Due to COVID19, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each reservation. Huge outdoor spaces sitting on over 5 Acres alongside the stunning Lake Legion, this Grand Estate comfortably sleeps 16 Modern furniture, stainless steel appliances, and 10-inch memory foam mattresses,--all carefully thought out to make this the most desirable getaway one could have! A fun, memorable experience is a click away. The space 13 Minutes from Six Flags over Georgia! This stunning property sits far back in a quiet neighborhood of Douglasville, on 3 Acres of land sitting alongside the beautiful Legion Lake. Beds Layout-- Upstairs: Queen, King, Queen x2 Sleeper sofa ---------- Downstairs: Queen x2 Queen x3 Queen Queen CLEANING Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there's any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away! We can send a cleaner to the unit to fix it at no cost to you. PEST CONTROL Bugs and pests are a pain! Especially here in Atlanta. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter a home through an open door or cracked window. Please don't worry, the Pest Control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it. MAINTENANCE All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and pool equipment will one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help! Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged or the pool heater could stop working. Unfortunately, we can't foresee these incidents but we can fix them! EARLY CHECK-IN: If available $50 Note: We do not accept last-minute bookings for guests without prior history. Guest access Guest Access: You will have access to the whole house/ unit. If reserved, it will be available for you and your guests ONLY. All areas are private and not shared with me or any other guests. You should receive your keyless entry code before 3 PM on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Other details to note: WHAT'S INCLUDED: (PLEASE NOTE-NO REFILLS FOR ANY OF THE SUPPLIES BELOW regardless of the longetivity of your stay) -- Sheets, towels and washcloths provided (towels and washcloths willl be enough for the maximum number of guests this property can accommodate) -- Toilet paper and paper towels provided -- Shampoo/Conditioner/Toothpaste/Body Wash NOT provided -- Iron and ironing board provided -- Kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, glasses, dishes, utensils, knives -- We have regular visits from the Pest Control company we are partnered with, with this, rest assured that there is NO INFESTATION of any kind in this home BEFORE YOU BOOK/INQUIRE: -- If you're new to the site, please make sure you have verified your phone number, added a profile picture, and completed your profile, and advise the purpose of your trip. If you don't have the above, we'll ask you to complete these items before accepting your request. -- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD PETS: -- We welcome pets in our home -- Please be a responsible pet owner and note that while they are welcome to come, they should not be allowed on furnitures or beddings due to difficulties in removing pet hair. Should this be violated, please expect a payment request for replacement/ professional cleaning -- Pets allowed! A non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 per pet will be charged +$150 per pet if you plan to bring 3 or more pets. EXTRA GUESTS: -- We charge an extra guest fee of $19 per guest per night after the 6th guest -- If you are planning to have visitors come by please know we cannot allow the number of guests to exceed 16 in compliance of the Party Ban -- For visitors, we charge a one time fee of $29 per guest

Overall the house itself is nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The management was VERY accommodating to me and my guests. But literally almost every if not every piece of furniture in the house is slightly broken. Its literally as though they put it all back together just enough so you dont notice but the second you touch anything it would break. But in the most random spot so it was still technically functional. Super annoying to deal with. Especially since the place cost like 3500 for 4 days. Im not expecting the RITZ but damn. So overall it was cool. But ill definitely look differently at pictures on these apps moving forward.

This property is so pretty-but the pictures of the house are deceiving. The inside has SO many cosmetic issues-door knobs falling off-stair railing barely hanging on-lamps all damaged-light switches not covering live wires-beds falling apart-huge gap under downstairs door where critters can get in-lots of bugs in house-dishwasher didn’t work-first 24 hours two of the downstairs bedrooms had zero power and the bathroom-couldn’t see at night to use restroom-power outlets didn’t work and AC seemed to be very temperamental-worked some of the time then didn’t work. The furniture isn’t the same as the pictures-pictures ale house look a lot nicer than it is. Tried asking for a partial refund as the two rooms and bathroom had no electricity and property management keeps giving me the run around. Their business line was always busy-I was able to text emergency line. Super disappointed as we paid for a house that did not function as stated in description. Hoping they make it right by giving a partial refund.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ☺️ We had a minor mishap with the AC but Amir was so quick to fix the issue dispute it being a holiday ! We will definitely be staying again 10/10 !

However, there were a few things that were an issue -hence the reason why I didn’t give this home 5 stars. First, one of the toilets did not flush during our stay. I messaged property manager early the next day and never received a call back the rest of our stay. This was very important inconvenient as it was 11 women with only two toilets. Secondly. You could tell the home had not been throughly cleaned because countertops, baseboards, floors were visibly dirty and stained. Additionally, the rooms downstairs were closed cold with only 2 additional space heaters. Lastly, while there were many beds to accommodate they were not comfortable. Most woke up complaining about the beds and with aches and pains. Overall our stay was decent, but it wasn’t as I remembered in 2021 otherwise I would have searched for new home.

