Clean and well-appointed, this is great place to base a Ballarat visit. It is in a quiet neighbourhood close to the wildlife park and Eureka Stockade, and a 5 minute drive into town. There are good family/entertaining areas for those days or nights at home.

Definitely one of the best properties we've stayed in.
Clear instructions for entry, labelled light switches (when multiple lights in one place), clear instructions on property equipment etc, comfy beds (fairly firm), blackout blinds, use of garage was really helpful.
Will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

We have stayed at this accommodation twice and both times the accommodation has been excellent. Secure parking in garage, walking distance to Eureka Park with cafe and Eureka Stockade Centre. Quick drive to the main city centre. Bedrooms good size. Two toilets. Kitchen well equipped and two living areas. An IGA, Chemist Warehouse and cafe within 15 min walk.

We loved our stay at Minard. Excellent location, neat and tidy home. Everything we needed for our family holiday. Having an additional toilet downstairs was a bonus for managing 2 families with one bathroom. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Tamara.

Good location but only if you have a car. Comfortable but fairly small living areas. Ideal for a short stay. It would be perfect if there was a bit of weeding & cobweb removal outdoors. Shower could do with a bit of a grout scrub but generally very clean.

This very comfortable and cosy townhouse had everything we needed. It was close to the Eureka Stockade museum which was good for a quick visit with a great park for kids. A little too far to walk to Ballarat central but would stay again for sure.

My friend, 2 grand daughters and myself stayed in this lovely townhouse for a week whilst visiting Ballarat . We did lots of sight seeing and thoroughly enjoyed coming home to this house each day. To be able to dine in , cooking for ourselves or eat out was great. Watching movies in the evenings was most enjoyable. A great stay.

This place had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We were worried about staying in a 2 story house in 37degree Weather but fans in each bedroom and stairwell meant it wasn’t bad at all. The two tvs meant there were no fights. Would stay again
