Nestled in Newburyport, this lovely condo for $432 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. WINTER RENTAL AVAILABLE FROM 11/3/2023-4/1/2024. PLEASE INQUIRE FOR DETAILS ***We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know if you will be bringing any pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge $25/night per pet. If you are bringing more than 1 pet please let us know as we will need to invoice for the 2nd pet separately. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times. Welcome to our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach getaway perfectly located one street back from the beautiful Salisbury beach and just two blocks away from the Salisbury Center, arcades, "beach pizza", restaurants, bars & attractions. With high speed internet, this beachfront condo is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative or beach getaway with family and friends. This 2nd floor 650 sqft apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen size bed and a “twin over twin” bunk bed and up to 6 including the full sized pullout sofa. This open concept apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, gas stove and offers a wall AC unit, one complimentary parking spot, shared gas grill & a hot/cold outdoor shower. Sit out on the back deck and enjoy as the sunset goes down over the marsh. This condo is a short car ride to Hampton Beach, a premier resort town in New Hampshire boasting a wide variety of activities for all ages (nightly concerts, arcades, restaurants, mini-golf, water activities, fireworks and more) and is rated among the top 3 cleanest beaches in the U.S. Also locally are the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Bookings have been coming in fast so please email me to guarantee your reservation. I'm always excited to host great people! – Mike IMPORTANT NOTES: ***We are a pet friendly apartment. Please let us know that you will be bringing pets at the time of booking. The max # of pets allowed is 2. We charge a $25/night per pet, pet fee. If you are bringing more than 1 pet please let us know as we will need to invoice for the 2nd pet separately. We ask that pets stay off the furniture at all times. ***The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a Smart Roku television which allows you to access your favorite streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Sling etc.) as well as local news stations through the “NewsOn” app as well as select live channels through the “Peacock” app. There is no cable at the apartment. ***Although an early check-in can never be guaranteed, our cleaners are typically done prior to 3pm and we always message our guests as soon as the apartment is ready. Unfortunately, late check-out is not allowed due to our cleaners strict schedules. ***There is only 1 off-street parking spot. If you need additional parking there is typically street parking available in front of the house on Railroad Ave. In the rare event there is no parking spots on Railroad Ave you can also park along North End Blvd (about a 10 min walk) or there are paid parking options at the municipal lot at the Salisbury Center. ***For larger groups, please inquire about renting both first and second floor apartment. Sleeps up to 12 between the two. You can put the HomeAway listing ID 4247290 in the search bar to view listing. ***We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. Great for an off-season jaunt! We hit up Ipswich, Newburyport, Portsmouth and more because this stay was so centrally located and easy to get to. Great food and antiques/vintage all around the area

Great location to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and fun surf / beach decor. Mike was very thorough with information and quick to respond to my messages. Check-in very easy. Also, pet friendly which is a huge plus! Would book again!

Place is super cute and great location to the beach. We rented both units and to have it pet friendly was a plus for us. The owner is great with communication and answered any questions we had. Only complaint is cleaning could of been a little better in certain areas.

Distance to beach good, kitchen and neighborhood, not so much
The beach was one block from the house. The kitchen was not well stocked to allow for actual cooking. The grill was coated in grease so that it was unusable. The entrances to the house were overgrown with weeds. There are really no restaurants within walking distance. Beach food is handy, but not our thing. I would not stay here again.

Salisbury beach Summer 2021
This was a great property! Owner very responsive and gave alot of great ideas on places to go out to eat in the area. But kitchen fully stocked so you can eat in too. We had a lovely mid Summer week! On rainy days lots of places to go exploring in the area! So I would not cancel if bad weather is forecasted ,

Tiny piece of paradise
The property was so cute! So close to everything. Had some confusion with the lock on the door. But Mike was so quick to answer and so helpful. Will totally be trying to stay here again!

Home away from home for my family and I. Michael was amazing in accommodating our needs.Location was perfect and literally a minute walk to beach.Only downfall was the mattresses which could use a matress topper and cleanliness could of been better .Other than that we will be back next year:)Had an amazing time and created memories to last a lifetime.

Labor Day celebration
We came in to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and Michael was more than accommodating, extremely helpful and our cottage was wonderful! We had a wonderful time celebrating with family @ Sea Glass. I would highly recommend staying here.

Restful get-away
My daughter and her friends stayed for two nights in late August, they were so happy with the short walk to the beach and proclaimed the apartment super cute. Mike the owner was quick to reply and very friendly. We really appreciated the clean, cool, well-stocked apartment!

