An excellent stay in the heart of Fes Medina

Clean,comfortable small hotel two minutes to the Medina.

Chosen because two minutes walk to Medina. I found the hotel clean,safe,comfortable, with friendly staff,especially Rita. Breakfast was basic,but good. Next door is a cafe,restaurant called Cinema Cafe,where I had equally the best chicken and vegetable tangine in Morocco.

Great location and very helpful staff. Clean rooms. There is a nice rooftop to enjoy your coffee or food.

Old TV with local channels so not many options in English (1-3). Small rooms but not that bad for the price.

Terrible experience. NEVER again.

The room was terribly small, with wires hanging from the tv, the double bed was literally two single beds put together, and the pillows were harder than a brick. also the lead of the toilet was not screwed, what made you slide and almost fall while you’re in the toilet. The lady from the front desk promises us to have the breakfast ready a bit earlier than usual as we had to leave very early, and of course that didn’t happen, making us miss the breakfast. all this without having anybody around to let them know. Never ever ever again coming to this terrible place.

central, basic, clean, good value for money

basic, good price. great location right outside the city walls, parking right in front of the door (although on the street), perfect for a night's stay, even though in a busy area, pretty quiet at night

the coffee at breakfast is nothing to write home about, but there is a cafe right next door and again, for the price we paid, still alright

good place to stay for quick access to the Medina.

close to the Medina. the room was a clean and easy to sleep in. very very helpful staff, parking was very close by. easy to get out of town north with minimal traffic (well on a Sunday)

the bathroom was a bit cramped.

Blue Sky visit

We travelled by motorcycle and picked the Blue Sky hotel as it had secure underground parking close by. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff were welcoming and the rooftop terrace was fantastic to relax on.

location near the mosk. They were praying in the morning at 4h. it wasnt ok. we couldnt sleep and children were playing near the hotel till midnight wery loud ...

I would like to say a big "thank you" to the staff of this hotel. They were very helpful during my stay over there. The girl from the reception gave me some advice on what to visit and how to talk with local people. On the next day of my staying, the man from the restaurant surprised me by remembering what drink I prefer for breakfast. Be free to ask the staff whatever you need, they'll be happy to help.

I heard a strange noise from the water pipes and the only solution was to turn off the water every night. The room was a bit cold for me even with air-conditioning on, especially in the morning.

Good value and perfect location

The location was perfect, heating with the air conditioner was great in the colder february days, clean rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast was good but not so traditional.

Broken toilet seat, no wardrobe in the room. Parking was a bit tricky with no reserved spots for the hotel. Still the staff helped us park each time and we never needed to take the car elsewhere or pay for it at the end of the road.

Rita is the best

The lady at the counter (Rita) was really nice, helpful and pragmatic. We had to go to the airport early and couldn't enjoy the breakfast. But she offered to prepare us a lunch pack the night before so we could take it with us. When we asked someone from reception about it, he said that it was not possible to have breakfast other than the included buffet. We got it from her anyway. But that's exactly what makes the difference and without her our rating wouldn't be as good. We felt welcome. The location is great and it's not too noisy. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We can recommend it.

Location, very polite and friendly staff. What a passenger need and expect from a 3 Star hotel were fullfilled.

Everything was good . The staff helped us for parking . Fes old city and Baazar was 1 minute to reach .

Solo female traveler delight

Bountiful breakfast, large room, well located on the periphery of the old city. Young and welcoming staff. A great place for a solo traveler. Woman manager, so super good for female tourists.

Comfy beds and very clean. Grear breakfast seved at the table.

I had to change the room on the front as the windows don't stop the noiae from the street to come in. However the personnel gave me another one very quickly and with no problems at all. So if you don't bear noise tell them.

Excellent staff who spoke good English and assisted us with any questions we had. They were very accommodating and really looked after us during our stay.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good.

Toilet had no ventilation (it got hot and steamy in there really quickly), toilet seat was broken and when sitting down there isn't a lot of room, my head was against the wall. Room interior could be better.
