It was okay but not valur for money.

I like the staff and their availability and helpfulness even after hours. The TV in the room had Netflix, showmax and YouTube. Up to date TV

Gate access is only by one person. So if you go out on a date and come back late you are in some real trouble. The bed was as hard as stone The room had a weird smell

Decided not to stay at the property and found alternative accommodation down the road.

Nothing.

Everything. The room was not clean or as pictured. The room had a damp smell. From the room to the reception area, one needs to pass the kitchen and the sight of the kitchen was distasteful.

It is nice and quiet place

The gate policy. We had to wait very long at the gate to get in and to get out. Call them to open up as apparently the bell at the gate wasn't working. Go back to get somebody to open the gate when we wanted to go out. Quite annoying.

It was okay, would not stay longer that 1 or 2 nights.

It was clean and well situated for what and where we needed to be.

Beds were very uncomfortable, every time you turn you can hear the springs squeak. There was no hot water and the rooms are extremely hot with a very small fan and no ventilation to cool down the area around the corner where the other people have to sleep (family room). For one night stay you will accept it as is, but if you want to stay longer the beds will make the stay unpleasant.

In accurate location direction. Shuttle service not available without any notification. No fan in room, extremely hot in the room.

Not as pleasant like the last one

The location is peaceful and the bnb airport shuttle offer works perfectly for us.

The beds in the family room are not as comfortable as the other ones in the couple's rooms. It's impossible to sleep as a couple on combined beds which are not the same size. And the living room is not as homey as a family room would be. It still needs more aesthetics especially for the price we paid. a fridge and/or microwave would also be lovely if we are gonna travel with kids. And a tv in the main bedroom for more privacy.

Очень уютный guesthouse в 12 минутах езды от аэропорта (1-30 пешком). В охраняемом посёлке американского типа. Рядом торговый центр. Бесплатно забрали с аэропорта.

Нет кондиционера. Есть вентилятор и даже пульт от него, но не работает ни то, ни другое. Провод загадочно уходит за шкаф. Может просто не включён в сеть. От телевизора тоже пульт не работал. Номер 1 у входа справа. В бассейне холодная вода и как то не особо он и чистый. Но я все равно купался.

Nous avons été informé du modèle et de l'immatriculation de la navette mais ce n'était pas celle-ci qui nous a récupéré. Le temps du service du petit déjeuner.

Disappointed.

The staff at check in was very helpful and friendly unfortunately the place was just meh. We had to leave the facilities and went to a friends place and we came back really late and this staff was very accomodating.

There was a trail of ants in the room. Also found a lizard roaming around the room. The pool was dirty. There was a stench of urine in the room. Overall it was a big disappointment.

Uitstekend verblijf gehad met goede service.

Uitstekende service! We zijn keurig (na middernacht) opgehaald van de airport. Er lagen heerlijke sandwiches klaar met een banaan en flesjes water. (de sandwiches had ik vooraf gevraagd) Heerlijk geslapen, geen vliegtuigen gehoord. Ruime moderne badkamer met fijne douche. Eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt. Kortom een perfecte locatie om te verblijven!

Clean comfortable and value for money accommodation

Close to the airport and the shuttle service is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. I did not have any breakfast as I left early due to my flight departing early morning.

Good option if arriving during office hours, otherwise think twice before staying

The guest lodge is clean and tidy and good value for the price.

There are no airport shuttles available and reception is closed after 8pm until 8am. Therefore, I don’t recommend staying here if not arriving during the office hours of 8am-8pm. Adding to the challenge of late arrival, the area is very dimly lit, and the road is blocked by a big security gate meaning you can’t rely on Google maps. When I finally arrived, it took multiple calls for someone to finally appear to open the gate. Likewise, as I was leaving at 6am to catch an early flight, it took ages and multiple calls for someone to appear and open the gate to let me out.

Economical, secure, ideal for airport access

We stayed two nights at the beginning and again the end of our holiday. Reliable airport shuttle. A guest house with number of ensuite rooms and central dinning/Wi-Fi area. Rooms comfortable. Best part is felt very safe and secure. Shops within walking distance. Zintle, Princess, Joy and Justice were great staff, nothing was too much trouble. Dinner and breakfast on time, served with a smile. Will be back, Thanks.

Beer fridge not stocked, but they agreed we could bring in our needs!

Great accommodation after a long flight.

Clean and near the airport

The gates were closed when we arrived and it took 15 minutes before we saw someone to open the gate. the doorbell was broken, and the phone number was unreachable.

Disappointing

Close to the airport. The lodge has lots of potential and our room was lovely apart from it being cold.

Staff were not present. Was left waiting at the gate each time as the bell did not work. My partner had to jump the wall as we were waiting so long. The eircode brings you to a dead end so you must enter from Monument Road as the maps are incorrect. The food was average. It is very cheaply priced but would not be in a hurry back.

They use a different gate from the one that appears on th gps. The toilet was smellig, the smell came from the toilet to the room. Water was cold in the morning.

Pleasant

I had to ask for towels for two days still nothing was sent to the room. The geyser was not working so day 1 I had to take a cold shower before rushing to my meeting 😢

Perfect for one night

It was modern, clean and perfect for one night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

We arrived @18h and wanted to eat dinner but the kitchen was already closed. Had to order for delivery.

Very clean and cosy

The room I was in wasn’t connected to the generator so was off majority of load shedding however the portable generator was literally next to the room making noise.

The fact that the hotel is on the plane path. It was quite noisy. I stayed in Kempt town before but I do not remember is was that bad.

It met all our expectations for the cost involved.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

A chair in the room would have been nice.

Close to the Airport. Very Nice room. Comfortable Bed.

Was disappointed with the breakfast. There are two options Omelette or Farmhouse Breakfast. I ordered the Farmhouse and was told sorry the Bacon is finished! I said ok I’ll have it without bacon. There was no effort to make up for the lack of bacon, in fact it seems there was no tomatoes left either. I received a small portion of scrambled egg, some mushrooms a few baked beans and my toast. Oh and sorry no brown bread available, only white! What I did have was nice but it’s not quite what you expect when you paid around R100 extra to include breakfast in your stay.
