Spacious and quiet

Wonderful host, very helpful and proactive to communicate and offer transfers and advice. Fantastic location a few minutes from fisherman’s village and the beach. Much bigger apartment than I thought it would be. Ideal for a family.

amazing location, it’s literally steps away from Fisherman’s village. the house is lovely , beautifully kept, and is very quiet.

Great for families

Staff was wonderful! Orn and her family were great, communicated well with us about anything we asked and needed. They even did our laundry and drove us around the island, when we needed to go somewhere. We always agreed on a price beforehand and it was always very fair! The rooms and living room had AC, which was great in April, since it was soooooo warm outside! Inside we always felt great! Mosquito nets on the windows that could be opened.

The swimming pool was too warm and smelled, so I was not really comfortable using it. Shower head should be changed asap, it was very clogged.

Fisherman's Village incredible option!

The owner is very nice and helpful, apartment is well equipped and very clean. Feels like home. Location is amazing!!

Laundry service wasn't available, but we found a good one 2 minutes walking from the house.

Lovely Apartment indeed!

Excellent reception and property. We were given the incorrect room at first but allowed to store our things there while we were out for the day while the correct room was made ready. We moved our luggage when we got back; the problem was handled with care and grace. Everything about this place was wonderful, from the LED color changing pool to the clean, modern and comfortable accomodations.

Nothing bad to say other than it can be a little challenging to find at first, and the road is a tight squeeze for taxis and tour shuttles.

Just 1minute walk and you find yourself in the centre of everything......but it was very peaceful at apartment. Orn, our host, was very helpful, arranging things like scooter hire, taxis etc. Highly recommend and would stay again 😃

This is a well maintained property with a delightful owner who is always ready and available to help in any way she can.

Although a little difficult to find initially, the owner told us of a short cut which took us to the main road along the beachfront in less than 2 minutes, so location was great. We could not fault the cleanliness of our unit. We were able to prepare our own meals when we wanted. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed provided.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location

The location of this apartment is just amazing! a one minute walk takes you into the heart of Fisherman’s Village. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed. The pool was always quiet but the whole area is very well maintained and the owner could not have been more helpful. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed for longer.

Great value for money, fantastic service and an ideal balance between price, location and quality.

The host, Orn, the room, location and cleanliness of this stay were all top notch and perfectly suited to our needs. It was simple and affordable to organise a pick up from Maenam Pier, where Orn and her son met us themselves, and it was super simple to organise two separate drop-offs at the end of our stay. The location of this place is midway between the main ferry Pier to Koh Tao and Koh Phangan (Maenam pier) and Koh Samui airport, and right next to Fisherman’s Village and a walking street with restaurants and bars at affordable-premium price points. The apartment’s are generously sized and, although close to Fisherman’s Village, genuinely very quiet. There were only two of us staying, but the apartment could easily accomodate more people. All rooms contained ceiling fans, as well as air conditioning and a standing fan, so staying is also no concern. The service was the stand out. Orn and her family deal directly with guests and make a genuine effort to ensure you’re comfortable. On top of that, they are really welcoming and helpful with tips and info. All in all, this is a gem of a location and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I’m ever in Koh Samui.

Lovely apartment in the centre of the village but very quite at night and very comfortable. The landlady is very helpful she can help with driving you to places or to rent a bike, I loved it!

Amazing stay

Incredible stay, from start to finish this really was perfect! The apartments are huge, well equipped (including coffee machine) and moments to the main street but we're whisper quiet. It was perfect for our family of 4. Orn was lovely and very friendly and helped us with car hire.
