Exceptional place to stay. Check in was stress free, great location, awesome facilities.

Apartment was of exceptional quality from large and spacious apartment for family, decor very new and comfortable and directly opposite main train station and supermarket facilities. We had everything one could possibly need.

Perfect base for exploring Jungfrau region and beyond, especially for larger families.

This apartment is HUGE for European standard. Two completely separate full bedrooms, very large beds, and a giant open living room/dinning area with sofa(bed). Kitchen is quite well equipped with modern appliances and basic cooking utensils (no condiment or food items). Washer and dryer in the unit which was very useful. Location is extremely convenient -- right next to the train/bus station, a large COOP supermarket, and also a smaller one with longer operating hours. We used this apartment as a base to conveniently explore half of the country. The office is in the same building and people there are very helpful (but only present during work hours). If you need a convenient base for a larger group, this is THE place to stay.

We arrived in the evening when office was closed. We were provided with instructions on how to get the key, but still had quite a bit of trouble. Part of this is our very limited German language, but the instruction could probably be more clear too. Fortunately the after-hour phone line was still open and eventually we got the keys. The kitchen is well equipped but has no microwave oven. The area is a little removed from the most touristy area so most top-rated restaurants are further away, but a quick bus or train ride (or a pleasant walk) get you right into the center of actions.

Great location to train station and coop. Apartment was really huge and nice, lots of storage. Woke up to snow capped mountain from the bed!

The washer and dryer were not in English so was hard to figure out but we managed.

Super spacious, great for families.

Super spacious apartment. Great for a family or friends traveling together. The building is a bit corporate but it's very close to the train station which is convenient and a short walk to the main area of Interlaken.

We would have loved some of the personal touches that we've grown used to with good airbnb's / hotels. We asked for restaurants recommendations and were just told 'there's a lot of stuff around'. Minor but stuff like great local spots make you love a place.

A fairly new and cozy apartment. Nice and helpful host and checking in/out is simple and hassle free

Apartment is located within short walking distance to the Interlaken OST train station. It is very convenient, if you are traveling often by train. Generous space in the living area with open concept kitchen. Kitchen is very well equipped where we could prepare our meals.

A full scale Coop supermarket is just right opposite when you could get all the food items.

Nice apartment!

Very spacious and clean. the reception is friendly and welcoming. would love to be back again one day!

The bed could be better. I had difficulties falling asleep because the bed is uncomfortable. Pillow is too soft for me but it depends on own liking.

would be lovely if kitchen was equipped with condiments for cooking and laundry detergents was provided for laundry washes. mattresses were a little too soft.

overall, a fantastic place and I will highly recommend it to others.

location is good, spacious and well kept.

no condiments (eg,salt , pepper, olive oil), it gets warm during summer and there’s no cooling, suggest to add a few fans. some units are facing the rubbish dump, we got a few house flies in the house since we had to keep the balcony doors ajar .

Excellent and will definitely be back

Location is excellent, right next to COOP (supermarket) and Interlaken ost station, great connections to everywhere The host manager Jacqueline was very helpful and friendly

The coffee capsules were only available for purchase from the reception office. We arrived on a Friday evening and the office was closed. So we were not able to use the coffee machine for the weekend. It would be helpful if the capsules are already available in the apartment so we could have the option to pay for them later like minibar at most hotels? It would be better if they could also give a few of them out for free! The drying machine door was broken so it was also inconvenient after washing our clothes. It would have been helpful if we were warned earlier. Nonetheless, Jacqueline helped us with the laundry on our last day of stay, so thank you!

Amazing Apartment almost just next to the train station!

The size of the apartment is amazing, facilities provided were beyond expectations, wow! Jacqueline (not sure if this is the right way to spell her name) was amazing!!!! She was knowledgeable, super helpful, thank you so much 😘

Providing laundry detergent will be a very appreciated touch to the already amazing services.

MAGICAL PLACE IN A HEAVELNLY COUNTRY

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION MASSIVE PROPERTY AMAZING VIEWS VERY VERY CLOSE TO INTERLAKEN OST STATION VERY COMFORTABLE STAY AND WE STAYED FOR 8 NIGHTS AND WITH THE SWISS TRAIN PASS TRAVELLED THE LENGTH AND BREADTH OF SWITZERLAND.

THE PROPERTY COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT LESS EXPENSIVE ESPECIALLY AS WE WERE STAYING FOR MORE THAN A WEEK.

the location was great as it was near to interlaken ost train station and the supermarket is also nearby.

en-suite bathroom in each room.

the floor of the apartment was dusty. the bedroom door could not be locked. the key pad to key in code during self check in was too high up and the key pad display was faint.

Modern minimalism

Modern apartment with spacious living room and kitchen with big table. Huge balcony with a table and small sitting area. 2 bed rooms with separate bathrooms. Looks like in the pictures. If you arrive after 17, easy self check in possible. Perfect location, few meters from big Coop, where you can buy everything you need. 10min walk to the city center. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean, kitchen fully equipped, great if you want to cook. Parking in the underground garage (5chf/day)

No hangers for towels in the bathrooms and toilet. No tea or coffee. You have to pay for the coffee capsules. No basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper or olive oil. Huge pillows, we don't like sleeping half sitting

Best place to stay in Interlaken

The fact that it is located right opposite Interlaken Ost train station. Its literally 5 minutes walk, so you can haul your luggage across the street and at the check-in. The apartment is very spacious and gets plenty of daylight. It has a huge balcony connected with the bedrooms and the living room. Amenities work great. Washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. It's right next to Coop supermarket so you can do your groceries with ease. Turkish food and shisha is right around the corner. I stayed at four properties on this trip and this was the best. Stayed 6 nights in this apartment and felt right at home.

Nothing to dislike actually.
