Great stay

The space was great, large space for the whole family large kitchen

There wasn’t enough towels provided for the guests, kitchen utensils were old

The wifi was very fast

For the price they charge compared to other places its honestly not worth the price. Their property needs replacement especially the weak couch which was falling all the time....their air-corn was dripping water, they dont have electricity back up..my white sheets weren't that clean...For better service with food l had to communicate with the owner all the way from South Africa l was disappointed

The furniture is outdated and not nice..The stuff seemed lazy to catter food l had to complain to the owner first..and for the prices they charge its not worth it ...sometimes there is no warm water and when water is gone they give u a bucket of cold water to bath lol l honestly wasn't happy

Viktoria Falls are amazing, a must-experience helicopter flight over the falls

The staff offered us a boat trip down the Zambezi River which we really enjoyed

We didn't like it from the start. The indicated location when we booked the accommodation was completely different from the accommodation itself. With the help of friendly locals, we managed to find accommodation. The building is ripe for a complete renovation. From the smell, to the equipment, as if someone left the house in a hurry. In the morning, repairs started in the neighboring rooms, which woke us up. The first night we had a security guard, but the second night there was no one, as the area was not very safe.

Pleasant

The rooms were spacious, the lady was friendly, the place was quiet and the wifi was good.

There was no hot water, we were moved to another logde which was not the one on booking.com.

Very nice people there. Well worth the money! Thanks a lot!

We had a great time staying there for three nights. The bedroom and its bathroom are huge. The breakfasts were very good. More importantly, the host and the workers there are really good people. They went out of their way to cook the breakfasts for us. They also tolerated our mistake. I expressed my sincere apology to them and want to say thanks a lot again!

Short lovely stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bedding very comfortable. The poolside was private and nice. Breakfast was delicious.

More sitting space by the pool. Google location pin should be updated.

What a disappointment and a waste of money.I wished that I could cancel .

They gave us an early check in at 11.

When we got there there was other people in the kitchen cooking.The fridge was filthy there was meat and blood laying open in the freezer. We hired a 3 bedroom house only to find we were sharing …. They only cleaned after I made a fuss The kitchen was disgusting.the disgusting smell remained there for the duration of the stay. The kitchen has lots of cockroaches. The mattresses were sinking in the middle . Only the double bed had a good mattress . The outside furniture was broken so u couldn’t sit on it. They didn’t give us any keys when we checked in and people could just walk in . The security is terrible, some stranger walked in and asked us for accommodation after 10:40.

Scam!

The hosts were kind and patient.

There is no better way than to call this a scam!! If you book on sweet holiday homes you can be taken to another house not the lodge to stay there on pictures they are just showing the toilet only. Be careful the house is substandard and expensive, at least if it were reasonably priced I would not have complain.

All terrible will not recommend

Nothing as first off all to be welcomed by staff not even wearing shoes. No room key offered, no wi fi offered, no check in. And then on top to be over charged and had to fight to get your money back. You are told by management to sort your money issue out with housekeeping. The list goes on. Terrible and dirty accommodation. Unprofessional staff and Management and rude...

Host's booking system should show valid stays before a confirmed booking.

Confirmed booking and rooms or house requested yet there was not enough rooms for our family and ended up being put in a different facility to what was on the photos.

Superb

The facility was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were amazing, of special note is the kind reception from Blessing Mchapa. He made our stay a memorable one, checking on us daily to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The kids loved the swimming pool. We all felt secure & well looked after.

Both showers requires attention. Slow drainage & leaks let the facility down

It was great but expensive Vic falls is a tourist city especially for foreigners

Excellent ,plus it's a great idea to give free upgrade to guest still staying there when the best room and more expensive room is free

Room 3 was a bit small and the curtains needed to be darker cause the ones there were see through ,but otherwise great , Maybe they gave us room 3 because of our little baby who is 8 months old

Disappointing

Nothing.

Firstly, the host tried to charge me extra saying booking.com made a mistake. Showing me a different invoice to what bookings.com sent to me. Then the layout of the place, not of quality. No proper planning. It was really disappointing. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. We were right by the pool so it was nosey, light also shines direct into room. As for the bedrooms first time such layouts no space.

Nice and comfortable accommodation

The host was Amazing. He introduced himself everyday and made sure that our needs were met. The staff were also friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and well maintained during our stay. The shared pool area was nice to relax.

I like that the room had aircon

1. They did not provide housekeeping. No one made the beds or emptied rubbish or restocked on soap, tissues, water etc. We had to do it all ourselves! 2. Although we had been informed the payment was inclusive of breakfast we were only given breakfast upon enquiry and the breakfast was below par. Bread, poorly made baked beans and egg. No meat. And when I informed the staff that I don't eat eggs no effort whatsoever was made to offer an alternative. Even the next day the breakfast was exactly the same! 😫 3. Hot water continuously ran out and we had to bath with cold water on two occasions!
