The apartment was just beautiful and only 500m to the town center. 10/10 👌

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable double and great bed. It was a 500m walk to the center of town & the apartment was also surrounded by restaurants and cafes next door. One of the nices apartments we have stayed in 👌

Probably not having a lift as we had a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs. Everything was 10/10 otherwise.

Overall it’s a spacious 1 bed apartment but no lift access is not ideal for families.

Clean, spacious and good kitchen facilities.

No lift access and I had to lift my heavy luggages which was frustrating. Car parking at rear is not comfortable.

Really wonderfull stay in a new modern comfortable apartment close to all the restaurants

Great location easy to access and great outlook . Facilities were as the website showed and we had a very comfortable two nights with easy access to city centre

Quiet; clean; 10 minute walk to downturn.

Very quiet. Views to mountains and CBD. Ten minute walk from city . Excellent. Good wifi and amenities.

Stayed here on a few occasions when in Christchurch and this property never disappoints!

Like everything about this property - location, amenities and the high standard of cleanliness. Always spotless. Great cafe's and eating hub closeby.

Home away from home

Liked that the Bedroom was in separate room from living/kitchen area, loved having a washing machine and dishwasher, good sized balcony, convenient location for bus station, restaurants, bars and walking around town.

No elevator, which was only a probably due to our heavy luggage.

Immaculate apartment in the central city

Apartment was immaculate. Had everything you needed including really well appointed furnishings, comfy beds, and nice linen. It was super clean upon arrival and they are incredible hosts who communicated clearly throughout and even left chocolate for us! Central location, easy 5min walk to the city. Would highly recommend it and will definitely be back next time we come to Christchurch. Thanks for having us R & L ☺️

A Perfect 10 and Good Value

The spacious, modern apartment was fantastic. Spotless, great location for music and food. It also has everything you need to make a meal and wash your clothing. I’ve stayed at dozens of accomodations through Booking.com and definitely give this one a 10. The hosts made it so easy to check in and check out with perfect directions. Just go!

Fun Urban experience

Trendy new apartment in a mixed use area of Christchurch. Many bars and eateries in walking distance. Apartment was very large---large closets, bedroom, bathroom. Had washer/dryer.

Key was hard to retrieve for a short person, I needed help as I couldn't reach. Parking was included, but a little walk away. Several flights of stairs to get to the apartment--no elevator

A lovely apartment in a good spot

Absolutely lovely apartment, very close to town and great restaurants.

The only warning I would give is that there is no lift and the car park is quite far from the apartment, so if you have a lot of luggage or you have reduced mobility, this place would be tricky.

Would highly recommend!

We liked everything about the place. Most comfortable bed we have slept in away from home. Very tasteful decor. The location is excellent… plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby & easy walk into the city.

I normally stay in a hotel when I'm in Christchurch but will make this my first go to in future.

Location was perfect for me, right next door to work, a great cafe for coffee in the morning, and a restaurant for dinner. I was on conference calls in the evening with my camera on, and there were absolutely no issues with the wifi. Honestly it was perfect for me as a single person, overnight in Christchurch for work.

Nothing stood out to me as missing at all, it was really comfortable, and I felt very secure.

overall a lovely place with more pros than cons!

spacious, beautiful renovation, very modern and equipped with everything necessary (washing machine, dryer, oven, etc).

bedroom was slightly stuffy and we had to open the window to get some air in. Pillow had a black mark, not sure if it was cleaned from the previous guest! Also a bit of a maze finding the exact location and check in instructions .

Outstanding accommodation - highly recommended!

Great location, close to eateries and walking distance to supermarket. Hosts gave excellent clear instructions to get there and access the property. Accommodation was amazing and superclean, wonderful comfy bed.

Nice spacious apartment, well appointed.

Location was great! Close to cafes, South City Mall and Pak n Save.

No lift in the building. I had broken my hand earlier in the week so it was challenging lifting 3 heavy cases up 3 flights of stairs. Also a child living above and quite noisy running around at times.
