Excellent situation, fabulous breakfast, quality toiletries, easy checkout, plenty of common spaces

No cupboard space to speak of, no hooks for outdoor coats, no kettle for tea (only coffee). Poor room service (even when specifically asked for, our room and bathroom were not cleaned or the cups and glasses changed)

Grei kvalitet for høy pris

Spa/bade/avslappingsavdeling var liten, trang, fullstappet, bortgjemt, dampbad fungerte ikke, bassenget var kaldt, det var tomt for glass og håndklær. Rommet hadde ingen steder å legge ting og dusjen sølte vann over hele gulvet på det bittelille badet.

Hvis vi skal reise to personer neste gang så vil vi ikke benytte oss av Deres hotell.

Frokosten var utmerket., Beliggenheten optimal for vårt formål

Når en bestiller et dobbeltrom så er jo det fordi vi er to personer som skal bo der. Da bør det være et minimumskrav at det er to stoler å sitte på. Vi var klar over at rommet ikke var spesielt stort, men det var møbler med dype skap og et skrivebord som tok mye plass. Vi hadde to kvelder i Oslo, hvorav den ene på teater, og vi synes at det er hyggelig å kunne ta et glass på hotellrommet før vi tar kvelden. Ettersom det er en velfylt minibar på rommet, så er det å anta at det også er noe som hotellet regner med at gjestene ønsker.. Da er det ikke hyggelig at den ene kan sitte på en (ikke spesielt god) stol, mens den andre må balansere et vinglass i senga, som for øvrig må karakteriseres som et "putehelvete"..... Det legges tydeligvis ikke opp til at gjestene skal trives på rommet. Vi savnet 2 brukbare stoler, og et lite bord å sette fra seg glass og snacs på. Her har hotellet mye å gå på med hensyn til trivsel.

Meget god frokost. Hyggelig betjening.

Ingen mulighet for å justere temperatur på rommet. Det ble litt kaldt i løpet av natten.

Great choice in Oslo

The location is great, just close to everything in Oslo, the cocktail bar was lovely and the waiters so nice and friendly. The breakfast offers a huge variety of options, a very good choice in the city.

Stort sett veldig kun 13 ettage som var dårlig

Alt var helt topp helt til vi skulle prøve restaurant i 13 ettage der var det helt forferdelig så vi stakk derfra og ned på restaurant i 1 ettage der var det helt topp service var meget bra personalet var spøkefulle og godt humør

Een luxe verblijf

Het ontbijt was echt super! Ik denk het beste ontbijt dat we hebben gehad. We zagen het al voorbij komen in de andere recensies, het is echt goed! Verder een schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel en een handige ligging schuin tussen het centraal station en het centrum van Oslo.

Förutom ett strulande element var det väldigt bra med god frukost och trevlig personal!

Fantastisk frukost med stort utbud! Det fanns nåt för alla! Sängen var mjuk och superskönt! Stora kuddar och varmt täcke. Fin utsikt över området.

Säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte på mitt rum och de kunde inte laga det. Hade även ett element vid sängen som gjorde mycket oljud. Tekniker kollade tydligen på det men natt 2 var det lika mycket oljud igen.

Great 4 days in Oslo

Excellent breakfast, fantastic location, very friendly personnel, such a great elevator system, a cosy bar on the 13th floor. We really enjoyed our stay in Clarion.

There was no garderobe in our economy double room.

Overall happy with our experience and would stay again

Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet.

The rooms were small with little room for luggage. Security in customer baggage storage area was concerning - should have keypad lock to room.

Lage. Frühstück sehr umfangreich, aber Massenabfertigung. Restaurant und Lobby sehr schön.

