Prelep salonac u centru Ljubljane

Stan je prostran, sa više nego neophodnim detaljima za porodični odmor. Veoma je toplo. Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji.

Parking u ulici je skoro nemoguće naći, ali bili smo u vreme Božića pa su gužve bile očekivane.

Okay Place in a Beautiful City

Spacious, good location, well-stocked kitchen with basic condiments. Mercator just around the corner.

Towels were thin and small, pillows were thin, host was not quick to respond, no hooks or racks in the bathroom, no dishwasher pods, instructions not complete, only one set of keys given. Just small things that could easily be resolved.

Ljubliana and location are great. Luxury it’s not.

The location is excellent and lots of space.

Luxury by former-communist standards. Comfortable but not luxurious. The management allowed only one set of keys for 5 adults, which meant we had to coordinate our trips, and come downstairs anytime someone arrived because you need a key to open the front gate from inside and out. They refused to supply a second set. The apartment was not truly clean.

Spacious apartment in convenient location.

Good location - short walk to bus station and car rental depots as well as many restaurants and a small convenience store. Easy walking distance to the riverfront restaurants, castle, markets and shopping. Large spacious apartment which was good for our family of 5.

We had to wait a while to meet the host to be let in to the apartment - a lockbox would be much easier. Also we had no toilet paper provided.

Superb

Damjan, our host, was very forthcoming and friendly! He waited for us at the gate and gave us a tour around the apartment, and a few tips right away. The apartment itself is spacious, has double shower and double vanity which makes things more efficient! Place was perfect for 5 of us. Location is also perfect, minutes away from the city centre. We recommend it strongly!

Minor thing: there were a few spots with spiderwebs on the walls in the bedrooms and living room, so maybe just keeping an eye on that would be nice, because otherwise the apartment is spotless!

A good size apartment in need of some quick-win attention to detail fixes.

A good size apartment, large beds, electric blinds, double shower and basin, well positioned for Ljubljana city and railway etc.

The heating was on all week - it was uncomfortably warm - despite contacting the agent twice - it has a very high-spec heating/air con/energy control system…too complex for us to get our heads round (no instructions in apartment) and although we were told it could be sorted remotely, it wasn’t. It was listed as having a balcony….what wasn’t listed is that it overlooks a carpark! The equipment in the kitchen was very random - still no corkscrew (refer to earlier reviews!), only one teaspoon etc, a double layer coffee pot which I had to scrub clean only to find that it didn’t actually filter coffee..just for storage (?), one dishwasher tablet for a week. On our arrival there were items still in the dishwasher including a broken wine glass (the broken part of the glass was in the dishwasher filter with some cherry stones!). in one of the kitchen drawers was a half empty bag of popcorn and remnants of popcorn in another drawer. For such a spacious apartment with double shower and double basin, an additional toilet would be handy. Advertised as a “luxury” apartment I would expect a bit more attention to detail.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city.

Centrally located. 5 minutes walk from the bus and train station. 10 minutes walk from the old town. Kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated.

Bathroom and toilet are separate which is a good thing. However, for appartment of this size, the toilet is exceedingly small. It is a minor niggle.

Beautiful apartment, great location, excellent air conditioning.

Truly awful on-line check-in process - worst I've ever encountered. Rather complicated TV setup, but no decent instructions. Also, we were made to feel very unwelcome by countless messages telling us we would be charged 20 Euros if we checked in after 9 o'clock, which wasn't in the original agreement. In the event, our train was delayed and we were 5 minutes late, but they still tried to charge us. Completely soured our impression of the entire stay.

Spacious, Airy,. Central, ...no knives.

Great location, 5 min to railway/bus station and to centre. Spacious, light and airy apartment. Comfy beds, great aircon. Washing machine. Jelena who greeted us at the property.

The agency sending an pre check-in email that links to a check-in form where you have to leave your CC number for an unspecified security deposit. (Though we were later assured there would no amount charged or blocked). Without leaving the CC no, you can't complete check-in. The kitchen looked well equipped, but on further inspection, the only knives were for eating, nothing for cutting or food prep. Finally, there was a notable stale smoke smell from previous tenants.

Nice and spacious place with some drawbacks.

The apartment was clean and spacious, personel is nice

Oven is unusable. It is so dirty that even when preheating a lot of smoke and smell of burned leftovers is coming out. There was no soap in the apartment's bathrooms, we had to buy it on our own. Having only one key can be an issue because you need it to LEAVE the apartment. So when one person leaves and someone stays in, there's no way to go out anymore. You need to wait for the key to come back. Double bed in one of the bedrooms is very loud. Like you cannot move without waking up your partner.

Spacious appartment close to the old town but service could be better

- very big rooms - nice big (double) shower - location very close to the old town but quite at night - kitchen generally well equipped (including dish washer) - washing machine free of charge

- WiFi without Internet connection (apparently a known but so far unsolved problem) - no working TV - didn't get a second key even after asking for it - property owner didn't respond to the points mentioned above even though she promised to contact us again - toilet paper was missing in the beginning but brought later on

Ljublijana is a great city and this appartment is an excellent base to explore the city.

Excellent location, right near the city centre. Everything on walking distance. Bakery on the corner and a coffe takeaway three doors further. The neighbourhood felft safe. The appartment is very large and well equipped. Good kitchen appliances and a spacious appartment. Excellent wifi, stable and fast.

Only downside were the beds which were very hard (matter of taste obviously), one of them squeeked loudly at every move you'de make (actually waking up your bedpartner) and the fact that the boiler isn't that big so after a long shower, you run out of hot water.

Not great, not terrible

Excellent location, clean and spacious apartment.

There is nothing luxurious about this place. Furniture is old/basic. Also, It was missing the basic things. For example, No soap/gel/shampoo…no kitchen towel, tv remote didn’t have batteries and so on. The heating is set at a fixed temperature of approximately 21 degrees which was cold during the night. Next day we asked how to increase it, but were told to use AC for heating. AC remote control didn’t work unfortunately… We were given only one key and when we asked for more were not given 2nd under the excuse that only one is available… Usually not a big deal but in this apartment you need to unlock to gate from the building, that means if someone is getting in or out, the other person needs to come down to unlock the door. When you have a baby, that is very inconvenient. Speaking of baby, they did not let us know that they wont be able to provide the baby crib. We learned that when we entered the apartment. Overall, our experience was quite influenced in a negative way because of stupid little things that could be easily improved by the host.

Almost Everything. No Hazzle during the duration of our stay.

Good stay in Ljubljana.

The location & presence of the aircondition.

Dirty oven; missing corkscrew; no door lock for WC and Bathroom; Sink plunger damaged; no table in the lounge; Doorhandle of WC coming off.

Great location and wonderful staff. It was a large apartment.

It was a bit over our budget, but it was nice and large.
