Nestled in Fire Island, this charming house for $1,121 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Perfectly located on 1st and Center Walk this private, spacious 4 bedroom is just one house from the bay and 4 houses from the ocean. Being on 1st walk you'll have fewer crowds which translates into more beach. The 2nd floor is open concept which includes living, dining and kitchen areas, with double sliders opening to a great deck with partial views of the Bay. The second floor sits at Treetop level; it has AC, but even in the height of summer the beautiful cross breeze from either the Bay or Ocean removes the need for its use! The gourmet kitchen and bar area seats 8; the dining area seats 6 (can extend to 8), comfortable and generous living area and a convenient half bath. All 4 bedrooms are downstairs and enjoy high ceilings - and with the property set well back from any walks, is quiet and private. Bedroom 1/Master, with king size bed, TV and AC. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each contain 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds. There is a full Bath on the first floor, and a sizeable, secluded outdoor shower for the full beach-life experience. Davis Park is the greatest. House is just like photos show. Close to beach, nice new lower deck, older house with a few updates. Outdoor shower was great and laundry available was convenient. Washing bedding before checkout was horrible. You end vacation by getting up very early to complete this chore. Furniture is uncomfortable.

My family and I had such an amazing stay. The house has everything you need and more. Short walk to both the bay and beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available for use. My kids had a blast with the boogie boards and beach toys. We loved the fact that all the bedrooms were on the first floor leaving the upstairs surrounded with windows and beautiful views. The house is full of artwork and decorations that you can spend days noticing and enjoying. Some mentioned that you have to wash the towels and linens. I appreciated the fact that they had them there and I didnt have to bring my own across the ferry. Thank you Keith and Sally. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful: Reunion with HS friends after 45 years, perfect setting on Davis Park, home was comfortable, perfectly set up, and had everything you’d need. The accommodations were just as described and the owner was responsive and friendly. This was a five star experience all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrific house filled with artwork! Best location in Davis Park, with bay views from the upper back deck which is nestled in the tree tops. Sounds of the ocean waves through the windows, and perfectly situated literally just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful ocean beach. My family loved this house, and made many wonderful memories during our stay.

My family and I had a perfect week at the beach. House has tons of chairs, umbrellas and towels for beach. Also had boogie boards and sand toys for little ones. House was just what we needed-located in a nice quiet section of Davis and the a/c was a bonus during this heatwave. Owners very quick to answer any questions. A wonderful week was had

My family enjoyed our week in Davis park immensely. The coordination from the owner was really great. All information about the house was helpful and accurate. The house itself had everything you could need during your vacation. There were plenty of towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach and kitchen had all the pots , pans and silverware you could need. I will be back next year.

THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. GENEROUS SUPPLY OF MOST ANYTHING WE'D NEED. HOWEVER, BE PREPARED IF YOU ARRIVE TIRED, YOU THEN HAVE TO MAKE THE BEDS! ALSO NOT ONLY STRIP BUT WASH THE BEDDING BEFORE YOU LEAVE. MINOR BLIP ON A VERY NICE STAY.

The house was exactly as advertised....a commodious and well-equipped place. We had a great time. Keith and Sally were especially responsive, though we really didn't need to communicate much. Everything was set up for us and directions were clear.

What a great home! It has absolutely everything you need, plenty of space and is in a Perfect location. We had so much fun hanging out on the beach during the day and cooking dinners at night. The balcony is lovely and relaxing and the home itself is cozy and very very cool. Lots of art around the home which made it even more fun to be inside. Keith was easy to contact and quick to respond (via email!!)! Loved it, thank you Keith!

Keith’s place was quiet, clean, roomy and quaint! We had a great time with our friends and would definitely recommend to others along with return ourselves. Many extras were provided such as beach equipment, toys, household games, air conditioning, etc. The grill was great all week and the coffee pot definitely came in handy! Thanks again for a great stay.
