam through our long conversations - you just don't get that at a normal hotel.
We loved the dogs, but they do make a mess sometimes - you have to be prepared for that.

The location m. close to all the mail attractions it’s in a quiet part of town not too touristy and with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. it’s a lovely old colonial style house set in pretty gardens in a quiet street.
Our room felt a little damp

Nice place! Wonderful staff, good food, amazing bed!
We really liked it, but because of the humidity, the floor of the room was always completely wet, we know it’s nobodys fault, but maybe another room would be better as we slept right at the entrance of the hostel (a bit noisy too)

The kindness of the stuff! Very nice family, including the dogs :)
The room was very humid due to the rain :( impossible to have a warm stay

excellent value for money! we had our own terrace and the decoration was very unique. it’s just around the corner from the HUE imperial city, inside the big fortress and near to so many great restaurants
the bathroom was outside our room - in the terrace. as it was cold and rainy it wasn’t so nice to go in the night. but I believe ours was the only room with a bathroom like this
