Excellent location, great pricing, awesome views, friendly staff, and all round good experience.

Excellent location. Great views. Very spacious unit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Very homely feel to the unit that included books in the bookshelves. Plenty of room to move around (4 adults and a baby). We had a lot of stuff for the baby's birthday party and still so much room. Large comfortable lounge area, full sized dining table, casual lounge area, large balcony off the casual lounge. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Small balcony off the main bedroom. Kitchen was a little on the small side compared to the rest of the unit but functional. Laundry located off the kitchen. Spacious common areas with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, 2 BBQ areas, and tennis court. Tedder Ave is super close and a 1 minute walk to Main Beach. Allocated parking was easy and there are trolleys guests can use to cart luggage. Also plenty of street parking. If staying more than 1 night, bring extra rubbish bags and toilet paper. There is a mini mart on Tedder Ave if you forget. Shout out to Leo on the front counter at check in for being friendly and informative.

The unit was clean but the walls in the unit could have used a good wipe over. Common areas and grounds were very clean. Dusting of the tv cabinet and decorative board under the dining table glass was not done often. These minor things are the only reason the score isn't a 10.

Nice comfortable relaxing stay had everything we needed

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the views over the broadwater, the comfortable beds, the great kitchen, the laundry facilities and the big tv and the electric recliner chairs. It was also a very short walk to Tedder Avenue where there were multiple food choices. It was a short walk to the tram as well so we could go anywhere without using the car

The check in process was awkward as we had to use a door code then get the key from a locked box with another code

we requested a room away from the new building going up next door as my sister had a broken leg and needs rest. we were given a room almost on top of the construction work. disappointing. but unit was big and comfortable. needed a bit of T L C ..

I came down to enjoy the beach and the gold coast experience and it was amazing.

I enjoyed the communication between me and the staff members before my arrival. When I arrived at the property, I was very pleased with the place I was given after booking. There was plenty of room and space to enjoy.

This is very specific, but I did not like the artifacts in the room. There was a massive painting on the wall and it was quite scary. Would prefer a cleaner room where there was less paintings or sculptures.

I like the location on Main beach. The staff were lovely

Dated room with older decorations and cracked tiles/walls, not enough blankets as it was fresh at night. Few blankets provided were dirty. No electric vehicle charging options. Surrounded by loud construction even on the weekend which was surprising.

Location near Tedder Ave restaurants, not far from beach & light rail station, lots of space, clean kitchen & bathrooms, good lifts i.e. all working

Almost no information about facilities was available in room or at reception; kitchen was under-equipped e.g. no container suitable for cooking in microwave; bedcover was stained

Stove top was difficult to use. Cutlery poor, not sharp. I found one supposed sharp knife in the drawer, & then half way thru found a bread knife on top of the microwave. Bathrooms & clothes area chipped & mould in the shower recess.

It was a great place to stay, especially with a family. Will stay here again!!!

The apartment was fantastic! Super clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfy. The views were amazing and the balcony was big with great furnishings. It was in a great location, walking distance to a variety of eateries, pub and to the tram station.

The comforter on the bed smelt heavily of body odour and one of the decorative pillows was yellowed from body sweat and had a stain on it.

Great stay.

The balcony was a lovely sitting spot. The location was great for walking to nearby cafe's. And the beach is a short walk up the road. Very convenient.

The outdoor chairs are a little uncomfortable.

clean, modern, great views, the inside pool and the outside pool and spa were wonderful and the property was very central to main beach
