Quaint streets & walking paths wind through this village-styled retreat. Enjoy a drink in the lushly landscaped pool area overlooking the ocean or on the 500' of stunning private beach. Protected deep water marina (slip available at additional cost) with a deep channel out to the Atlantic. Single and tandem kayaks as well as Stand up Paddleboards available for your use. Launch kayak from the private beach and try your luck at Islamorada's famed bone fishing in the flats right out front. Brand new in 2008, this home is fully equipped. Tile showers, Stainless appliances, granite kitchen counters, 3 Flat Screen TVs, & more! Islamorada is the 'The Fishing Capital of the World' Great fishing in the gulf or ocean side. There are plenty of guides you can hook up with, as well as 'head boats' where you can walk on for a reasonable cost and fish the reef (just a few miles offshore). Bring your own boat or charter with a guide. Try your luck fishing right out front for bonefish, permit & barracuda on the flats. Or check out the mangroves for snapper and snook. Enjoy the views of the turquoise waters; swim in the large heated pool or just relax in the surrounding lush garden area overlooking the Atlantic; take a quiet stroll through the complex; take in some sun on the private beach. Restaurants: a short walk north is Hog Heaven (a night spot) and the Island Grill; a few miles south is upscale Pierre's on the Gulf and the more casual Islamorada Fishery next door (both are next to Worldwide Sportsman for fishing tackle, clothing, and a large indoor aquarium); also a few miles south is Holiday Isle, the Green Turtle Inn & many more eateries. Absolutely loved our stay at this home in Anglers Way. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Close to restaurants, beautiful pool, docks to keep our boat. Gated community felt very safe. Absolutely loved it and would come back again.

We had a wonderful vacation here with our 14 year old son. This unit is steps from the pool and enjoyed the added security of being a gated community. Location is excellent with tons of restaurants and Publix up the street. Chris and Connie were very responsive and had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, couldn't ask for a better home in the keys and we have been going yearly since i was a kid for over 50 years, Islamorada is the best and Anglers reef is the best location, there is everything you need and the home we stayed in was perfect and has the best parking espiecially for a big truck. We have been to this home many times and will be back many more times.

This is a beautiful property! Interaction with the Owner was very smooth, he communicated well, we knew exactly what we had to look forward to. Large kitchen, counter to sit at, kitchen table and chairs. Frig makes ice. Plenty of pots/pans/utensils. Coffee maker, toaster. Hand towels. Previous guests left salt/pepper/spices/coffee...so we had no need to get that. Both bedrooms are good size and comfortable with your own bathrooms/showers. Both bedrooms have balconies. And the property is extremely well kept! Very well lighted at night. The pool was good sized had plenty of chairs and lounge chairs (but it is September so low crowds) and surrounding area very neat and tidy. The beach area is rather small and "natural" so we didn't spend really any time down there. I'd say this is one of the nicest locations on the entire Keys. Close to everything-- grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, bars. This is a great house in a great location! Stay Here!

Anglers Reef is a well maintained property in a beautiful waterfront location! It afforded easy access to local favorites such as LazyDays and Robbie’s. Our “home” was very comfortable, and we enjoyed access to pool and dock. Lots of fishing, swimming, snorkeling and all the area had to offer.

We had a wonderful experience in Angler's Reef. The community is safe, quiet, kids scooter all around, pool never crowded, great dock, close to everything in Islamorada. The owner's are wonderful communicators and quick to respond. The unit was clean with comfortable beds. This unit has 2 parking spots, which a lot only have one. This was a nice bonus feature.

This unit is well appointed, clean and worked out great for our family. The unit doesn’t have any ocean views (if trees were trimmed you’d have a slight one), but you are very close to pool and ocean. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Chris" house. His place was very nice. He provided everything needed such a plentiful towels, beach towels, toilet tissue, paper towels and hand soap. The complex was very clean and attractive. We enjoyed the pool on several days. Anglers Reef is near many restaurants. A Publix is about a mile away. We would gladly stay here again.

From the start Chris was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The gated community is very safe and everyone is friendly. Chris and his property were awesome. The house was super clean and laid out very well. The house had everything we needed in it and all we needed to bring was our favorite seasonings food, and drinks. The pool and the pool area were very clean. We did wish the pool stayed open until 10pm, however it closes at dark and there is a kind lady who stops by and reminds you that the pool closes at dark. As for the boat slip it was an extra $250.00. The docks and slips are protected by land that blocks all of the swells from the ocean and our boat was completely safe as a matter of fact even in 20 mph winds the water in the I guess you would call it a harbor was completely calm. Thank you for a great stay and a great first experience with VRBO. We will stay at this property again. Thank you for everything Chris!

The house was perfect for our family, loved the boat slip and easy access to the Atlantic. Caught lots of dolphin, snorkeled the nearby reefs and boated to several sandbars and restaurants. See you next year!

Really nice time at this property. The house and neighborhood were in great shape. Really pretty outside and the inside was modern and clean. We used the Kyakas to paddle around some and it was really pretty and relaxing.

The house is exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Comfy beds. Easy stroll down to the small beach area to take our SUPs out or use one of the neighborhood kayaks. Close proximity by drive or walk to many restaurants. Multiple marinas to choose from for boat/jet ski rentals. We thoroughly enjoyed. No real water views from decks or porches, but we didn’t mind. Would certainly stay again in this home and/or area.

I actually thought that there were 2 units in the building and was delighted to find that the whole house was ours. It's beautiful and well maintained and was all we could have asked for. We rented a boat for the week so having it docked right at the property was awesome. Having codes to access the gate and front door was super convenient, as we didn't have to meet some one or check in anywhere to get keys. We didn't use the pool but it's quite lovely, as is the entire community. It's a quick walk, or in our case boat ride to Hog Heaven, which we visited often and felt like "regulars" by the end of the week,