Zimmer nicht gereinigt, Tücher und Kaffeegeschirr nicht gewechselt, kein Zucker. Klimaanlage viel zu kalt, konnte nicht off gestellt werden, nach Reklamation wurde Heizofen z.V. gestellt. Kleiderschrank ein Hohn. Öffentl. Parking 60€ eine Frechheit

BEM INSTALADO EM OSLO

Ficámos nos pisos mais modernos do hotel e é uma agradável surpresa em termos de qualidade. O pequeno almoço excede as expectativas em termos de qualidade e variedade, muito bom. O hotel na sua generalidade é bem conseguido o que torna a estadia confortável e apelativa. A localização é boa, perto da área nova de Oslo e com facilidade de deslocação a pé para visitas e passeio. O estar perto da estação também é uma vantagem para quem utiliza o Flytoget para vir/ir do aeroporto. A recepcionista Naomi excelente em simpatia e profissionalismo

Não haver um computador disponível para hóspedes fazerem o check-in on-line. Fiz no telemóvel e pedi à recepcionista Kamilla para me enviar o e-mail para a recepção para impressão. Tentou fazer mais com o endereço errado ????!!!!! e depois ia embora sem comunicar NADA!!!!! a colega Naomi é que resolveu tudo com eficiência

Sinnsykt mye bråk fra ventilasjon på rom 812!!! Va som å ligge ute i vestavindskuling. Stygg lukt inne på damp badstu. Saunaen var kald. Fikk ikke til med lås i garderobe på SPA avdelingen. ALTFOR mye folk på frokost. Irriterende at man må melde seg opp til frokost tid. Og attpåtil få beskjed om at det er fult til frokost???

Very good location, just across the road from the station. Awesome breakfast and the pool is fantastic for an evening chill out. Comfiest bed ever! Just a big fat cloud! Made for an awesome night’s sleep :)

Central and charming

This hotel requires a lengthy opinion. It is very stylish, with many small and cosy spaces for common use. Friendly staff. Detailed decor is well conceived. I particularly liked the lifts. Room was nice, with very good amenities (including body lotion and conditioner), a small minibar, coffee machine, comfortable beds and good noise cancelling windows. Breakfast is a bit stressful, you should go in as early as possible. The gym/sauna area is small for the size of the hotel, but my timing was good. There's at least one ice machine in one of the floors, very practical. The lobby is charming and outside you have all sorts of public transportation. Nearby there are lots of good restaurants, museums, shops and other things to do.

The fact that being a conference hotel you get all sorts of people walking around and talking very loudly. This is also noticeable at breakfast, too little time for too many people and some must think they are at a bar chatting loudly. The way breakfast is set up is not practical at all. The nightclub has a clear vibe, noticeable in the room (not outside sound), at least on weekend nights. There is no umbrella in the room. The loudness of (some) people clearly clashes with the charming style of the hotel.

Large, nice, technology forward hotel with best breakfast.

Best breakfast I have ever seen, so many options and all high quality. Room was OK, clean and nice, bed was comfortable.

Very crowded, had to reserve breakfast time (not what I want on a holiday), even though the restaurant was huge. Room description could be more accurate on booking, had to pay for room upgrade, due to bed size issue. Staff was efficient and nice, but provided only the minimum amount of info for the stay. Then you got a lot of qr codes and tech to support the rest of your stay, not making the experience any better, as I don't want to fight with links that don't work and suspicious web sites during my vacation. Elevators with their card tech was annoying, and difficult for some guests to use (had to help several people with it). Room door also had to be locked with card when leaving, otherwise it stayed unlocked, a feature not common with card lock doors. Other quirks also, not making for a smooth and relaxing stay.

Great selection of foods, well displayed, quite a lot floor to cover, but once I explored the second visit was easy.

I think It would have been better for me to have had a companion, as I felt uncomfortable sitting alone.

Location very close to transport, food, and shopping.

Tiny room that I felt was over decorated for the room size. Desk was practically unusable due to the clutter. No safe.

The hotel is ideal for the train station, and is very modern. The breakfast buffet is large and generous.

Green initiatives mean no amenities in the room, not even a bar of soap, just these inconvenient liquid dispensers.

Great experience!

Great location! Walked there from the bus station and took the airport bus (Flybussen) two blocks away when we left. Good attention and very clean. Great shower. Rooms are small but I was aware when I booked. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast restaurant was quite small for the amount of guests.
