Private backyard with barbecue, fire pit, outdoor shower, hammock, and grassy area. Lanai with outdoor TV, ocean view bar and mini fridge. Serene, bright and breezy - relax to the sounds of chirping birds, rustling palm trees and the smell of jasmine in the air. Beautifully remodeled, quality workmanship, comfort and functionality, truly a little slice of heaven. Located on a quiet road just 2 blocks away from restaurants, Nightlife and downtown Dana Point. Just a 10 minute walk to Dana Point Harbor, and nearby world class beaches. This single family home has been furnished in a fun, beachy style and and sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. Great for families, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has an expansive downstairs with an open floor plan. The spacious living room, kitchen and dining room open to an outdoor ocean view deck. From the deck, watch the sunsets while sipping a cool beverage from the bar. Large backyard is great for kids, BBQ, and relaxing in the hammock. The outside shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There are 3 surfboards for your use. The three 2nd floor bedrooms include a large master suite with king size bed, TV and door to balcony. The Paris bedroom features a full size bed. The kids bedroom sleeps 4 in two bunk beds and a queen size bed. The cozy reading nook offers additional room. All bedding is new and mattresses are of the highest quality. The balcony wraps around the back of the house and has plenty of seating and ocean views. Ample parking in the garage and driveway. Central air conditioning was added to the home in 2024! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The stainless appliances are all new including a gas stove. The bar adds extra seating with 4 bar stools. The large Smart TV offers expanded cable and Netflix. The Apple TV is great for viewing your photos and videos taken at the beach on the big screen TV. The home has wifi throughout and there are 3 TV's in total. Even the outdoor deck has a TV, refrigerator and bar and is an excellent area for entertaining. The 2 patio doors open to the deck and give the home an open air feel. The dining table has seating for 8. Pamper yourself for a week or longer and enjoy all this seaside community has to offer. Located just south of Laguna Beach, Dana Point is one of California's jewels of coastal living with its close proximity to LA and San Diego and all major theme parks: Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. We had a lot of fun with the property. The kitchen was very well equipped. We used the barbecue and it worked. The veranda is flooded with sunlight even in winter. What we liked less were the carpets in the bedrooms. These had a strange odor, perhaps from pets. The microwave, stove and oven could be cleaner. The grill was dirty and needed to be pyrolitically cleaned. All in all, we would rent the house again.

From booking to checkout, everything about the house was perfect. Carla was outstanding with communication, the house was of an extremely high standard and had everything one could wish for when enjoying a relaxing break with family. We also own a holiday let and to find one of the same standard as our own was a pleasure. We will definitely re-book and recommend the property to friends and family. Thank you, Nick

Everything was beautiful about this property. The amenities were amazing. If you can imagine a perfectly appointed home, this is it. Our family was completely comfortable and had everything they needed. We walked to the beach easily. We would return again!

We stayed in this beautiful Dana Point home while our San Clemente home was being renovated from flooding. What a treat! It is absolute lovely everywhere you turn, and very well thought out. It had everything my husband and I needed, I only wished we could have stayed longer. My favorite spots were the covered patio for the afternoon sun, the upper patio anytime of day, the kitchen was fun to cook in and loved loved the master bedroom! My husband enjoyed the fire pit with a friend and every room is adorned with beautiful art. Truly, a blessing on every level! We are super grateful for our stay here!

We stayed at Carla's place during Ohana Fest 2022 and it was the best place to come back to at night and rest up for the next big day. Also within reasonable walking distance to Doheny. Would stay there again for sure.

Our family spent 2 weeks in this property and couldn’t have been more happy. The location was amazing…walking distance to a ton of restaurants and even to the harbor! Lots of things to do and the home itself was very comfortable and had everything and anything we needed! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze which was perfect for our family of six plus baby. Carla was wonderful and met our every need. We are former residents of Dana Point and wanted a comfortable place that felt like home and the house was perfect for relaxing, cooking meals together and spending time with family. The lanai is fabulous and a cool place to relax. We used the surfboards in Doheny and we appreciated all the extra towles, chairs, and beach toys!. We would have loved to stay even longer. Thank you so much from the whole family!