Great Property Location & Excellent Owner
Location is perfect with about 5 minute walk to the beach in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were very comfy. AC was nice and cold since it was hot the week we were there. Perfect size for the 4 of us. A short walk to the attractions and was not concerned letting the kids go without an adult.
Mike is an excellent owner, very responsive and highly recommend.

Perfect location
This was the first time in more than 20 years that I have rented at Salisbury Beach. This location could not have been more perfect for my 2 Grandkids. 3 minutes to walk to the beach and 5 minutes to ride their bikes to the arcades at the center. The beach there has always been my favorite section. The house was well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Excellent week there!

Excellent experience!
I don’t often do reviews, but am going to have to this time. This was our first time renting a VRBO. We had an excellent experience all around. It started with us having to take a few days off our trip after we had already booked, due to our kids having a lot of makeup snow days for school. I emailed Mike, and he refunded us for the days we couldn’t come, no problem. We checked in, and the apartment was beautiful! Fresh paint, cute furniture, thick sheets and towels. All the kitchen utensils you would ever need were stocked in the cabinets. There is a couch that folds out into a bed which was a nice bonus we didn’t realize. We had a problem with the internet not working (we needed this since my poor husband had to do homework for his online Masters program while on vacation)...all it took was a quick email to Mike and it was resolved quickly. We did a lot of sightseeing, so we didn’t spend a ton of time at the apartment. I wish that we would have had more time there to enjoy! The beach is a quick walk and the access is close by. It’s a quiet area and although the Salisbury Beach boardwalk is small, Newburyport and Seabrook are very close. We have friends nearby, and when we do come to visit again will likely try and come back to this apartment and rent from Mike. Thank you for your hospitality, it made our trip so enjoyable!

Very good home to stay in. Only about 100 steps from the water. Excellent Landlord! Great place to have fun. Careful in Salisbury for there’s Zero tolerance for crime including drinking and driving. So Fun, nice and safe. Highly recommend doing business with such kind and understanding Landlord. Thanks Mike!

Great Property & Great Owner
From the first inquiry and throughout our month long stay, Mike (owner) was friendly and responsive to all our needs. The unit itself is a mere 100 steps (I counted!) to the beach access - and just a short 5 minute walk to the main attraction area of Salisbury Beach. The attraction area is filled with restaurants, bars, and amusements for children and adults alike. Inside the unit you will find a fully furnished kitchen and we especially liked that the mattress in the queen bedroom was extremely comfortable - something you rarely find in a rental! This unit is perfect for a smaller sized family or 2 adults. If you are looking for a rental where you have short 1 min walk to the beach and not to far from the hub of entertainment with a fantastic owner, along with reasonable rental pricing - look no further! We highly recommend Unit B!

Great stay over labor weekend!
The rental is as it looks in picture. Updated, clean and well kept. My husband I both agree that the master bed was very comfortable. We slept great in that bed. So close to beach too! Will love to do again next year!

Cute beach apartment
Very cute and well stocked apartment a short walk from the beach; kitchen had everything we needed, We had perfect weather so it worked for our family of 6 because we weren't in the apartment much but would be tight for 6 if we had to stay indoors! Owner is super nice. For the $ you can't go wrong for a house so close to the beach. My husband and I walked the beach every morning to get coffee at the Ground Swell and saw whales every morning! Parking is tight around that area- 1 spot was challenging. Trash barrels could be bigger and have covers- an animal got into them a couple of nights. Great family vacation! Thanks.

Mostly great
This is a lovely place and the location is perfect in respect to the beach and center access. It's perfect for a couple and 2 children to be comfortable, however it's not as comfortable for 4 adults and two children but that is just my opinion. A washer and dryer would be a nice addition. Mike is awesome in his quick response if you need anything! We love Salisbury area. We've been going there for over 10 years now to vacation.

The property was well equipped, very clean, super close to the beach, and close enough to all the Salisbury food stands, arcades,and other attractions, withought being right in the middle of everything! (we wanted something quieter at night, and this was perfect!

Best trip we ever had!
The owner, Mike, is great with communication! We had a few mishaps that were completely out of his hands, but he handled everything in such a professional but still personal way. The apartment is great! The whole atmosphere of the apartment is very calming. We were walking distance from the beach which we spent a majority of our mornings at. At night, we were able to walk down to their boardwalk. Everything about this trip was incredible! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We’ll definitely be back!
