The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups. The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile. The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort. For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses. Other things to Note Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay. House Rules No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival. Interaction with Guests Guests have complete access to our home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Dan and the property manager kept very good line of communication with me. The place is clean and in a great location. It is just a few steps away from one the pools, which my kids loved. Would stay here again and would recommend it to a friend or family. Thank you!!!

We loved the area and the villa was close to the pool area and it was great. The orange and grapefruit trees were a treat! So yummy! Our puppy stayed with us for part of the time and he loved it. The gym was great too. Easy and accessible to all we wanted to experience in the area.

I have been to Legacy for years. It's the perfect place to go in Palms springs area. My family and I always have a great time. This time was no exception. Recommend to everyone. It's spotless and calm … perfect to relax, with family or just a couple.

Eight golfers spent a week in four of the Legacy villas. Great location, quiet, clean, and the amenities you need for a pleasurable stay. The owner and the manager are both available if you have any problem at all. Good folks to deal with. This was at least our fifth stay with Dan.

Very nice unit in a great complex with excellent security. We rented the entire condo as we wanted both the kitchen and a King bed, but it can be split into smaller units. Three nice outdoor sitting areas, big TV and comfy couch, great kitchen with plenty of pots and pans in good condition. They also supplied dish soap and laundry detergent which we appreciated. We look forward to returning.

Our family had been staying here for years. It is a home away from home. This unit is so perfect. For kids, parents, and especially if you have dogs since it abuts a large beautiful lawn. In these crazy times, it's so nice to feel safe and surrounded by beauty. Dan and Greg are amazing and worked so hard to make sure our stay was tip top. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer..,

As usual, we had a phenomenal stay at Legacy Villas. Since we have been coming for years, no matter which Legacy Villa unit we stay in feels like home. Cozy, well appointed, beautifully situated with views of the majestic mountains. My kids so enjoy the grounds, watching bunnies and road runners, swimming in the pools, the fresh air. We can't wait to return.

My family, kids and friends have been coming here for years. Our stays never disappoint. The units are spacious and well appointed. Enough room and space for all. The grounds are lovely and the mountains right next door are stunning. I love the tranquility and ease. My kids love the numerous pools. My family and friends love the good times we have.
