Appreciated clean bedding and towels but overall cleanliness and finishing can further improve

Clean bedding and towels .

Floor and sofas were dusty . Surfaces can be cleaners / fixed . Curtains has spots and not hanged properly. There was a dripping tap in the upper toilets . With the current price point these short coming are not acceptable .

great stay in a good location. Excellent facilities including underfloor heating which is necessary in this location.

A big house with full facilities. Plenty of room for children to run around.

The steep drive and many stairs to the house would not be suitable for people with limited mobility. As well there are multiple levels in the house. Suggest that owners provide a diagram of access to the driveway and garage as it is hidden if approached from one direction.

Very clean and comfortable house, excellent communication from the hosts.

setting among the trees, spaciousness, facilities - huge tv and very good wifi, cleanliness, thoughtful touches in the kitchen

The hosts warned that access could be challenging and we did find that, in so far as the driveway is tight and very steep and access from either back or front involved a lot of steps. The upside of the steep access however, was the delight of being nestled in the bush.

Great for groups

The house was really well kept and very homely plus had a great outdoor entertainment area

There were a few mattresses that were fairly worn out and could do with replacing but it wasn’t a huge issue

I lovely home away from home

It was a lovely, cozy, place with a beautiful charm. Set in lovely grounds with lush views of garden and trees, and mostly quiet (except for the wildlife). The hosts were very nice and surprised us with a bottle of bubbles and bikkies which was a lovely touch. would definitely recommend

The only thing, and it’s not their fault, was that possums could be heard running across the roof throughout the night which did wake us up a number of times. If not all bedrooms are occupied, I would recommend sleeping in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Great house

House was clean and comfortable, very private, lots of good size rooms, be great for multiple families.

Was a tricky driveway to navigate, especially in the rain and there are lots of stairs in the front. Was ok for us however good to be aware of.

Enjoyed stay

Need to remove water stained chair and clean under lounge cushions dust and food dropping found. Front entrance area needs a revamp cushions outside are not practical with no roof above.Messy area with wet match boxes fire starters fry pan. Dishwasher not working a negative.

Plenty of space for two families. Warm and comfortable. Everything well thought out with nice special touches.

Driveway slippery when wet, car struggled to get up.

Great location and comfortable stay. Would have liked it to be a bit more clean though.

There was water logging in the dish washer so we could not use it. The fridge handle was broken so sometimes it was difficult to open. In general, the property required a some cleaning around the backyard garden area, the balconies adjacent to the bedrooms and the front porch.
