Poor customer care!

Handling my situation with forgotten glasses! Overall, I had an OK stay, but I encountered an issue regarding the glasses I left behind in my room. Despite notifying the reception about the missing glasses 15 minutes after I checked-out, they were not found. It was disappointing to discover that the glasses had seemingly disappeared within just 20 minutes of my check-out. In addition, I waited for 15 days to receive any response, despite making three calls and sending five emails inquiring about my glasses in the period from Feb 26 until March 11. I hope that this incident can be addressed and prevented in the future to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

Total Disappointment

The size of the room and the location was decent for a late-night stay.

The decor is old, and the furniture worn down and torn. There was an odor to the room, but I was able to rid of it with incense and air freshener. I also didn't like almost being robbed by housekeeping. At approximately 830am my partner and I went out for coffee at WaWa and had planned to return back to the hotel to have breakfast and relax before 12pm checkout. When I pulled up in front of the room, we saw the housekeeping walking from out of our room with our belongings and birthday gifts I gad for my partner. After yelling hey that's our stuff they gave it to us, and we placed everything in the trunk of our car. We went to check the room, and everything was gone even the bed was stripped. By this time, it's only near 930 still not check out time. The lady housekeeping thought she hit big on a Friday morning with a dozen roses, a bouquet of ballons and a 5th of Hennessey. She come from the room smiling and laughing. I went to the front, but they didn't show much concern of what just happened. Nor was I offered any compensation or explanation why I lost 3.5 hours of my stay time and was going to have my belongings stolen if I stayed at Wawa any longer. The manager did have them go thru the trash to find my girlfriend baggage claim ticket that was laying on the bed before they came into our room unpermitted. Also, my 600$ pair of Coach prescription glasses were stolen from the bedroom closet but was not returned to me. This place is a joke, with poor customer. Don't stay here unless you like old, smelly rooms with destructed furniture and thieves as employees.

Fun

The room was very nice.

How are you gonna charge me 240 for a cleaning fee and then charge me 100 more for the room. When I booked on booking.com it said 240.07 I planned my trip around that amount.

Convenient two bedroom suite also close to airport

Looks really old carpet smells bad and allot mosquitoes so make sure you get some off before you stay there.

Pleasant

The size of the room and ease of checking and checking out

The breakfast. Selection was small and while we were there a woman came with a bag and took nearly all the yogurt, half the toast and then proceeded to fill 16! cups with juice and then walk out with it all. So we had very little to choose from and had to wait forever to get anything.

It was GREAT!

I love how amazing and nice everyone was. I booked this for my parents and they got lost at the airport and the shuttle driver stayed and waited for them and helped them find their way to the shuttle and to the hotel. Amazing customer service, amazing people, amazing facility !!!

Could have c been better, but okay for one night.

First floor access was perfect and a corner room so it was very quiet. Wasn't sure about noise levels since all the room doors were facing outside, but I didn't hear any noise from other rooms.

The room hadn't been cleaned after previous guests left, but it was quickly addressed by staff and I enjoyed having the suite very tidy. It would have been nice if staff had checked the built in soap in the shower, as it was empty. If I was staying more than one night, I would have asked for that to be filled. A little bit of a walk from the car to my room:; there was no parking available in the area. Thankfully, weather was great so it was no problem to walk my bags to the car.
