The view, the deck. The place is absolutely stunning and we didn't need for anything. The grocery and liquor store is right beside it making everything just perfect. I wanted to move on I loved it so much!

Overall it was ok, great location for the beach and really nice people at grocery store right next door with in walking distance. We had issues with washer and dryer not working all week. April the property manager took good care of us even though they couldn’t get it working. Very nice people to work with. She brought us up more towels and rags to use. Only other thing, it was a bit tough going up and down all the stairs with luggage.

Nothing to love about it ants everywhere leaking sink you had to rigged the door up for it to lock tv would turn with light switches you had to use 3 remotes to use the tv busted glass sweeped under the refrigerator no elevator so we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs you had to buy everything nothing was stocked no trash bags no toilet paper everything was bought luckily their is a very nice super market named the counsel beside it and I would recommend talking to only Becky she was very respectful and helpful with everything

We stayed a week at this property and it is very laid back three story condo's with 21 units. We are in our fifties and most of the people here were older than us. It was a quiet neighborhood with a wonderful store next door (Carousel) that is a grocery store, gift store and has a wonderful wine selection. The pool was very clean and the ocean was somewhat of a walk across the road and through the dunes. We enjoyed both areas and would stay here again. The building is showing it's age but speaking to the manager they are improving it slowly. They just got in new pool furniture before we left. It is also just about a mile to back beach road and that was nice to be able to go other places on the expressway.

The place is nice. It is what a lot of reviews mention as out dated. The pool was clean but we were not allowed access to the pool. Everyone else had personal keys to the bathroom but we did not. The rocks in the bath room are terrible. This room is also up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator which was fine for us but would be hard for some people. The place is also close to a busy road and at times can be a little loud. The conveniences of it is nice. Super short walk to the beach. The king bed is upstairs and this room is a open room with no privacy. The room was clean. I agree that the bathroom floor needs redoing desperately, and the outside balcony needs more comfortable chairs and a table. We also lost power due to the road being busy and an accident occurring. I tried to call VRBO but was unable to get in touch. We were without power for about 6 hours…

Our second time staying in this room and third at this location. The location is absolutely PERFECT! Carousel store next door, beach literally across the street and nothing blocking your view from the balcony (no buildings on beach for roughly half mile in either direction).
The room itself is just ok, it gets the job done for sleeping but the entire place could use updating. I know it had been updated since our last visit, but the fit/finish wasn’t up to par. Doors drug on the flooring, had to tighten a lot of handles and balcony slider didn’t lock. For less then $1,000 the room could be quite a bit nicer.
Now again the location is PERFECT, the beach the SAME, would stay here again.

Condo is in a great location. Surprised that hand soap was not part of the homes amenities. This home could use some TLC, as one of the kitchen drawers would not open, and the lazy Susan would not open all the way. Appearance is key, and would suggest swapping out the rusted toilet paper holder with a new one.

This rental felt like it was furnished with garage sale items. The quality of the finish work was less than I expected from a condo rental. Cleanliness OK, supplies in the home OK. We had to call and get washcloths brought to us because we didn’t have any at check-in time. The best thing about the rental was the balcony and having the grocery store next-door. Also I did not receive the service fee from the rental I had before this one, that I was promised, $128.00

Our over all stay was great. Great location with store next door and quieter end of PCB. Was kept up to date about reservation and checking in. Once I tried to contact someone with the issues no one would return my call text or email.

We loved our stay at this property. Had amazing views of the beach and is literally just a two lane roadway away from walking on the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. A small grocery store next door was also very convenient for picking up anything needed.

This condo is not well stocked. They say it sleeps 6 but there were 3 bowls and only 3 butter knives. Very small amount of drinking glasses. They do not provide beach essentials. The toaster is broken! It needs a good deep cleaning and not by the service they have doing it now! The floor is filthy and the deck doors need a good cleaning not just the one that slides.
I could keep going but I believe you the reader get it! I would recommend using a personal owner and not a company at least not this one.

This home was a good value, and I would book it again if the price was right. Pros: priced well, very spacious, easy walk to the beach, grocery store next door, cute neighborhood, and located in a lesser populated area. This unit has so much potential and could be really great with some updated decor/furniture and a deep clean. Cons (some of this gets nit-picky, but I think it's worth mentioning): Cleanliness - the windows/glass doors were very dirty; the carpeted stairs were stained; the baseboards and ceiling have a visible layer of dust. Broken Items - the upstairs toilet seat kept falling off; the blinds in the front bedroom were broken and stuck in a slightly open position allowing light in; the curtains on the sliding glass door are basically just decorative - they're transparent and too small to cover the glass doors, so there's no way to block out light, and at night it feels like people can see in from the road. Could Be Better Equipped: the kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, and cups, but it's not well stocked for cooking - no measuring cups, limited cooking utensils, etc., so I suggest bringing what you need if you plan to cook a lot. We cooked spaghetti and were able to make-do with what they had. The upstairs loft didn't have nightstands, so I kept my phone, medicines, etc. on the floor. Adding some small nightstands would make a big difference. Also, putting a small dining table or end table on the porch would be nice so that you could eat breakfast/drink coffee out there. Overall, we had a great trip, and I'd be more willing to book this place again if I knew it had been cleaned and maintained a bit better.

Enjoyed the week away from it all in this condo. Great location, close to beach, shopping and a view of the Gulf. The condo had everything needed for our stay.
