We loved the location - very hard to beat-but felt the facilities let it down.

Great location. Has a fabulous BBQ area - sheltered with tables and chairs. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We appreciated the daily towel change.

It actually seemed dated for a new property. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were working so it was a long wait anytime we wanted to get anywhere even though we were only on the 4th floor - if allowed we could have walked up the stairs. For the money we paid the apartment was quite small and not a direct view of the beach - just a corner view. The water pressure in the showers was awful.

Had a great stay and a wonderful time, loved the aparment.

The location was perfect, right at the end of Cavill Ave in easy reach of all that Surfers Paradise has to offer. The view is spectacular. The cleaning staff were brilliant.

The room was next to the elevator and could hear it going up and down. It was confusing trying to find the entrance on arrival. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work and there was no ice tray.

Impossible to find car park Breakfast was highly disappointing considering price of room While the hotel is in a great location and nice/clean etc it does not justify 4 times the price of competitors in same area.

Superb

Location and privacy was excellent. Breakfast at Hyde was amazing, great recommendations and easy access. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bed was good but the pillows were either to hard or soft. Had issues with connecting to the WiFi

great location, but the facilities are too old.

perfect location

facilities, shower tap was not working. one curtain rail has dropped off before sleeping. These maintenance have not been processed at the same day. our parents woke up @4am when it was sunrise. When I shared the experience reception staff, he said it is happy for me to lodge a complaint. He was not prepared to solve the problem for us.

overall good but room for improvement to differentiate at the top end.

walking distance to most things secure car park provided for each apartment hired indoor pool, steam room good man at front to receive cars for people to check in/out very helpful and well trained reception ladies could be warmer on receiving guesses but ok. perhaps staff could take the attitude to do things for guesses rather then not , like simple things like towels for a swim…

included breakfast was very limited short menu for a week stay, better in a lot of other venues with buffet at the Gold Coast. charging for toast seems out of place. oddly slow lifts, long waits to go up or down, but there are 6 lifts but lines of people waiting washing machine did not work day 1 but fixed day1 ok AC stopped working last night but cool enough with sea breeze
