Loved the property, except we found the pool and hot tub in the back yard hard to get in and out. No railings to hold onto. Close to Disney world. Teens loved the games room.

We had a great time at this property. The place is huge and had plenty of space for 7 adults, and 2 littles 3 and under. The pool was awesome, perfect temperature the entire time. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware, including kid safe dishes. Owner was great to communicate with, always responded quickly. Location is convenient to shopping, groceries, and disney. Can't wait to stay at this property again!

We arrived on January 3. We were able to check in an hour early and the house was immaculate and smelled wonderful. We had a little bit of issue with the heat for pool and hot tub, but the staff resolved our concerns quickly. The kids were able to use the pool almost every day. It was worth the little bit extra to have a heated pool. Beds and pillows were great. The kids loved the movie room! The kitchen needed to have a few more items. Would be nice if there were a few frequently used spices as well as plastic containers for leftovers. Also basic things such as salt and pepper. Overall a good experience and would choose this location again.

We stay at this house for 7 days. The house was well maintained and clean when we entered. There was an issue with low water pressure but it was resolved. Only minor issue we had was with early check-in. We kept getting the same response of we will get back to you but never heard back. Other than that I would highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed for our Christmas break. The house was wonderful and the host was very helpful with all of my questions. My kids were in awe of the star wars room and then would spend so much time in the game and movie theater room. Would stay here again in the future.

Great house! Small hiccup, the house we viewed online showed double beds in one of the children's room and when we arrived single beds were in the room. This complicated our sleeping arrangements but management was quick to fix it and moved us into a house that reflected the house with double beds that we initially booked! Very happy overall!

The week we stayed anyone getting in the pool got itchy after being in only a few minutes, even in the hot tub. We had to figure out the issue ourselves and contact the property manager. Then we smelled smoke and notice that a wire in the electrical box was burned off. This could have been a major fire. Also could have had a few more utensils, etc. in the kitchen.

The property is nice and the location was great, unfortunately there was next to no water pressure.
Showers trickled out even if it was just one shower in use at a time. You could not run more than two showers at a time. Water would not come out of any faucets or showers if you ran two at a time.
No extra blankets or pillows and the kitchen had next to no cooking supplies.
Sadly we will not be going back to this property, ever!!

This was the most perfect house to celebrate our Bachelorette. We were so close to universal studios, and we had ample options for foor delivery. We had a relaxing evening in the movei theatre room and plenty of space and sleeping options for our group of 12. Definitely would stay here again!

The house was everything I hope for. Large enough for 8 adults and 6 kids with room to spare. The only downside and reason I gave it 4 stars was that in November you don’t get any sun in the pool area which would of been nice for warmth. Also sometimes the gate area is congested.

Beautiful house, just as described. The location is awesome and very close to the Disney parks. However, we did have a few issues. First of all, we arrive very late on our first night and realized we had not had the proper number of towels and kitchen towels delivered. Secondly, we quickly realize that we basically did not have hot water. the water was lukewarm at best. He didn’t want to have to go out in front of everyone and pick up that flagpole in management certainly responds quickly and try to help and I believe the house needs another hot water heater. We had no hot water in the kitchen or he came out of the library to see Mrs. Paris the bathrooms flagpole of the bathrooms have warm water not hot is sleeping a dealbreaker for me in the future and type of map. Enjoy taking lukewarm showers every day. Measuring the track the other thing I would say is, the house is finally realizing moderately . For example, goodbye, more paper towels. What if I wore a week and should have that Worcester because you’re only giving is one more hit the towels in podcast sex which 16 people we went pretty quickly!!! The grocery stores, Walmart and target are close by a long day at the park, it is not what you want to do I know no. Also, the iceachinewas broken and did not make any ice. We bought bags of ice throughout the week. All in all, we had a great week and the house was beautiful but the problem with the water heater would be a deal breaker for me to rent again

We had a great stay at this property. The house is very large and open, our kids enjoyed the themed rooms and game room.
We stayed during a busy disney time, and it took us about 30 minutes to get to the parks.
The hot tub never got above 95 degrees after it was heated, it was 73 degrees outside so not sure what the issue was.
I did enjoy the check out process as it was easy.
The house was stocked with basic things like trash bags and dish soap which was a major plus.

WHILE THE HOME WAS VERY NICE AND LARGE ENOUGH FOR OUR FAMILY OF 16 THE ONE ISSUE THAT CAME UP EVERY DAY WAS THE LONG (10-20 MIN.) WAIT TO GO THROUGH THE GATEHOUSE. THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY REASON I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN. EVERYTHING ELSE THE POOL, LOCATION AND COMFORT OF THE HOUSE WERE VERY GOOD

Our large extended family loved staying at this house! Tons of space. Kids loved the game room and pool. Easy access to grocery store/Target and quick drive to the Disney parks. Host was quick to respond. The only issue we had on multiple nights was a 20+ minute wait at the security gate to enter the community at the end of a long day. Not something within the owners control but we found it frustrating.

This house was amazing from the beginning. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. Easy communication with our property manager. When we needed toiletries, they came quick to provide it. Plenty of beds/bedrooms and lots of bathrooms so everyone was comfortable. The theatre room was great for a movie night with the group. The only thing that was disappointing was that we paid for pool heat but the water didn’t seem to get warm. Other than that, we had a great stay and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This house offered everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms, washers and driers, 5 king size beds, and lots of room for children to sleep. The pool, patio, game room, and theater were awesome! We would highly recommend this property. It was easy to communicate with the property management and they were quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in great condition in a great location with some great amenities. We only had 2 issues. 1. The checkpoint gate process to enter the complex needs some work. There were a few occasions where it took 40 minutes to get through the entry gate bc the line was so long. One evening, it appears that some people had enough of waiting and drove through the exit gate, breaking the gate arms. 2. We had an extremely loud group next to us one night. They woke us up at about 1 o’clock in the morning and the partying would not stop. However, we called the gate guard who directed us to security. Security got there within 30 minutes and the party was shut down immediately. So, although the situation was annoying, they handled it very well. Overall, we would visit again, but we would want to know that the process at the entry gate had been revised.

Our extended family group of 10 had the best time at this house! Everything looked exactly like the photos, and it was spotlessly clean on check-in. The service level from the rental company was top notch. I received a welcome email a few days before the trip with all the info I needed. We had a couple issues with the pool and they were addressed immediately.
The startup package they left was greatly appreciated - the paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper provided were enough for the whole week. We supplemented coffee and dishwasher tabs, but there was enough provided to get you through the first day. Plenty of towels (both shower and pool) for all of us, and basic mini toiletries in the bathrooms. Check-out was super easy - no need to clean up or start laundry, etc.
Definitely spring for the pool heating if you plan to swim outside of the summer months. Our heating was not working when we arrived and only two of the kids wanted to swim in it. Once we got the heat going, all the kids were able to swim comfortably.
Bottom line - this is basically a hotel room the size of a house, with all the amenities and service that implies. I would recommend this house or any others rented by the same company!

The house was amazing!! The pictures and description were very accurate. Tons of room with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Most attractions are pretty close mileage wise which usually translates to a 20-30 minute drive mostly due to Orlando traffic. We will definitely be staying again hopefully soon.

We love the location to Disney! The house was large and spacious for our family vacation. We had a total of 15. Great Grannie, Gigi and Papa, 3 siblings with their families. Wonderful time.
