If you are bringing more than 1 pet please let us know as we will need to invoice for the 2nd pet separately. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times. Welcome to our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach getaway perfectly located one street back from the beautiful Salisbury beach and just two blocks away from the Salisbury Center, arcades, "beach pizza", restaurants, bars & attractions. With high speed internet, this beachfront condo is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative or beach getaway with family and friends. This 1st floor 650 sqft apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen size bed and a “twin over twin” bunk bed and up to 6 including the full sized pullout sofa. This open concept apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, gas stove and offers a wall AC unit, one complimentary parking spot, shared gas grill & a hot/cold outdoor shower. This condo is a short car ride to Hampton Beach, a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. Also locally are the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Please let us know that you will be bringing pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge a $25/night per pet, pet fee. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times. ***The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment. ***Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules. ***There is only 1 off-street parking spot. If you need additional parking there is typically street parking available in front of the house on Railroad Ave. In the rare event there is no parking spots on Railroad Ave you can also park along North End Blvd (about a 10 min walk) or there are paid parking options at the municipal lot at the Salisbury Center. ***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. I was here decades ago when it was less developed. The beach is still terrific, but the houses are built on top of each other, some new, some neglected. The place we stayed in was modernized and clean, and the owner was very attentive.

Last minute plan to hit the beach and I wasn't disappointed! Access to the beach is just across the way, the unit is very clean , well stocked and the homeowner was quick to respond and very accommodating. Definitely on my list to go back again. Thanks Mike

We rented this unit for almost 2 weeks during my stepdaughters Spring Break. I literally have 0 complaints. After our initial reservation elsewhere cancelled the day before or so, Michael came through in a pinch. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. A very short walk to the beach and we appreciated (and so did our pups) it being dog-friendly. Host was responsive and helpful EVEN WHEN we had a mix up in our check out date (due completely my error). Perfect spot for a chill stay with our daughter.

We had an amazing week at this property with our two little kids. Plenty of room for all of us and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the center. The property manager was so friendly and answered all of our questions whenever we had any. We'll definitely be back.

This cottage was within 2 blocks of the beach. It was easy to walk to the beach and the few restaurants in the area. It's a nice, sandy beach that isn't overcrowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We arrived to a clean, tidy & adorable property. The bed was super comfy. It was located 1 block from the beach and was very walkable to the small downtown. When we realized the small cooler was missing, the property manager went out of his way to bring one to us for the beach. Mike was exceptional with communication. Would recommend for a couple or small family. Enjoy!

The property overall was nice . It’s closeness to the beach was very comfortable . I wish I knew that the keurig machine did not have the generic coffee holder . Else would have carried with me . There was not a convenience store in the vicinity that had the keurig capsules so was a bummer . The owner was nice overall The listing did say that it doesn’t have a washer dryer so I can’t complain of not seeing it , but a beach destination without washer dryer is hard

Let me start with the positives, very good proximity to beach, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, parking, tv and wifi. Just a couple of things needing help, repair some of the window screens, clean inside and outside of windows. Overall we had a very good experience at this apartment. Will return !!

First time in Salisbury, usually go to Hampton Beach but don't think I will ever go back to Hampton. Salisbury was cleaner, calmer, and overall a better beach atmosphere in general. Went with my husband and two kids, 6 & 7, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Location was perfect. Super quick walk to the beach which was great with the kids and super close to downtown Salisbury. Everything we needed was in the house and was very clean. No complaints and would highly recommend.

This beach property is all it lives up to be...steps to the beach and all the fun offered at Salisbury Beach. We needed a place for a couple of weeks while our new home was being completed and 86 Railroad fit the bill. The owner was super accommodating and location couldn't have been sweeter. Walk to the beach in minutes and the boardwalk and restaurants as well. We had a blast! Don't hesitate Mike will take great care of you!

Had a great time at Salisbury Beach! Property was clean, super close to the beach and in a short walking distance to the center. Property was spacious and had everything you could need. The only recommendation I would have for improvement is a better grill and the people who stayed before us did not take the trash out.

We loved staying here the beach is 1 minute away and all the restaurants/arcades are right at the end of the street. Bunk beds were great for kids! Mike the owner was easy super friendly and easy to work with.We can't wait to come back!!

My family stayed here (2 adults, 4 kids) and we loved the convenient access to Salisbury beach. The house is not located in the most beautiful location, but you're a short 2-minute walk to the beach or a 5-minute walk to downtown Salisbury. (We loved walking to the beach, instead of packing up the car with all the beach stuff.) It was a little crowded with all six of us in the rental, but we basically used it as a place to eat/sleep and it was perfect. This was our first time visiting Salisbury beach and it was beautiful. We will be back.

This home is clean and spacious. Steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, arcades and more. We have rented both the top and bottom floors and both are great. The owner is very pleasant to deal with and takes pride in his property. We will be back!
