We stayed a week before christmas and loved the house. It was well stocked for our family of 10 and was so pretty. The owner got back to us so quickly if we had questions and everything was perfect! Close to all the shops and attractions. Grocery stores were only 2 minutes away. The neighborhood was perfect.

Enjoyed staying in this property! Lots of bed space for our larger family. There were six adults and two infants, space enough for the kids to have their own sleeping space. Plenty of bathrooms as well! Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Would recommend for your family stay!

I called the host about several maintenance issues. Only some of the issues were resolved that I called about on the first day. After the team left we discovered that the air condition in one of the rooms upstairs is only partially operational. They said they would be back the following day (Day 2) betweeN 10-2 which means we had to adjust our plans ONCE AGAIN. While I am pleased with the fact that the host responded in a timely manner I feel as though these maintenance issues should’ve been checked prior our arrival because this was a major inconvenience to our very limited vacation. Every single day that we were there we tried to wash and could not due to the fact that the machine was not working. The host responded each day that I reached out and sent a technician out however the problem was never resolved. I was told by the host the day we checked (afterwards) that the machine was replaced which in feel could’ve been done on day two after the washer didn’t work AGAIN.

We had 3 families-for 4 nights stay at this home. 2 of the couples had kids so it was nice that each couple & set of kids had not only their own room & their own bathroom connected to it. The pool area is nice with a large dining table & a few lounge chairs. Only a beach ball & 1 float so bring pool toys. There were a couple of floor fans for the bedrooms but no ceiling fans & because we were told a few days before the stay we couldn't put the AC lower than 72, we all brought our own fans. Even still the back bedroom with 2 fans running constantly with the door shut, it was so hot - vent was open so not sure why it would not cool. The ad says linens are provided - I would take that to mean enough bath towels, hand towels & washcloths for the number of people & days. There was 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom and we found 9 washcloths in the laundry room and there was 1 hand towel in the kitchen. It's just simply not enough for 4 nights for 10 people. The host did bring laundry detergent & 2 new hand towels & more dishwasher tabs (as there were only 2) as he said they only provided a starter kit. I have more towels/washcloths at my home for just 2 people than this place did for 10. When I'm on a trip, I don't expect to buy towels when the ad says they are provided nor do I expect to wash them without detergent. 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags & 2 dishwasher tabs weren't enough. Overall, we had a nice stay, and comfortable beds in a nice area.

The house was wonderful. It is very spacious, and clean. The pictures in the listing are accurate. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and the pool area and game room were great amenities that were definitely used. We would certainly stay here again when back in the Orlando area!

Our friend group of 6 women stayed to volunteer at Give Kids the World Village. The space was great. Private bathrooms with the bedrooms was ideal for our needs. The location was just nearby the Village and was close to Disney for a trip there as well. The kitchen was spacious and the pool great for relaxing between volunteer shifts.

We were a party of 11 and everyone had a bed. Each room had a full bathroom which was a PLUS!! The house had a cute play room for the kids and a nice private pool. The only downside we had was that the fridge in the kitchen was not working. Luckily, they had en extra fridge in the garage that we were able to use. Everything else was great. Communication with the host was very quick. The Disney and Universal parks were about 25-30 minutes with traffic. I think we will be staying here again when we go to Orlando.

nice house, nice property manager ( easy to communicate problems). Only downfall was refrigerator in house didn’t work so we had to utilize a refrigerator in the garage and garbage didn’t get picked up but that was the garbage companies’ fault not the property manager as she continuously asked them to make sure they picked it up.

the house was very nice, rooms were large and clean bathrooms were also large and clean. each bedroom was like having an individual hotel room for each guest. couple of issue thou, the fridge in the kitchen didn't work they tried to fix it but were unable to, A bit of an announce having to use the fridge in the garage. Also both ice machine's in each fridge did not work. the dryer also did work, had to clean out the lint trap but still only worked poorly. and last the pool was unusable as the temperature was only in the sixties and they charged to put the heater on 35 dollars a day, this was very unsetting as any other accommodation would have the pool heated. overall a would rate this property a 7 out of 10

Everything was lovely bright and clean. Just a few suggestions.. The pots and skillets need updating, and a railing for the pool..otherwise absolutely great..Would highly recommend. Would book again. Easy check-in and out.

As a group of 10, this modern and stylish home was perfect. There was plenty of space for all of us with spacious bed and bathrooms. We enjoyed our week stay, it was exactly what we needed at the end of a long day of exploring and going to the theme parks. Our only concerns was the electrical wiring as quite a few outlets weren’t secured into the wall properly and the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the masters. There was also a leak in the living room ceiling. Despite this, we would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

This house was clean from top to bottom when we arrived. It was easy access when checking in. The house came with dishes and utensils, iced maker which is a plus coffee maker. They also give you a basket of cleaning supplies so you don’t have to go buy your own. We didn’t need to use heater for the pool because it was really hot outside. The grilled we never used but you do have to buy your own gas if you do. The bad part is that one of the bedrooms upstairs bathroom double shower had lots of tiny bugs in it every morning and the bedroom downstairs bathroom and sink had more of the little bugs then upstairs they where crawling all over the sink all over my son stuff but we just washed them down the drain no big deal. But overall the place was awesome comfortable nice neighborhood got chic fa li and Walmart no more than 2 minutes down the street which was good. The house is maybe 25 minutes from universal and maybe 18 minutes from Disney. The owner is easy to get a hold of they get right back to you ASAP. Oh one more thing We did have a neighbor with loud music so I contacted the owner after that the problem was solved we wasn’t disturbed the rest of our 6 day stay. As that being said we hope to stay at this vacation home again in the future.

House was exactly as pictured. Any issue was handled promptly and professionally. Fee for pool heating and use of bbq grill. Other than that I really enjoyed the property. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Orlando with my family.
