Situated in Christchurch, this lovely house for $148 per night is a great option for your next trip. This brand new property is offered to discerning travelers for the very first time. This house shares, with its twin next door, a neat and and organised facade. Once inside, you will find a stylish two-bedroom accommodation in which to consolidate and rest after your journey. Everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay is provided: Full kitchen, washing and drying facilities, comfortable beds, Sky TV, full WiFi Broadband, land line for local calls etc. There is a heat pump in the living area and panel heaters in the generous bedrooms. Note that Master Bed 1 can be either joined to make a King double or split into two King single beds - let me know your preference. In true Garden City style, the landscaping creates an individual point of difference that you are unlikely to experience anywhere else. If you’re wondering about her name, she is Aphrodite, a fountain of joy, beauty and love. For larger groups, this property is affiliated with the adjoining house (Maison du Soleil, Bookabach #35475) and, via a garden gate, a third property (Maison Rouge, Bookabach #33579). So it is possible for larger groups to stay in close proximity, yet maintain privacy when required. The neighbourhood is quiet, but not far from the restaurants and cafes at the northern end of Stanmore Road. Other local facilities include a nearby supermarket, bus routes and Richmond Playground. A little further afield lies the Wilding Park Tennis centre and The Palms Shopping Mall. There is off-street parking for one car in front of the single garage (remote entry available). Inside is naturally warm and spacious. Double glazing adds to this warmth and adds to the peaceful ambience of the locale. Although I prefer 2 day bookings, I will take single night bookings at $220. We loved the house, clean, bright close to city centre and quiet, just what you need after all day, relax 😊. Perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, you feel like at home. The house decor was nice and different touch too. We will definitely come back. We had fantastic communication with the owner, so so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!!

A very comfortable spacious place that had everything we needed. It was close to downtown but peaceful and quiet. We could go for a walk along the Avon River and it was a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. We were very pleased with the property.

We were extremely happy with our stay and the christmas tree and decorations that greeted us made our Christmas even more special. It was a lovely touch and gave a lot of joy. We were very comfortable during our stay and the communication leading up to our trip was superb. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Maison du Soliel delivered once again for our stay in Christchurch. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Much more like a home than a holiday let. Beautiful fenced grounds and a garage which is a bonus. Danielle is a wonderful hostess, so obliging and a great communicator. We look forward to our next visit.

The property is quite unique. It is fully kitted out with all appliances, cockery, utensils etc. expected in a home. Plenty of space and inside and nice outdoor settings. Danielle was easy to deal with and very prompt. We would happily stay again.

After a very stressful trip to Christchurch with our two little ones and arriving 7 hours later than planned, turning up to this beautiful house late at night made the whole trip worth the stress. I am someone who ends up leaving the accomodation cleaner than what it was to begin with, so i was honestly delighted to see this lovely Richmond home was clean from top to bottom. My baby was crawling at that stage, so it was a relief to know it wasn’t just lightly cleaned ending in him crawling in everyone else’s filth prior to us. Danielle was so awesome to deal with too and she had turned the lights and heat pump on prior to us arriving so it was nice and warm and welcoming for us, along with some yummy chocolates too. Thank you for honestly being one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was a 10/10

This is a fantastic property. It's spacious, beautifully presented, has everything you need and has really comfortable beds! Less than 10 minutes drive to the central city and a really quiet neighbourhood. It's very close to walking tracks by the Avon River. We've booked many holiday houses in New Zealand and overseas and this is one of the best by far. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious and clean townhouse, in a quiet area but still super close to the city centre and all the shopping. We came for a weekend of shopping and it was perfect. Great for the family, with everything you need Incl. Cooking equipment, washer and dryer. Easy communication with the host and easy check in / check out procedure. Highly recommend 👌

We will rent this place again and again. Its just so beautiful from the gardens with animal cut outs witch the kids enjoyed so much to large open space indoors. This place have a lot of character and charm. 5stars all the way
