Located in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for $953 per night is a great choice for your next break. **GORGEOUS NEW HOUSE** - Not a condo, not a duplex, not a townhouse. This is a private house with an elevator and private beach walkway. Built and opened for rental in June 2018. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS. **LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE** This 4 bedroom house is equipped with an ELEVATOR!! You won't find that in most beach rentals - no struggling with your luggage and groceries. A private master suite occupies the top floor. It has a beautiful ocean view, KING SIZE BED, large bathroom, luxurious shower, and a comfortable chair by the window to read or nap. Two more bedrooms also have KING SIZE BEDS!!! The fourth bedroom sleeps as many as 5. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We request only Saturday to Saturday rental periods until after mid August. Remember, THREE out of four bedrooms have KING SIZE BEDS. Fourth bedroom with multiple nice bunk beds (see pics). The house features six flat screen TVs with cable (including HBO) and high-speed wireless internet service. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a private bath and one has a private balcony. There is one additional bathroom on the first floor, with a beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The elevator provides service to all floors, so no need to climb stairs with your suitcases. The house and all furnishings are absolutely new as of June 2018. Flat screen televisions are in all bedrooms, the living room, and even the kitchen (SMART TV's). The second floor has a 10 foot ceiling and open floor plan with ocean view. Large, fully furnished, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island. A great front porch provides westward views of the waterway and sunsets. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if an additional bed is needed. This sleeper has a special mattress that is far more comfortable than a typical old-fashion terrible sleeper sofa mattress. A nice laundry room features a new washer and dryer, along with lots of storage space. Plenty of parking available for up to six cars. A nice outdoor shower (with hot water) is located on the ground floor. The private walkway to the beach extends directly from the parking pad to the beach sand. A large storage cabinet on the parking level is outfitted with beach chairs for your use.

Wonderful house! We loved spending time with the family and cooking our thanksgiving meal together in this cottage. The appliances were fabulous and having a view of the ocean made cooking not so bad. We easily transitioned between Carolina Beach and Wilmington and loved seeing both the sunrise and the gorgeous sunsets each day. t was lovely having an ocean view and a view of the intercoastal waterway. Wonderful family getaway!

We stayed here for our family vacay and had a great time. The home is spacious and has direct access to the beach, there is a lovely private boardwalk that leads you straight to the shore. The home is four levels, so having the elevator was nice for taking luggage and groceries upstairs. We had to contact the owner once and he was very responsive and kind. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is everything someone wants and needs to have a family vacation. Easy access to the beach. Everything and anything that is needed on the beach is available. I can say the picture describes it all. Thanks Stephen for making our family vacation on we will remember.

Nice modern property in a quiet location. Elevator was handy for luggage and groceries. Only downside. We are not fans of app based TV. Time consuming to get simple local stations through YouTube. Great week.

Our family and I stayed all week and we had everything essential we needed. Plenty of toilet paper for the week, every sink had hand soap, towels and wash clothes, kitchen towels and clothes, all the chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas you would ever need, and the location was near everything. I highly recommend this home and would love to rent again.

The house was in a great location right off the beach. It was great that they provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. The only negative was that the pullout sofa was not useable. The mattress was very dirty and somehow needed to be blown up with air. So don’t count on that as an option for sleeping. We would recommend this property!

The house is beautiful and well equipped (lots of nice beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys if you have kids...also kitchen items for cooking/eating, along with supplies like dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, hand soap in all the bathrooms, and toilet paper). The front deck gives you views of the bay while the upstairs back deck faces the ocean...best of both worlds! Although we used the stairs most of the time (good exercise!), it was great having the elevator for luggage and grocery runs. Steve was right on top of things and responded to my messages within a short amount of time. We did have issues with the TV not being connected, but let Steve know so that it could be rectified for the next renters. TV wasn't a big deal with the ocean and beach right in front of us. It also gave us the opportunity to play more games in the evening! I would recommend this house...we really enjoyed our stay

I recently stayed for a week at this beautifully appointed beach house. The location is fantastic and all the decks perfect for beach and sunset viewing. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach. I highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful home. We appreciated that this was not a duplex/multi-unit home, like the majority of others in the area. Gorgeous view of the beach from the top 2 floors and private beach access from the home. Having the elevator to get our luggage and groceries upstairs was a huge plus. Biggest complaint was internet speed, as I need to be able to have a reliable connection to my office when I am out of town. Would highly recommend for a family vacation.

Well stocked home in a great beach community. Somewhat disappointed with the way too soft mattresses and a very slow draining shower. Other than these hiccups, we will definitely rent this house again!

The property was clean and exactly as noted online. Kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with products. The elevator was such a help for those with mobility problems. I just loved the view on the top deck. There were turtles getting ready to hatch. One more thing is that the beds were extremely comfortable.

11 of us stayed a week in this house, it was beautiful and we loved the location. The beach in front of the house was not overly crowded at all and our little kiddos were able to have some freedom in the sand since we weren’t all packed in with a ton of other families!

Location, location, location. Perfect place to enjoy Carolina Beach and so much to do in the area. House was amazing and the hosts were very helpful before and kept in communication during the trip letting us know issues on their end. Only issue is we had to leave!
