The location and comfort will wow you.

Location was outstanding. Very traditional and comfortable.

Access to room could have been easier and would be an issue for elderly. Cafe / tea rooms and shop at end of drive was closed and this is the holiday season.

建物がかわいらしく、古典的でした。外のガーデンも美しく散歩に快適でした。アウトサイドプールサイド、インサイドプールともにきれいでリラックス出来ました。夜には星空もきれいで、エコーポイントまで歩け環境も最高によかったです。また、フロント、ダイニング、クリーニングの方々すべてが親切でした。朝食はエッグベネディクト、パンケーキその他を頼みました。見た目、味ともに最高でした。部屋に運んで下さったダイニングマンも丁寧にテーブルの使い方、朝食を多く頼んでしまった私たちにも親切に対応くださいました。少し残してしまい申し訳ありません。一泊がおしすぎて、連泊してゆっくりしたかったです。必ずまた伺いたいホテルです♪ 是非ともみなさんに薦めます!!

This hotel and it staff is the true example of excellence.

The staff made my wedding day so special and went well beyond their duty. I can not think of a better place to stay and host your wedding, AAA++++

Not what I expected for $890 per night.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff were lovely.

The $80 per head high tea was average and not worth $80. While the room was comfortable it wasn’t worth $890. I won’t be back. I would have expected a stunning room for that amount. it was very disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was beautiful

It is very hard to book into the restaurants and the spa. I had been trying for almost 4 days in advance, and still no luck. There was also no suggestion given by reception on where else to eat or where to do for a spa in this location

Enjoyable, but will never order steak again.

Had dinner and ordered quite an expensive steak. I could not finish as it was extremely difficult to chew. Disappointed !

Great location and good service. Very beautiful facilities and hotel.

Breakfast selection was quite good. Room was really spacious and nice. Location was superb and so close to the main attractions.

Carpark lots are quite limited.

I would hesitate to return until the standards expected meet the current price point.

It’s position near the Three Sisters and it’s outlook over the Jamison Valley. The spa was glorious as were the treatments. The room was very quiet.

The room felt tired, by that I mean the worn paintwork on the curtain rails. No coffee maker in the room. Only option available was instant coffee and a kettle. Unacceptable in 2023. The windows proffering the extra cost of a ‘view room’ were covered with spiderwebs on the exterior, negating the view. Also the windows were in desperately in need of a good clean.

Disappointing and overpriced

The view from the neighbouring sister hotel restaurant was great.

The Wi-Fi signal was the worst I have experienced in a hotel. The staff made no effort to take my bags to the room. Breakfast was a very low quality buffet. My “garden view” was a view of the car park. There is no view of the Blue Mountains from any of the communal spaces in the hotel. The outdoor pool had no towels. I could not book a spa treatment on the day I arrived. Generally the whole hotel is outdated and the interiors look more like a motel than a five star hotel; there was cleaning equipment left out in the corridors and communal spaces. the gardens are messy and there is nowhere appealing to sit outside. The shop and tea room were closed throughout my mid week stay. Overall, very disappointing and not worth half the price I paid.

I enjoyed the time with my daughter and whilst the hotel was lovely it is not memorable and is expensive.

Disappointing stay in what should be one of the best hotel experiences in Australia.

Location and well trained, helpful staff. Beautiful grounds and well maintained, outstanding gardens. Good restaurant on site.

We inquired before booking was a walk-in shower available and were told yes, but one was not supplied. After booking.com for one night we extended to the previous night and this led to having to check in twice as the electronic keys would not operate otherwise. The operators should check occupation and health and access standards, and consider its clientele by providing grab handle safety in bathrooms and walk-in showers, things that are standard in hotels of even 3 star rating. Handrails for steps were missing, especially for the Darleys restaurant and rose garden. Few accessible seats provided outside.
