je suis déçu et je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux

l’emplacement, la grandeur, la vue

douche sales, aucun débit d’eau dans la douche, eau froide, très grand lit double écris dans l’annonce mais seulement deux lits simples collés sur place, certaines prises électriques ne marchent pas

Good for short in and out stay. No breakfast place nearby

It’s very big and spacious. Great views from the roof

Very dated and needs renovation. Tv wasn’t working. Internet was weak. Bathrooms need repairs and deep cleaning

Un accueil au top avec le gardien du lieu très serviable et fort sympathique ! L'endroit est idéalement situé près de Ouarzazate et d'un jolie lac , très calme . La Villa est très spacieuse parfait pour une famille 👍

L'eau sur place n'est pas potable, donc prévoir assez de bouteilles pour le séjour.

Quiet location, lounge & bedroom comfortable. Great base for touring.

Water 'non-potable', and the signs said "not to used for drinking, washing or cooking". Asked what the water could be used for, but no response. Kitchen and appliances not clean, wouldn't use.

The Kasbah is very very big with some nice facilities. The worker that stayed close to the kasbah was very nice and helpful

The Kasbah is very big, and i dont think it is suitable for a couple because of its size and location. You have to drive about 27 min. to find the nearest restaurant.

Super big villa with excellent view around

- The villa is really big with three floors, 1 room on the 1st and 3 rooms on the second, 3rd floor is the balcony to see the views around. - The one welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, though he doesn't speak English nor Spanish, we used google translation to communicate, he will help you with everything here.

- Some of the facilities are getting old, functioning but could be improved fx. the shower head. - The closest restaurants and shops are in Ourzazate and it takes around 27 mins to drive there, so plan your purchasing or dinner in advance.

Exceptional

The location. The views. The staff. The style. Very authentic. The space - very huge. I recommend!! Just make sure to bring water with, because the water in the vila is not for drinking/cooking.

Passable

The location is extraordinary and the house is enormous, with a large, but dessicated garden. Watching the stars from the terrace on the roof was the best part of our holiday. The house keeper, Mohamed, is attentive but not intrusive, and was a charming host.

The air conditioning in the main room and kitchen did not work. The fridge in the kitchen did not work. There is no drinkable water from the sink in the kitchen so you must use bottled water to cook food and brush your teeth. Each of these basic requirements must be addressed. It is not right to advertise "with air conditioning" when it simply does not work. Northern Europeans are not used to temperatures of 35+ degrees inside the house in the early evening in September.

A peaceful getaway in a formal Berber villa.

The traditional Berber architecture and spacious home was gorgeous and well equipped. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful peaceful spot with magnificent views. Mohammed was available for anything we needed. Highly recommended.

The location is remote which is okay if you have a vehicle. Otherwise bring supplies. You’ll need lots of water for drinking and cooking because the tap isn’t drinkable. Don’t forget to bring spices, oil and salt.

A very special villa

It is an enormous villa with a character. Many large rooms, very clean. The people who were waiting for us were also very nice, the owner was not there but sent all the necessary information. The location is very good if you are travelling the usual circle from Marrakesh to Fez. It is a very special place!

Wonderful place in quiet surroundings

Great location (for those with a car), in quiet area outside the city. Near a lake, beautiful garden and even better views from the rooftop terrace. Excellent reception on the premisses- thank you Mohammed, in addition to good contact via booking prior to arrival. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need (dishes, microwave etc) and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

We were there in January and it was close to impossible to heat up the place, although we did manage to make two rooms comfortable enough to sleep properly. The quality of the water was a real concern (strong smell), even for washing, although in all fairness the host did put notes all over the place about the issue.
