was an excellent stay to see the family

The accommodation was brilliant, and with fine touches. ..and what’s more the house has a coffee maker. very impressed!!

Blankets would have been better seeing that you couldn’t regulate the air conditioner.

Exceptional

spacious and the garden was beautiful!

most of the beds and pillow’s aren’t very comfortable. we had winter covers on all beds which were too warm for this time of year and inly blankets weren’t enough. i get that it’s hard to find middle point

Disappointing

Close to walking trails and quiet location. Rear garden is very nice.

Many plates/bowls/eating utensils as well as BBQ cooking plate and nearly all pots/pans were dirty. We had to clean everything before we could use them. Inside of oven very dirty from previous food cooking. Baths/sinks in bathrooms are old and stained. The house itself is in general, old and tired - newer objects were placed strategically to hide stains and wear 'n' tear. Random objects and other debris have been left outside and are visible from the house windows and car parking area. There were rat sacks in the kitchen and laundry which suggested a rodent problem. Apologies to the previous guests - I threw out their used female undies I found in the drawers provided in one of the guest bedrooms.

Beautiful old home in a great location with stunning gardens and comfortable interiors.

The location is great, close to shops etc , within walking distance but it was raining so we had to drive! The house had everything,looked beautiful and had comfy beds! Also very good at communication as anything I needed ,I just sent a message and the reply was very speedy.

When we got there to get the keys you had to open a gate and get to a lock box! Unfortunately someone had locked the inside of the gate and we had to find something to stand on so that we could work out the problem! Just a little suggestion, in the instructions it says, go to gate and put in code but the code box is inside the gate, so maybe just say to open gate then go in to front door for code box. But otherwise everything was great!

It was so cosy for a winter stay . Only a few minute drive from Katoomba and near a lot of good view points and hikes

Great house. horrible letting agent v

comfortable and had what we needed

the letting agents. so many hoops to jump through and horrible to deal with. indicated there was a table tennis table but there wasn’t’. late check in time and early check out

Lovely huge house

The garden - huge and interesting The lounge room - beautiful and light and airy The bedrooms were comfy and quiet Good instructions for the heating etc Massive house - we opened what we thought was a cupboard and found a whole other wing with a table tennis table and bathroom Lots of parking

2 of bedrooms were small compared to size of the house - would be hard to have a couple in there with luggage. The only walk in shower was away down in the extended wing - the others 3 were in baths (ie step into bath a pull curtain around) The cleaning stuff - vacuum etc - were in the lounge room - in the corner - for such a big house I’m sure there could be a cupboard somewhere There was a bucket full of stuff just outside back door too A lot of redundant tech in lounge too - not sure if they could just get rid of it

Very nice and would consider going back, would recommend it to friends.

This property is absolutely perfect for a big group, we had 7 adults and 3 children and 1 baby stay and there was plenty of space for everyone and a lot of living areas to spread out in, the backyard/outdoor space is enormous.

Everything was good, although the kitchen sink draining needs attention.
