Come enjoy this ocean front getaway in Salisbury! Located directly on the sand with ocean views from the front porch (Unit D). These two side by side family friendly condos each have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, are fully furnished and can accommodate large groups. Each unit has a living room, dining room and Kitchen supplied with all your cooking needs. Each unit has full size appliances, microwave and coffee maker. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. Close to the boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, this is the perfect place to stay for a week or more! Two units may be rented together for larger groups. Off street parking, outside shower and deck with chairs to enjoy the view. Each unit has a personal gas grill for entertaining. Enjoy free concerts and fireworks every Saturday. This property is close to Seabrook, Hampton and Rye Beaches, as well as historic Newburyport and Plum Island for shopping, dining and whale watching. It is approximately 30 minutes from Water country, Outlet Shopping in Kittery, Maine and about 1 hour from Boston.

This was a great place to enjoy the beach. Just steps from our back porch and sunrise views out the bedroom window. Very clean and well stocked with roomy bedrooms and large kitchen. We had an issue with the smoke/carbon monoxide detector but the owners we’re readily available by phone and a new one was installed the next day. They checked on us and let us know when they’d be over. The private beach was perfect with great waves and room to fly a kite. 10 minutes to the beach center with lots to do and delicious food/ice cream to enjoy. We are definitely going back.

This condo has a lot of good attributes. It is very clean, has good kitchen tools, a nice-sized bathroom, and AC units in most windows. On the flip side, the beds are only OK, not really for adults in the second and third bedrooms. Also, the whole experience could be a lot more welcoming and comfortable. The communication with the host could've been more friendly and positive. There was a feeling of frugality rather than luxury when it came to anything other than the most basic items needed. Some art on the walls, some bath towels (there are none, not even for a shower), a blanket on the couch, a candle, a basket of snacks, a bottle of wine, etc would make the stay feel a lot more like an actual beach vacation.

If you a family, group of friends this property is for you. It’s simple charm and ability to rent both units C & D double the space. We spend all day on the beach and enjoy the porch during diner and evenings., or head back to the beach.

Jamie was a wonderful host, quick to respond to questions and concerns, and just generally a lovely person. I worked part of the time I was there, and had no issues with the wifi.
The boardwalk was just a few minutes walk down the road (or beach, if you prefer walking in the sand), and plenty of places to eat and visit with just a quick drive. And the best part was falling asleep every night to the sound of the waves. I already miss it, and hope to return soon!

This was the perfect location with great view and steps to the beach. Jamie was great to communicate with. wish it had 2 bathrooms but other thank that its GREAT! I would stay again!

Simply Amazing
If you are looking for simplicity, convenience and watching the sunrise from your porch then this is the place for you!! Only steps to the beach and minutes from the center of town. Jamie is wonderful to deal with. We will return again for our 3rd trip next year!!!

Perfect location for a beach getaway
We had a fantastic time at the beach. We booked both sides of the duplex for our trip. It was clean, and you could watch the sunrise from your bed! Being literally on the beach in 50 yds, made up for the small patios that could use some love. Overall it was incredible and we will definitely be booking again!!

A great location and condo
This was our first time to Salsberry beach. And we loved it! The condo was everything that we needed and the location was on the beach and very close to town and restaurants. We fell in love with the location. We even got to see whales from the beach. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect location
Very nice property and only steps to the beach. Loved being able to sit out on porch drinking morning coffee listening to the waves. Property was very clean and picture are exactly as depicted. Owners were excellent to deal with. Got back to you immediately and answered all questions. If we ever go back to Salisbury we will be returning to this property.

Very nice, clean, close to the ocean just steps away from the Beach.
My wife and 2 kids enjoyed the place as did I. It was clean and bed linens made available. It was steps away from the Beach and had beautiful views of the sunrise every morning. Would definitely stay again. Few blocks away from restaurants, arcades and fun!

Wonderful vacation!
Rented both sides of the house with good friends for the long weekend--we thoroughly enjoyed this property. Very clean. Right on the beach. Enclosed area for our young kids to play was great!

Perfect Setting
We had a wonderful long weekend, the unit was perfect and had everything we needed, complete with an ocean view from the master bedroom. Jamie was pleasant and communicative.

Absolutely amazing
Very clean roomy and well stocked. The people staying in the unit in front were awesome. We had our wedding on the beach and everything turned out awesome. We were able to have a small BBQ right after and we fit comfortably extremely close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing and see from one of the units. We will be staying here again

Amazing week!
We had a great week. Perfect location and beautiful property. Just steps from the beach with amazing sunrises. We had a few families so rented two units which was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Everything we expected
We had a wonderful week. Our home was more than we expected. Beautiful view of the ocean from out porch for morning coffee. Picnic table for lunch and dinner. Plenty of room for all of us. Convenient to most everything. Our neighbors for the week were great. Home was clean and in excellent shape.
