Love nafplio and would highly recommend Aggeliki. We had a medical emergency during our stay. The owner / daughte

View from the veranda and the host was exceptionally helpful.

Many steps to get anywhere but it’s a trade off for the fantastic view.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful host

The apartment was beautiful and comfortably accommodated my family of four. The parking was not too far from the location. There is air conditioning in every room which was a big welcome. The kitchen and laundry was a bonus.

There are many steps to get to the main town as it is high up. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. However the view is amazing.

Home from Home

Aggeliki has thought of everything you need to make your stay comfortable. She is kind and considerate indeed. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at her apartment. I've stayed in the centre of Nafplio before and preferred to be out of the hustle and bustle. It was fabulous to be so close to the old city walls and the little beach nearby - not to mention easy parking.

The bathroom is across the balcony of the smaller room of the two options. Make sure you pop on a robe to cross! Some people will be put off the walk back to the apartment from the old town centre. If you find stairs a struggle then go for accommodation in the old city centre, ground floor. Otherwise... If you're able to climb about four sets of stairs gradually then go for Aggeliki's place. No regrets.

Fabulous

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location in the old historic part of town which is pedestrian only. Only a short walk from carpark area where our host met us to take us to the apartment. Wonderful views of Palamidi Fortress , the water and Napflio. Wished we had stayed longer. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent spacious and very comfortable apartment with fantastic views and in unique location overlooking the whole town. The host provided excellent directions for parking close to property and welcomed us with fresh fruit from their own trees. Very easy access to historical centre for walks

I would not recommend for winter - the bathroom is only heated from 7PM to 11PM. During the day it’s freezing inside.

We stayed in the small apartment and it is not good for winter - it is cold in the bathroom most of the time and you can reach it from the terrace which is also freezing (the radiator which was there was not working). The heating in the bathroom is only working from 7PM to 11PM, during the rest of the day the temperature is not good enough to take a bath in December.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Naplio

Very nice apartment in the old Nafplio, on top of the pedestrian area. Very close to everything, perfect for a stay in Nafplio. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with a washing machine (even if apartment a bit wet in October, difficult to have the clothes dried) Nice balcony with incredible view on Nafplio bay... perfect top have a drink in the evening!

Very large bathroom but a shower screen or shower curtain would be highly appreciated to avoid having water in the whole bathroom!!

Really enjoyed our stay here!

This apartment made our trip even more special! We had been traveling around for a while so having a homey place to unpack for a few days that was walking distance to everything was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend! Our hosts were very nice and the place had everything we needed for laundry, eating in and hanging our clothes.

Great location. Not for anyone with mobility challenges.

Location! Excellent access to Palamidi stairs, Arvanika Beach, Old town and Waterfront. washing machine was helpful, and juice, water, coffee and cake most welcome.

The one bedroom apartment is separated between bedroom and bathroom by an open but private porch. There are a few stairs in between, so nighttime visit to the bathroom requires attention.

Nice views, updated apartment good for Greek standards.

Lacked kitchen utensils. There were no clips on shutters to keep them open on a windy day so we had to close them and couldnt enjoy the view. There was no signage outside to indicate the name of the property which makes it very difficult to find without ringing the landlady.

Nice view from balcony (with a big antenna in front of you...), not far from old Town, kitchen all to ourselves

No sign, no street name, difficult to find, had to ask local women for help. A bit to walk to nearest parking spot. Shower has no glass door, water splashes everywhere on floor. Very, very slow Wi-Fi

Our best stay in a month in Greece!!!

Absolutely wonderful!! The apartment was beautifully furnished, containing everything that we needed. We simply walked out our door down into the Old Town of Napflio. Amazing!!

Parking and getting luggage into apartment was a bit of a challenge but the owners helped and any inconvenience was instantly forgotten by the perfect apartment!!!

great little flat in stunning medieval location

loved the terrace and the views!! also the flat is designed pretty cool with bathroom at the end of terrace which I thought was nice

liked it all. people complain about the parking being far but i dont think its that bad.

Superb

Great location. Right in the middle between the beach and the city. Most facilities really nice and new, something broke and was fixed right away so good service fromt the owners. Balcony was really nice with nice views.

The shower really needs to be looked at. They fixed and changed the showerhead within an hour of me messaging them, but it could still not be hanged from the wall. So everything got wet and you had to hold the showerhead the whole time. The frontdoor could also use a small sign or indication as it was not clear where we needed to go.

Comfortable apartment in lovely location with helpful hosts.

Ideally located between the old town and the beach. Very comfortable. Very thoughtful of host leaving snacks and drinks. Beautiful view over the old town. Very good Wi-Fi.

A wonderful surprising experience memorable !

Oh wow ! the photos do not do justice. Spacious in each apartment and beautiful views of sea and fortress ! What was a lovely surprise for our teen kids and us was that you cannot reach it by car, though a driver can easy drop off and few steps away from drop off point , it's right under the fortress and small alley way to enter into the area and literally steps away from a beautiful little town with plenty of shopping ( jewelry, gifts) and tavernas . It was the best experience to stay here . The host was lovely and everything was modern, clean and just exquisite .

Perfect location above the old town with easy free parking.

Owner sent detailed directions prior to arrival, and then the day before she contacted us and we coordinated how to meet. She guided us to parking (free parking above the apartment near top of hill-5 minute walk) and to the apartment. Great details about the amenities to the apartment. Two-bedroom apartment, full kitchen and dining/living area, clothes washer and drying rack (which we used and placed on the balcony). Clothes dried perfectly. Good sized bath. Great WiFi. Location, location, location...the apartment is located above the old town so there are many steps involved, but we didn't mind. Great views of the waterfront. Easy access to old town and other tourist sights. I would stay longer next time because of the great apartment and many things to enjoy.

Fabulous Apartment

fabulous apartment with a superb view. the two bedroom apartment was big enough for two couples. wish we had more time in Nafplio enjoy the view and the town. finding the place was a bit tricky from the parking place. but one call did the trick. parking was just 1 minute away by foot.

a shower curtain would be fine.
