Hotel con tutto il necessario, molto vicino al centro di Valldolid. Camera confortevole, con parcheggio e accesso privato.

La stanza era un po' buia e con scarsa areazione naturale, però avendo il condizionatore si può rimediare.

Jamás se queden en hotel que no limpia el cuarto!

Ubicación cercana

Pésimo hotel, lo peor en años de alojarme en cientos. Olía mal, no salía casi nada de presión en el agua caliente. Tras la primera noche y salir a pasear regresamos por la noche con prisa por acostar a mi bebe y ¡NO habían hecho nada de limpieza! Vamos afuera de los cuartos en las salas que dan a la alberca habíamos cenado la noche anterior y ni siquiera ahí habían limpiado!!! Pedí cambio de habitación pero gerente solo decía "no es mi culpa pero no vino el personal de limpieza y no puedo hacer nada" Tampoco había hecho mi factura que la noche anterior había prometido. Dijo que ellos no facturaban. Pedí reembolso y factura o los denunciaría y finalmente una señora salió a decir que reembolsarían la noche y si facturaría. 2 días después al hacer checkout se negaron al reembolso prometido. Jamás se queden en un hotel tan mal cuidado, sucio, con llaves descompuestas y olor a caño!

Beautiful little oasis in a great central area! Magnificent garden, nice little pool to cool down in and lovely staff. A short walk to the ADO bus terminal.

Peaceful, nice and restful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden with spots to relax. Silent at night for good rest. Large and secure parking.

Amazing stay in Valladolid!

I can't say enough about this hotel! They were fantastic. There is a beautiful backyard oasis and lovely pool. Great location for exploring, nice and safe environment for a solo traveler. When I return to Valladolid it will be to my new amigos at Casa Aluxes Hotel!

Wouldn‘t recommend it!

good location but not worth it and restaurant staff is nice(not part of the hotel)

not worth the money, wifi doesn‘t really work, only cold shower with no power, dirty room with ants, roast in the shower and toilet doesn‘t flash, staff partly friendly

if I return to Valladolid, I will stay here.

lovely Decor, location was great, the inner courtyard was cozy, private and pool refreshing.

I didn’t like that Booking.com charged nearly double the listed rate at the front desk.

Loved it!

Lovely cute and peaceful place in Valladolid! Wifi worked well, and the room was very comfortable. It's also located conveniently close to the ADO bus terminal and many restaurants etc. Loved the pool too, very refreshing with the heat.

Some chairs or sunbaths next to the swimming pool would be perfect!

Superb

Beautiful tranquil garden, nice decor, setting very relaxing and the pool so welcome in the heat! Good location in the town, near to the main zocalo and lovely street Calz. de Los Frailes with nice cafes and craft shops. Also a delicious bakery round the corner called Ancestra on Calle 46.

The room was quite dark if you didn’t have the doors wide open but then it meant it wasn’t very private as we were right by the pool and facing b the restaurant. Our shower was also very temperamental. The peace of enjoying the garden was also spoilt a little by the music from the restaurant which didn’t quite fit with the vibe of the hotel, something a little more relaxing and melodic might have helped the tone!

nice garden, perfect location, front desk staff very nice

veryyyy loud music every night until 11pm even if they don’t have any customer (they open also as a restaurant/bar). you can’t do anything not to hear it’s very close from the rooms… staff other than front desk and one very kind waiter are not super friendly. they should make it more a peaceful place with the very nice garden / courtyard they have. also they should keep it in good shape, one hamac was smelling very bad, access to a roof condemned and a few things here and there

Like home but better

It was a home from home. The garden was beautiful the our room which was the family room was so comfortable. Normally hotels scrimp on space but our room was so generous. There are loving quirky and artistic touches everywhere. We loved every minute of being in this charming hotel in this wonderful town. Well rested, well fed and utterly charmed we left determined to come back.

Beautiful Hotel!

Casa Aluxes reminded us of a Moroccan Riad. The delightly decorated rooms surrounding a beautiful garden and swimming pool with wonderful artwork everywhere made for a cozy stay. The staff were all extremely nice and very patient with our limited Spanish. The on-site restaurant also created some fantastic vegetarian meals for us. Our time in Valladolid and at Casa Aluxes was too short.

Very close to shops and restaurants. On site parking was very convenient and our car was safe. Hotel is a little hidden gem with lovely staff and surroundings.

Not impressive with staff and rooms

The location is convenient for walking to downtown stores, restaurants and attractions.

The staff can be very rude. Don't try to make request to get early and drop your bags because they don't allow it before 3 pm. They offer that you leave your belongings near the check in area but is unlock and therefore isn't safe to me. They close at 10 pm and open at 8 am so we had to open the gate for the car manually and since reception was closed at 7:20 am, I had to leave the keys in the room. Actually the lady came out in the reception area since we were calling via phone and she said we could leave the room keys there in the bar area... which it was very uncomfortable suggestion. Finally, the room had the AC on top of the king bed and we were cold during the night. Is not a good location for the elderly.

Everything. Thank you to Roberto on the front desk for being so welcoming and for the fantastic Valladolid recommendations. We used Valladolid as a base for visiting ruins but the pueblo itself was worth a visit in its own right. Great food, people and things to see. Our rooms were wonderful, the AC was a God send and everything was v clean. A big thank you to the kitchen and waiting staff too for a fantastic breakfast every morning! We would most certainly stay here again if we come back.

Cozy hotel with lovely garden in the centre of Valladolid

The location is perfect right behind the old city centre, so that you can park the car easily and safe behind the hotel. The garden of the hotel is a total charm with all the hammocks and lights in the evening. Above all the staff, especially the manager, were very lovely and gave us some very good advice on things to do in and around beautiful Valladolid.

Loved our stay at this friendly laidback hotel

The hotel has a very good atmosphere. We loved sitting on the terrace outside the room, kids playing in the pool. The garden is just lovely, great lights at night too. The people from the hotel are very friendly and gave us hood tips and advice. can’t beat the location, so close to the central plaza.

The restaurant next door serves breakfast and the waiter was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. The music coming from the restaurant was a good selection, but was very loud and last till very late at night (23.00h or later).

Good location

Great central location, staff were helpful and on-site parking.

No light switch next to the bed, the lights by the bed were really bright, no drawers or anywhere to unpack. We were there for 5 days and would have liked to have somewhere to put our stuff.

You can do better for your money in Valladolid

Location was convenient and centrally located - the main square was just 2 blocks away

The bed was advertised as being a Queen size but was a smaller Matrimonial (US Double). Fluorescent lights in room were pretty harsh. Restaurant staff were not very accommodating

Lovely hotel!!

Lovely hotel with a relaxing and artistic courtyard. Room was spacious for the four of us, and breakfast was delightful. Pool was perfect for cooIing off in the heat of the afternoon. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to the central sights. A perfect place to stay in Valladolid!