Great communication with the host, house was large and very clean on arrival. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood right in front of a small but beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

House was very spacious and clean. The balcony was the highlight for our group. We also stayed out by the pond for a few hours a couple days. The beds were very hard even after we all went out and bought mattress pads. Other than not getting a good night’s rest, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great, and Sara was a great host with quick responses to our needs.
The only thing that didn't work super well for us was that the kitchen/cookware/dishes/appliances can probably serve a group of 8 max, whereas we had more people with that, and the cabin sleeps more than that. We did bring some of our own large pots/pans/supplies which made it work fine.
We really really enjoyed the huge back porch and basically lived out there for our long weekend.

The stay was okay. What really bothered me is the amount of excessive fees this property charges. Its dated and needs to consider decreasing the number of sleepy quarters in relation to the # of bathrooms. This property is advertised as sleeping "20" but anything over 4 people is an additional charge of $19pp tax. An additional charge ($150.00) for excess trash well like I stated its advertised as sleeps 20 so anything over 2 people would yield additional trash. The grounds/ lake are nice, interior is dated. Garbage disposal kept getting clogged and there was no "Crank" available to unclog it. Communication took place the MORNING OF check - in via VRBO messaging app. I tried reaching the property manger weeks prior however the numbers were disconnected, myself nor VRBO get in touch with them.

The scenery and size of the house was amazing. We used it for our small wedding ceremony (along with family staying) and everyone was pleased and enjoyed it. The sunset from the balcony alone could have sold the home. The home needed a few repairs/some upkeep and we had some small issues. The air upstairs did not work well and stayed around 76degress during the day (downstairs cooled well), also the house hadn’t been dusted or mopped in quite awhile it seemed, we had to go get a swifter and do this on our own. Issues we were able to work around or work through. Overall, amazing place. We would definitely book again. The owner was pretty good with communication for the most part. If you’re questioning it, just do it. I’m sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!

Great space inside and out especially the outdoors enough space for the kids and adults. The main living room sofa did have damage to it but it was another sofa to accommodate everyone on the first and second floor. Any other issues were small and questions was answered and the stay was back to normal.

This Lakehouse was a very pleasurable and memorable experience for my friends and family! Also, working with Sara was painless and very friendly. I had a group of ten people, and this home had more than enough room for us all. Spacious, clean, well-furnished, firewood available, coffee pot, all kitchen appliances, etc — it was basically like a home away from home! The lake was peaceful with a spacious back yard. The neighborhood was very quiet and out of the way. We enjoyed being 15-20 minutes outside of the city of Atlanta. The short commute was easy and the highway was easily assessable as well. If you’re looking for a very nice getaway in the Atlanta area, I HIGHLY recommend this location!- DeVanté S.

The home is immaculate especially if you are looking for a peaceful and serene getaway to spend family time with lots of space. The pandemic has shut us off from those we love for so long so we welcomed this time spent. Unfortunately I didn't receive the key code until I arrived by contacting the owner, so I didn't have immediate access. The wifi code in the home is incorrect. I did have to contact the owner the following day for it which is when I received the house rules. The owner does respond in a timely manner which is appreciated so I would just make sure to contact owner the morning of. To piggyback off a previous review that I agree with although I brought my own are:*Tissue and paper towels (bring your own)* Towels, blankets-winter months( bring your own)*Beds are firm(fine by me) others may bring there own egg crates.*Living Room couch, dining table, hardwood floors could be updated. Also, let guests know any flaws prior, so guest know if damage was done prior to arrival, like couch being bent out of shape. *Trash bins were full on arrival so I would definitely make sure they are emptied for next guests and more tops for trash bins are needed and space.*Update the broom and mop, also make note of where things are located & what you have in the house prior to arrival.Otherwise the place is beautiful, was pleasant, has plenty of space, I would stay again and recommend to friends and family. All guest please take care of the owners property because you can tell that they try to keep the interior and exterior maintained nicely!

House was very spacious and had beautiful views of the lake. Our family had plenty of room. We played outside games during the day and inside games after dark. I would highly recommend this place for large family gatherings.

Overall, the place was in a peaceful serene location. The check in process was a bit much as we waited 45 minutes to an hour to actually get inside the place. However, the owner communicated with us through the process and sent someone out to fix the door lock. Some things to note: 1) needed more tissue for the place 2) more linens & towels 3) beds were a little firm (may need egg crates for a little more comfort) 4) couldn’t use the firepit (would’ve came out of pocket to purchase tank to start firepit).5) One end of the couch was bent like out of place. 6) need more space for trash outside (Trash bins with tops) 7) had to purchase an industrial style broom for sweeping.(The broom at the place was bent out of shape.) The place is beautiful and has plenty of space. Great for intimate events.