This house is amazing! We couldn’t believe how nice it was when we arrived. The pictures don’t do it justice. Every bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked, everything you need for the beach in the garage. The back porch was my favorite place. This house is super well managed too. I felt like Carla was there if we needed anything, but because everything had already been thought of, we never needed to get in touch. You wont regret staying here!

Loved this home. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable, convenient and clean. We enjoyed the expansive sofa, the large TV with Netflix, the beds that were super comfortable and the enclosed outdoor space with an added TV. We walked everywhere. - Stuft Pizza, Starbucks, the Marina area for our whale watching tour, the harbor for the lights and dinner, Ralph’s market for groceries and even Synaptic Cycles to rent e-bikes. We rode them to San Clemente one day. Great house and a great vacation. Highly recommend.

However, the cleaning crew left the home in a state that was not acceptable. It took my husband and myself 1.5 days to clean/wash many items that were overlooked. I sent a total of 15 pix to the property manager (Carla) to review. On another note, Carla *was* helpful in finding another renter for 4 days as a result of a family medical situation, so that was helpful. Again, the home is great! Would recommend to others with the caveat that the cleaning crew needs to be more mindful.

Family Beach Getaway
This is the first time we've stayed in Dana Point. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and is so well stocked with everything that one might need.

Wonderful family House!

I stayed here for a week for a business travel and I couldn’t be more happier. I cooked almost every night and they had the little stuff I forgot to grab. Like seasonings, body wash and a fan..life savor. The house was extremely beautiful and modern. A great view of the ocean and the neighborhood was extremely quite and the area was so beautiful. I would 100% recommend staying here. Worth every penny.

Great Beachy House in a Great Location
We really enjoyed this property. It has a great feel and indoor/outdoor living set-up. Came with everything we needed for a month long stay including surfboards and beach gear. Located near grocery, resturants and shops. Would definately rent again.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable home!
This truly is a very lovely house. It has everything you could possibly need and more! It was perfect for our family of four (two teenagers). My only wish for this house is that it was in a quieter neighborhood hood: there’s a lot of neighbors around, thus vocal noise and a fair amount of traffic noise. If you are noise sensitive, like myself, just keep this info in mind. Another great thing to note: the property manager, Carla, is fantastic!! Super thorough and very responsive. Wish we could deal with her every time.

Business Travel to Dana Point
The property, ease of check in, and communication with the property manager could not have been easier. We were three people traveling for business, and the property was great. Extraordinarily clean and well-furnished, relaxing, and in a perfect location. Carla, the property manager, was helpful and attentive from start to finish, but also not intrusive in the slightest. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and great for hanging out. Very comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen.

Lovely holiday in Dana Point
This is a nicely appointed house located close to the beach and harbor. It was a great fir for our family of seven adults. There's lots of room in the open plan downstairs area. The kitchen is well-appointed , and everything works great. The back yard is small but very pretty, with both a gas grill and an open fire pit (both of which we used on Christmas night).
We didn't meet Carla personally, but she was very responsive and helpful over email. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and recommend this property highly.

Perfect vacation rental in a great town
House has everything, very clean, nice little backyard with firepit, inside has all the kitchen amenities, etc. The layout of the home is fantastic with that California indoor-outdoor living experience! AND... if you have ever rented at or near the beach, where parking is miserable, this house has a full standard 2 car garage plus your driveway, so parking is hassle-free!

We´ve been going to dana point for the last three years for our family vacation. Carla is a great professional and was always ready helping us in every need we´ve had. She even asked the owner to put an AC in the bedroom because we were woried about the summer temperatures ! This is the best example of how much she cares about her clients.Thank you carla for everything ! You were really great ! About the house, we felt like home, so clean and confortable, the location is perfect and the children loved it ! Congratulations to Paul and Rebecca for a 5 star house and we are planing to come back next year.

This Place was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed a wonderful week in the Home. Everything is set up for you which is nice when your traveling from afar.
I give this 5 stars and will for sure be looking at doing it again in the near future.
