Horrible and NOT worth the money they ask for

The reservation said it has interior Patio, but that wasn't true ! The patio was the dining hall for breakfast. Before 7 am we woke up because of the breakfast preparation ! More over the bathroom was not clean, there was a diper with poo when we arrive. All this for high amount !

Café da manhã excelente!

Hotel conforme as fotos, quarto bem confortável e espaçoso. Ficamos no andar de cima e o isolamento do som na janela é bem satisfatório. Café da manhã excelente, sempre com produtos fresquinhos e omelete feito na hora!!

Só vão efetuar a limpeza no quarto (recolher lixo, troca de toalhas) se for solicitado. Então deve ser pedido na recepção antes de sair para o passeio. No primeiro dia não fizemos e precisávamos do recolhimento do lixo e como não avisamos, tivemos que solicitar só no outro dia.

Excelente!

Ótima localização, equipe muito atenciosa, resolveram todos os problemas com meus pais idosos, quarto amplo, boa limpeza,. O restaurante não é a mesma empresa, é muito gostoso embora um pouco caro.

Internet um pouco instável; quarto com varanda dá para a área do restaurante, não é uma varanda privativa da qual se possa usufruir, mas o quarto é grande e bom. O quarto com cama de solteiro no 1o. andar é muito bom. Não tem elevador, o que pode ser uma limitação.

Fomos mo verão, pegamos o quarto com terraço, muito agradável. Bom café da manhã, funcionários educados.

A localização é numa rua tranquila mas não é a melhor parte de Providência.

Excelente experiência!

Conforto do quarto e da cama ótimos, café da manhã muito bem servido em ambiente muito agradável, localização excelente! Além disso, o hotel conta com um restaurante de comida peruana de excelente qualidade (na frente do hotel) muito agradável para um happy-hour ou jantar depois de um dia de turismo. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com toda a estadia.

Barulho que estava fazendo no ar condicionado, e nos trocaram de quarto 2 dias após a reclamação.

Encontré demasiado caro para el nivel de hotel... nos qedamos ahí sólo pq no teníamos tiempo de buscar mas. Llegamos sin reservas

Mucho ruido en la planta baja

La ubicación

Igual fue mala suerte, pero me pusieron en la habitación de la planta baja cuya ventana da a su restaurante peruano, con lo cual a la hora de la cena había un ruido tremendo. Cuando por fin nos dejaron entran sin pagar early check-in, a las cuatro de la tarde, fue imposible dormir una siesta porque justo enfrente del cuarto está la salita con ordenadores donde se reúnen los trabajadores y no paraban de dar voces. Quizá, si te toca en la planta de arriba, la experiencia puede ser diferente. En mi caso, no repetiré bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Fabulous Small Hotel In Santiago

The breakfast was great. The location was perfect as we could walk everywhere and was close to subway. There was a restaurant on site. The best part however, was Darling the hostess. She was incredible. She was helpful and friendly and gave us advice on getting around. As well we were there on New Years Eve and she let us celebrate with our own party on the hotel patio.

A great place to stay! The location was perfect close to the subway and restaurants and food stores

Wonderful breakfast in a quiet garden...perfect. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the staff went out of their way to help me recover lost luggage. Very well run property. The Peruvian restaurant next door was also very good. I would gladly return.

Nice place

The location is fantastic, walkable to restaurants. Nicolas at the reception was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was nice.

The walls are a little thin so you can hear others.
