Short stay was too long. No sleep and disappointment that the pool was closed.

Most of the staff were nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Room was nice and big.

The noise at night was bad very loud. outside and in adjoining rooms could hear everything. The pool on the roof was closed which was the main reason me and my friends had booked this hotel. The spa pool was in need of updating and very slippy & dangerous. Didn’t like the open plan bathroom no privacy. Check out and the deposit scheme were annoying. I would rather not have a mini bar with that level of security. I probably should have looked at reviews only booked to stay in same hotel as friends.

Perfect

The stay was great all the staff were helpful and welcoming! I can’t fault them at all and they were always helpful staff like Jibil, Aravind & Steven were very kind and made our stay great! We was even able to get earlier check in cause we arrived in Malta early. Place is amazing we would come again. & just to say the breakfast is great and so is the location!!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Dirty, dark and noisy. Avoid.

Not much.

The staff were unwelcoming and completely unhelpful to the point of making my friend cry at check out as they were incapable at issuing the refund on the deposit making her late for the airport. The property was dark and tacky. Mirror on ceiling above bed and chains on the wall. Incredibly noisy , there are strip clubs and night clubs playing music til 4am which keep you awake. Then all the drunk loud 20 year olds coming back to the hotel yelling and screaming I was kept awake til 5am every night. The pool and outside area was closed and we were not told this when we booked so no infinity pool or outside area to relax. The spa was dirty and dark and pretty gross. The coffee machine poured water all over the floor when we used it we asked for a replacement and they never gave us one. The shower leaked water under the door into the bedroom. And then on check out they tried to charge us for the mini bar which we didn’t use. They said we had two cans of coke. We bought these from the shop ourselves and as the clear spies on what you use they had said we had them in our trash can so tried to bill us. Utterly ridiculous. They also charged an extra €150 deposit when we arrived which we not informed of before arrival. The rooms were so dark as were the bathrooms you couldn’t see to get ready and the hallway smelt of mold. They tried to cover this with a very strong spray that stunk out my room for two days and made me feel ill.

100.- Kaution, vor Abreise wurde das Zimmer kontrolliert… Nachts hat die Lautstärke und der Bass von der Disco einem aus dem Bett gehoben… auf der Straße Gegröle bis 4.00 morgens…..

I would definetley make a return to this hotel.

The lively atmosphere , the music and the accommodating staff. A special notice for Maria Vanessa who always kept my room top notch, clean and stocked . Krishna and Joston who always made sure I was helped throughout the hotel , especially the rooftop pool . They were all great during my stay at H Hotel.

No towels in the room. Only 1 elevator for all the hotel on a busy Friday night and it took extremely long for our turn. Booking was done with breakfast included but a fault in their system somehow did not show the same and we were not allowed to have breakfast even after explaining everything to the staff. The room access card given to us at check in did not work. Housekeeping do not respect privacy as they just knock on the door and enter immediately without waiting for any type of reply from people who could be possible inside.

Not very pleasant. Won't stay here again

Good location

Could have told us that the pool is closed for this period prior to booking. Only dark in door pool was available. Could have told us that EUR250 Deposit Fee is required in Cash prior to booking. I was told if you dont pay cash you will wait 3+ Months for your refund. Reception staff was very unfriendly and full of you know what. It's almost take it or leave it attitude. Had no fresh towels as they ran out of towels.

Closet room

Our room was on 5th floor rm no. 1520,there is one small window which looked out at 3 wall of hotel ,there is an industrial extractor fan which runs 24/7 very loud we look to be moved twice were told nothing available ( in our opinion this room should not be used as a guest room only storage).The quality of towels are very poor, wholes on them and strings at edges(worstedive seen ever).change of towels were not the so called white logo ones,they were blue and off white(dirty)ones,that we did see people use on the stoney beach.shower mildew and dirty. On leaving we were told a bottle of jonnnie walker was missing from mini bar I had taken picture of stock when we arrived and just before we left as far as I am concerned there was not a bottle of whiskey there .its my word against their word not good enough. Also the hotel puts a charge of €250 on cr card for damages and it takes 21 day for this charge to be cancelled again this is not acceptable especially when hotel is not providing quality service been paid for. The outdoor pool area on Web site is one of the Hotels main selling points is not available for use this time of the year we were not aware of this until we tried to use it. We have discussed all of these difficulties with reception manager and are awaiting response we would like a response from Booking, and would like to use your services again. We are still waiting for the hotel to contact us.we do have photo evidence of room and hotel have these photos. The girl say they are trying to reach the standard they advertise.this is not good enough.if they are selling a certain service they should be providing it NOW Austin & Susan O'Brien.

Highly recommended if you want to be centre of all the action

Good location although a little noisy later in the night but this didn't bother us. The staff were excellent and went out of their away to accommodate all requests including an early check in and change of room.

The only possible downside is that it is in a very busy area and we were off season

looks glamorous in the photos - but misses the mark without the rooftop pool and bar.

fantastic rooms and comfortable bed, very clean and glitzy.

the rooftop pool and bar was closed, and loads of building work nearby was ongoing, and charge extra for tea and coffee in the room.

Overall it was a beautiful stay, most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great, checking-in was very easy and staff was friendly. Checking-out was also easy-going and the staff was ready to help and support. Room was quite despite being in a busy and loud area. Personnel from maintenance were also very friendly and helpful.

There was this one time where we contacted reception with an issue.. one receptionist came to our room and was very rude. Above all, he did not know how to solve the problem himself, he kept blaming us instead.. insisted to call someone from maintenance (they were very kind, and it was not our fault). Bottom line: the issue could have been handled better and in a respectful manner by the receptionist.

Not 2 my expectations this time, it is what is and I might still visit.

Bed is comfy, nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, and in general the stuff are kind and professional.

Room is very dark as everything is black. Low pressure to fill up a jacuzzi, takes over an hr. No view from balcony. Alleged we drank a beverage from the mini bar at check out. We didn’t even touch the minibar. (receptionist was professional and didn’t charge).
