Generally convenient, well located serviced appartment.

Great value for money and located relatively near Launceston Airport. Beds were excellent, shower good, and general layout of apartment suitable for groups up to 4 people comfortably.

Tap water was quite metalic (brown) for the first 30 seconds or so of running any tap. Host requires you to send ID as part of booking process that isnt mentioned until after you book.

Complete comfort away from home. The apartment is styled beautifully, well equipped kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, sufficient heating and a lovely shower with toiletries. The undercover off-street parking was great and communication for access was smooth and straightforward.

We booked at Youngstown Executive Apartment but for some unexpected reason we were given another similar apartment to stay. This apartment was clean and well equipped with all the kitchen utensils, various types of coffee choices, tea and other beverages. Very generous indeed ! Only heating in the sitting room but none in the bedrooms, but when we asked for 2 portable heaters for the bedrooms.. They were delivered to us swiftly. We were very impressed with the service ! 10/10 !

The apartment was near to a public road, therefore it could be a little noisy at times.. Otherwise it was a lovely clean comfortable apartment to stay for a few days.

nice place, close to shops

this particular property actually had plumbing issues which we were contacted about on the day. we were relocated to a nearby property which was very nice and comfortable with basic amenities.

there was an outside light we couldn’t figure out how to turn off if you could and this made it a little harder to go to sleep as it was outside the bedroom. the other thing was that I couldn’t find any extra towels/pillows.

well set out. clean and comfortable. nice people to deal with.

not drastic, but pillows way too soft/flat. no coffee or salt in supplies. and. hot water in shower was strange, took forever to warm up each time and very hard to regulate.

Was a shame we didn’t meet the owner/manager as we arrived late .

It was neat and clean. Close to the airport the reason for our visit. Off street parking and plenty of tea& coffee supplies and cleaning products

Perhaps some tissues for people like me who forgot to pack some.

It was spacious, with lovely views. Extremely clean and close to everything we needed. Easy check in instructions. And it had an off road parking spot. Perfect!

Very minor suggestions. A bin in the bathroom and maybe some towel hanging hooks.

Very nice apartment. Beds are comfortable. It's in a quiet street.

I was astounded by the huge jump in the price since I last stayed there. It's no longer taking a break when you have to do the housework before you leave or have to pay a huge price for cleaning.

Last night of holidays

It was easy to access the door once given the code. The kitchen has all we needed and is nice and modern. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathroom was lovely. Having a separate toilet was also terrific. There was a lovely view from the living room and there are restaurants and fast food places only a couple of kms away. The carpark was a little tricky to get into with a longer car but was nice to have the hire car off the road. The location was quiet and the unit was a good place to stay before catching a flight the next morning.
