About this house rental
Beautiful home built in the early 1900's. Two of it's best features are the breathtaking lake view and custom heated pool with jacuzzi. The home has 2 living spaces on the main floor. Dining room with table that seats 6. Kitchen and family room lead out onto a newly finished porch overlooking both the pool and lake. Wait til you see the "She/He/They Shed" Kitchen table seats 6-8. New floating dock that you can fish off of and look at the ducks and turtles. The yard is big enough to play a multitude of games. The second floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and walk in closet and a shower big enough for a whole family. The middle bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized and a twin sized bed in the room. There is a Ring doorbell and Ring cameras on the outside of the property only.

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The house is spotless and lovely inside. The host, Christina, has thought of everything. The house is stocked with everything you need, even snacks and alcohol. She knew we were bringing my dog and she left a leash, dog toys and bowls. Just an example of the thoughtful touches throughout. We could barely tear ourselves away from the backyard with the pool, hot tub and scenic lake view. In just a few minute drive we were at the great restaurants in Asbury. Friends who came to visit were all amazed at how wonderful the house is. A good time was had by all, even my dog. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this house is. This is our second time renting this beautiful home and it was even better the second time! Christina is an amazing host, is available and so helpful with anything that comes up. I cannot recommend staying in this fantastic place if you are considering! We look forward to hopefully renting this home again!

We love Asbury Park and this home is truly the perfect getaway for our family - my parents-in-law, husband, and pup! The house is gorgeous, fitted with everything we needed and more. When we weren't taking out the provided bikes to the beach and boardwalk, we constantly moved between grilling, playing with the dog, swimming in the pool, kayaking on the lake, playing board games on the porch, and bonding in the kitchen/family room. Moreover, Christina is a wonderful host, responding so promptly that within minutes her son provided pet gates when I asked about them. She was also welcoming and accommodating of visits from our family friends. My family and I are so enamored with the home and grateful for Christina's kindness that we're already looking into booking again for next summer!

This property was everything we could have hoped for and more. Located on a quiet street in Asbury NJ, this squeaky clean home is a dream. We enjoyed the pool, the lake and the many amenities the property has to offer. Christine was a very accommodating host and was available whenever we had questions. Don’t pass this one by, rent it now and thank me later!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this exceptional property. The house, grounds, and amenities exceeded our expectations. The owner is communicative, proactive in answering/troubleshooting any questions/concerns that arise, and is kindly hospitable. The Asbury property was stunning and it's waterfront location on Deal lake was fantastic. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The pool area makes you feel like you are staying at a hotel. Christina goes above and beyond to provide so many thoughtful amenities. We loved our stay there and can't wait to go back.

The house and property are beautiful. It was a great mid-winter getaway. The house is beautiful and cozy no complaints. Plenty to do even during February. The restaurants on the boardwalk were open and enjoyed our winter beach getaway. The host is wonderful and very communicative. There are no complaints.

The property was just as pictured and a cozy retreat for a few days after the hectic summer season has passed. Location was easy to access and explore other neighboring towns along the shore.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home in Asbury Park. Loved waking to the lake view and enjoying a cup of coffee in one of the many great outdoor seating options. The pool and outdoor space could not be better for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends. Kayaking on the picturesque lake was throughly enjoyable. A quick drive to the beach, boardwalk or shops and restaurants in the Cookman Ave area. Also very nice to have great coffee and pizza within easy walking distance. Christina was easy to deal with and very responsive. Great stay!

Our stay was perfect! The Paddle Board was leaking and Christine brought another one right over, she is super attentive. The place has everything you need and more. I would recommend this property to any family or friend.

The house had everything we needed - a big, beautiful pool with a lot of lounging options, a dock/kayaks on a recreational lake, and a comfortably-large and very well-kept inside. Quiet, friendly neighborhood that was a very easy drive from/to NYC. There was leftover beer in the fridge when we arrived, and I saw a turtle in backyard.
The house was walking distance to the beach (tags and beach equipment included) and multiple dining/entertainment areas with a lot of variety (boardwalk, cookman ave.). It is also just a short drive away from multiple shopping and grocery options. Everything is close and far enough away.
Christina is wonderful to deal with - friendly and attentive without feeling present. Take her recommendations!! She is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It was a joy staying in the house.

This home allowed us to enjoy paddling, walks on the boardwalk, relaxing time at pool and great restaurants too. The amenities and location were amazing! Highly recommend!

My friends and I were looking for a place to just relax and enjoy each other’s company, and this was the perfect pick. The kitchen was well stocked, living spaces and bedrooms were cozy, and the jacuzzi and fire pits made spending time outdoors pleasant even when it was cold. Beach, boardwalk, and good restaurants were all within a reasonable walk, but we hardly ever wanted to leave the house!

WOW. During covid we’ve gone away for one week every month and worked remotely for a change of scenery. We’ve been to four beaches, the mountains - all over the eastern seaboard - we’ve rented a lot. This is by far the best house and the best rental experience we’ve ever had! Everything is perfect! The house is in great condition, comfortable and well appointed, the back yard environment with the lake, pool and hot tub is wonderful and the town and beach are awesome. Best of all, Christina the property manager/owner has been incredible. She’s helpful when you have questions, flexible if you need it, and so nice to deal with. She even brought our son toys and snacks and now he’s secretly in love with her :) Overall, this is a property that you’ll love, run by an owner that really knows how to make her guests feel comfortable and special. We give it 11 out of 10 ⭐️

Visiting with our Daughter, her husband and our two Grandchildren who live nearby we decided to rent a house versus staying in a hotel. We selected this property and what a true “Jewel” this home is.Great location on Deal Lake, this home is in top condition, with great amenities (unfortunately it wasn’t summer so we couldn’t use the pool) but the children loved the pool house to hang out in. Christina was very attentive to our requests and the home had everything you need. We truly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. If you are going to Asbury Park this is a fantastic choice you and your guests. We will stay again.Jim and Judy

Let me start with, Christina is an awesome host. We had storms on 3 of the 8 days, and she actively checked in on us, and had staff come by to clean up the amenities. The property is great for families, or for a small group of friends. I typically like to experiment with my different/new options for vacations, but I’m definitely looking forward to coming back here next Summer or so.

Our family loved staying at this wonderful house! The outdoor spaces our so amazing! We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this GREAT house and the best hostess! Property was impeccably maintained with many activities to be enjoyed by all ages. Also, plenty of relaxation just hanging by the lake or pool. Christina saw that all our essentials were taken care of and then, exceeded our expectations. She is a wonderful and experienced host!
